Not received income tax refund

Dear sir/madam

I am suachinpau pan no-biyps1118j. I filed my income tax return on first week of july 2018 for year[protected]. My refund amount is not received till date.
You are requested to kindly take necessary action to admit the return amount at the earliest please.

I had applied for pan card before a month ago.but still it has not reached to me.I did check my acknowledgement no. status but it's not showing the proper information. It's only showing that "your pan card has been dispatched from income tax depatment and you will receive soon".
So, please help me on my complaint.i need the pan card urgently because i have to apply for a certain job.

My pan card have been misused. According to CIBIL report some other person has taken loans and given guarantee and they are appearing against my PAN card( BDHPS1205G),

The CIBIl report lists 1 accounts against this PAN number and only 2 belongs to me. The name, unique ID listed and one of the listed adress is also wrong.

I have raised a complaint with CIBIL ( ID CDS[protected]) on 29th August and i received reply on 21st september 18 asking me to directly contact the financial institution.
Since i have not availed these loans i dont know which branch to contact or how to resolve this issue. Since this fraudulent activity has taken place by misusing my PAN card number please advice me the steps needed to be taken to rectify this.

I have paid IT return for year 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, But still I am not getting refund amount.
I am employee, provides tax wherever applicable by Govt. consider this request and pay my refund as early as possible.
Also provide enough Aadhar card centers, if Aadhar card is compulsory for IT return and everywhere.
For middle man, his money is required, so request you don't put hands in his pocket to take money earned by him.

It is very unfortunate, Income tax help desk peoples not able to tell why refund is not provided, they are like statue or robot.

When i access know your pan it resulting in error as "no records for the provided details.

Also, while filling form for pf on uan resulting in error as

"pan verfication failed. (Name against uan does not match with the name in income tax department)"

Below mentioned are the correct name as it is already printed on the pan card but for some reason i cannot fill uan for for pf withdrawal. I would like to correct my name and father's name.

The above said person do money laundering ie converting black money to white keeping companies and running for 2 years like that and closing. Bean while 100 cr turnover will be done sir.
Now he uses the said people who are ac and automobile repair labours.

When i am putting my details on it as surname is jaiswal and date of birth - 15/06/1992.

It does not fetch my details "saying no record for the provided details:

Please tell me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card.

I am a responsible citizen of india and a whistleblower i want to bring it to your kind notice that one person was running a business in the name of basant ice cream & salsa restaurant in udheywalla bohri talab tillo jammu j&k and charge a hefty price for eatable items without providing bill to customer and even he was not registered under gst and earning huge profit by running this business by showing less income in his itr, these kind of people will inflict a loss to the state exchequer by evading tax and undisclosed income kindly make some arrangement to raid on the premises and sieze the account books and machines to know his actual income. I request you not to disclose my name and particulars so that citizens like me come forward without any fear of injury in disclosing identity of such termite people who are destroying the economy of india.

It does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Kindly, help me resolve this issue and to know if my PAN card status is active

I need an explanation for sending a tax demand dues of ay[protected]Received on 18th sept 2018) when on 18th aug 2018 a refund was received amount equal to the due amount. Why an adjustment was not possible?

An it demand order dated 18th sept 2018 was received from cpc bangaluru for pending dues for ay[protected] for na amount rs.11, 975/-

On 18th august (Just only a month before a refund of tax amount rs. 11, 150/- was made for ay-2018-19.

Now i find by looking into details it is only necessary to contact the jurisdictional officer to get clarification, and there is actually no dues even though factually there had beeen such adue issue at that time of ay-2015-16.

Hence as of now this complaint is being posted seeking clarification at the earliest.

It is to invite your attention that a private businessman whose name is darshan singh s/o bagga singh, resident of h. No 660, ward no 7, basti godhe vala, moga-142001 (Punjab) having passport no: r5216125 is running a business of spare parts under the name of vishkarma spare parts on the ferozepur road, moga (Opposite to the sawan motors). He is selling and purchasing parts without any record and has no gst or vat number. Apart from this, he has 2 trucks in truck union from which he is earning a good income by the means of special transportation. He has 1 house (Worth 50 lac), 2 plots (60 lac), 2 shops (One is given on rent), 2 trucks (Worth 20 lac without any permit and insurance), 5 acre agricultural land. Despite earning from so many sources, he is not filing his income tax return from several years and also harassing people in his surrounding area. He had also several foreign country trips for earning purposes and this may be checked from his passport history. He is the family member of baba jora singh, badhni kalan who is a renowned saint in this area,
So, you are requested to check his income sources and do the necessary action against him as per law.

Itd database problem and record not found for pan. Number is KQMPS2726H. To application for axis zero bank acoount in online process.. So please check that ITD database and record not found problem for my pan card number is (KQMPS2726H ) . this problem is occurring when creating the axis asip account (zero account) in online... So please solve my pancard itd database problem as early as possible... Plz sir

After entering my surname, name, date of birth.. And mobile number
I received a otp but when i entered the otp and clicked on validate it shows an error of no data found

Please help me to proceed further.
And tell me how can i know my pan status

but when I go at www1.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and fill all my details at know your pan card, it shows no record found,
And thus not able to register on income tax site
not able to submit my ITfR,
and no one is able to guide me

I have applied online through applypanonline on 10 Sep 18 and got a reference no[protected]. Physical copy of application was sent on 12 Sep 18. Status of that application is delivered on 14 Sep 18 as per tracking records for that I am attaching a screen shot of that tracking, but while traveling king pan status is waiting for physical copy of pan application which has been already reached.

I m sending you the pan card details of a person whose name is Dinesh Kumar. He is doing carding business. He hacks credit cards of other person and from that cards buy products (like iPhone x, dslr camera, playstation 4)from Amazon, Flipkart and sell them to people at very cheap rates. For this illegal business he takes money in his Paytm account or in his bank account. He also do Paytm double business i.e. he take money in his Paytm and gives double money to the person . This work he done through hacked credit cards that he buy from some person and sell to other person. I have sent u the pic of bank details of the person in which there is his pan card details also available. Please take a legal action against this big fraud person Dinesh Kumar.

I am complaining against one person who has unaccounted property in the name of his minor childrens and his housewife. I have evidance in the form of documents obtained from the revenue record and registrar of property namely open land amounting to 113.82 acer all over ambernath taluka only and commercial shops and residential flat to the total of 58. The person against whom this complaint is uneducated and was driving. Auto riksha 16 years back. The total amount as per goverment value readyreconer rate the docoument shows rs.70, 76, 07, 793/- which i have calculated as per the docouments i have obtained from the goverment records. I would like to submit all the docouments before the director of income tax in person along with other details please give me a appointment at the earliest.
