Dear sir my name is Chaitanya.M.B, I have done biometric authentication successfully for pan card, but my PAN status showing as withheld, I have submitted adhar card, voter id, sslc marks card with the application form but my application is withheld, so kindly help me in this regard to get pan card as soon as possible, I am waiting for your reply...

It has been noticed that Mr. K Mallikarjuna (Pancard No. ASPPK9865Q) the manager of Royal PG Services is dealing with cash transactions with all the tenants who he has provided the rooms on rent. His Royal PG services business has been spread across the areas of Shivaji Chowk, Phase-1 Hinjawadi, Pune - 411057 the area which belongs to the nearby IT sectors park. He has 4 PG buildings (3 for Boys PG & 1 for Girls PG) taken on rent with landlords to run his business. He does all his rent transactions in cash and always deny if asked him we want to pay online to save from the TAX been deducted.
He earns almost 30+ thousands rent per room from IT employees on sharing basis, likewise he has almost 100+ rooms rented to IT employees on sharing basis. His income crosses almost 25, 00, 000 lakhs per month, so it is definitely assumed that he is not paying taxes for the income he earns from this cash transactions. We would request you to undertake this concern and to have raid of check of his assests across this business.

I have applied for PAN Card name change of father and acknowledgement no is N-[protected]. After generating acknowledgement number no further communication or update received. I need this updated PAN card urgently for my PF account update. Also it is require for fulfil some personal loan.

While submitting my IT return I came to know that a wrong TDS is deducted against my PAN –ADPPC8173L in the name of Bobby Chakraborty .

Please be informed that I do not hold any FD with SBI, hence I should not be liable to pay the TDS

This is of serious concern to me, expecting to get the resolution from your end ASAP .

Find attached form 26AS wherein the details of the TDS deducted by TAN-MUMS86182F is furnished.

I am a holder of PAN card NO. BSAPS9785D under SUMAN RUNTHLA. The issue is non reciept of PAN Card. I had sent the request for correction. They had asked for getting Annexure A signed by Gazetted Officer. This was complete in month of May 2018 but still the PAN card has not been sent post correction. I have been calling every week on the PAN card center helpline but they state that the issue is pending with ITO.

Please understand that I would need PAN Card as soon as possible for executing my financial transactions.

The Pan Card vide No. AFZPD6802P was issued in my name by the ITD but unfortunately in spite of my several endeavor to get the said pan card failed to receive the same. Last year I submitted one pan application online (UTIITSL) but ITD has informed that as one pan card has already been issued in my name I can not apply for another Pan Card. Then the UTI authority advised me to submit an application for lost pan card and correction of pan card. Accordingly I have applied for the same on 21.5.2018. on 31.5.2018 UTI has allotted one coupon number. G[protected]. But since then whenever I am trying to check the status it is always showing the same message i.e. " Batch containing this physical application is not received yet.Verify with you UTIITSL office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set". I have on several occasion informed to the UTIITSL authority but for on few occasion they replied saying that it will be updated soon. But now they are not responding at all. I am in complete dark with regard to my PAN Card and also facing lot of difficulties for the same. Its my most humble request to look into matter with utmost care and kindly assist me to get my pan card.

This is request to you that i am an EX-Employee of Orgnisation CAPITAL AIM FINANCIAL SERVICE PVT LTD, INDORE.
Company has successfuly deduct the tax (Of around 2-3 months) amount from my salary for the FY2017-18 without giving any documents now i am asking from orgnisation for Form16 than he is not ready to deliver it and saying that unneccessary excuses.

This is a big fraud on the name of Tax deduction because company is deduction a tax from salary but not giving a proper documents when we have need of this for ITR .

Take a seriouse action against this fraud company.

From My salary TDS deduction was 3000/ - per month during fy -17 --18 from April 2017 to Feb 2018..33000/-now till date 16 July after my regular follow up company is not providing TDS deduction certificate or 16 form for filling Income tax . As I am unemployed today I have no arrangement to deposit total duexperience amount . My SBI account no [protected] may be referred for verify my complained in this regard .
Subject: reg complain of employer is not paying myues neither issuing form 16 for filing it .
This company is cheating in market as well as Govt. Taxes in various subjects like PF deduction from all there employees but they have neither registered company in Provident fund department nor making refund there are more than 200 employee in this company and most of them leaving company due to wrong policy of company.

I have joined in a company called teksystems and left after 2 weeks due to some personal resons.Currently while I am trying to file my income tax return, I noticed that an amount of 2.75 lak has been paid to me with a TDS of 25k. However I never received the said amount from that company.

Can you please help me how can I proceed on this issue, since the company is not responding to correct this?

I am unable to know my PAN details online: after providing all the correct details, it display a message as "NO RECORD FOR THE PROVIDED DETAILS"
And also when i tried to register to file IT, always shows a invalid surname even after providing all the correct details as per the PAN card.
Please resolve as soon as possible.

Dear sir, my landlord is not paying tax from many years for the room rent he is getting per month. Currently he has 5 flats which he has given on rent. 1 flat he has given @ Rs3000/month and rest 4 @ Rs6000/month and increasing rent in every 3-4 months.So currently in total he is getting 3.24 lakhs/ year as a room rent.Sending you screenshot of the rent paid through net banking in June I.e. We have deposited a challan of rs. 90500.00 on dated[protected] wide challan no. 0011 at state bank of india main branch aligarh up. But this challan amount is not appearing on our tan no. Agrg10502c. So plz see the matter and rectify it. We have done many complaints to ito tds aligarh and ghaziabad cell but till date nore any response came nor has problem been resolved.

As per rules every body will get its pan after 96-98 hour. But me and my have completed or applied within the interval of 24 hour and he has received his pan after 3 days and I have not received till date. Please government authorities do your efficiently because it is none of our business to listen your issue. Please issue my Pan as soon as possible otherwise I will move to higher authorities. Because you have mentioned on your website that you will issue pan after 3 days. Either change your notice or issue my Pan

When i am putting my details, It does not fetch my details saying "no record for provided details ".

Please suggest me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card
