Hi, i have been using pan card for years now. When i see and update for e filing it says pan card has no records found. My pan number is bljps7406p. Infact i have pan card very much available with me for years. I am worried on how to upload tax returns as i was away for some days and now i need to some how file returns. Please help as it is really constraining me.

I have applied for my pan a month ago and still didn't receive the pan card number yet nor the pan card. Please tel me when would i receive my pan card number without it i can't join my office for the work. I tried to find out my pan card status through nsdl process but it showed that it is under process. My pan card acknowledgement number is [protected].

I had booked a holiday home in waynad on 12th with my family due to heavy rain we could not able to go and informed the owner.. We asked to refund the money.. The owner of glendale holiday is the biggest fraud.. He wont pick the call.. He wont respond properly.. I paid 3800 in tez.. I complained in booking.com they are not at all responding. I think both are frauds.. Please make it refund

I had received my pan card last week but whenever I try to open a new account in Axis Bank it shows your pan details is not available in itd database/invalid. I had submitted my application through nsdl I have got my physical pan card but it is not working. So I need the problem to be fixed because it is very important so please rectify it as soon as possible.

Please be informed that i am the customer and retired staff of state bank of india, with almost more than 2 months of follow up i am unable to sort out the issue pending at the branch and finally with long follow up i have given written complaint on 14.08.2018.

State bank of india has deducted rs. 37, 480/- as tds on my term deposits and on my pension for the fy 2017-18 with pan details : aaspk6969n but till now they have not remitted the amount on my pan number. Till now in my 26as it is showing only rs. 18, 159/- as tds remitted by sbi. They are also not providing tds certificate to me. Please be noted that 31st august is the last date of income tax filing and due to the above matter i am unable to file the return which will generate penal charges.

Please look into the matter and solve it on urgent basis.

I am Ajay Kumar my pancard is misused by same name for loan in Gramin bank and HDFC Bank, Deoghar and I am harrased about this matter. All information given by him is true but my pancard is used in loan.
My civil score is low due this I found fraud details through bank and found fraud another Ajay kumar who used my Pancard.
Pls, help sir if possible otherwise I will go through FIR against him and Bank too. I also give photo to fraud in image.
Pls, shortout this if possible.

I have a pan card with the pan number - CZGPP3557C. But when i tried to look for details on the http://pancard.co.in/know-your-pan-number-india/.
When i am putting my details on it as surname is mishra and date of birth[protected].

It does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Please tell me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card as I have to file for ITR. While checking on Know your jurisdiction, the status shows active.

Here is a person name puran singh. His son has a tent house by name of parveen pal tent house. This person has got property of not in millions rather in trillions.
But he has just a tent house.
He has got more than 16 plots and 2 acre of land in karnar itself.
But they live like a begger.
I don't know what is the procedure to file a complaint.
But if can as an indian i would like you to investigate this person.

Oyo is doing fake work they are not providing tax invoice to any customer today i have done half hour conversation with their executive and he gave me all the fake excuse when i ask from him share the policies. But they have not any policies and i have recording of that conversation i am requesting you take a serious action on this because company has given below fake excuses.

1. Company cannot give tax invoice if customer have not gst number (Company employees never have gst number)

2. If booking amount is more than 2000 then gst number is compulsory. (One more fake policy.

3. I am asking today for gst invoice and booking was one and half month old that's why they cannot give me tax invoice. (Each and every company generates invoice and they uploads on application and mails to the customers and we can download that any time.)

When I try to register for filling income tax returns, the website tells me that the pan card does not exist. My pan card no is SVIPA7050C. My pan card is valid and it exists. So why is the website telling me that the pan card does not exiat. I need to register on the income tax website so that I can file the tax returns.Please rectify the problem as I want to file ITR.

First allotee - karthik krishnamurthy (Myself) - chennai
Second allotee - karthik krishnamoorthy - thanjavur

This grievance is raised under the person karthik krishnamoorthy (Pan card holder second allottee - thanjavur) for non cancellation of existing pan details in his respective financial institutions.

Please find the issue explained below.

1) i have requested a bank for my financial needs and my request was rejected stating that pan number - bkwpk9434k which was mapped under my name has a low score in cibil report. (Where i own only one loan under my name in a specific bank)

2) later understood from the report provided by the financial institution that there are multiple loans attached to my pan number which was irrelevant.

3) after receiving the report we noticed two residence addresses were displayed and we have contacted the second allot tee by his phone number and email - [protected]@gmail.com) and confirmed that the same pan number (Bkwpk9434k) has also been allotted to him. (Attached second allotee pan card with same pan number - file name - "second allottee pan card (Old). Jpg")

4) on 10 aug 2015, my father s. Krishnamurthy, jto (D), cqa (Hv), avadi working under ministry of defense, have raised a complaint to income tax office (Hq), chennai with respect to allotment of same pan number to two individuals. (Attached copy of letter for your reference - file name - "request letter to income tax dept. Pdf").

5) on 24 aug 2015, we have received reply letter from income tax department, stating that first allotee myself k. Karthik who is holding pan number - bkwpk9434k is the authorized user of pan card. Hence the existing pan card of second allotee is to be cancelled and new pan card will be issued, also mentioned that all his financial transactions should be reflected with the new pan card. (Attached copy of letter received from income tax dept - file name - "reply from income tax dept. Jpg")

6) later, we also got the confirmation from the second allotee karthik krishnamoorthy that, he have received the new pan card with pan number ebipk8166g

7) in-spite of receiving the new pan card - ebipk8166g, the second allotee still not updated the new pan details to his financial institutions. As per his last comments, he have requested banks to change in pan details, but they have not updated in their records. Hence all his existing loans are still reflected under my pan number - bkwpk9434k also in cibil report. (Cibil report attached)

I tried contacting the second allotee for request o[censored]pdating his new pan details in his financial institutions, but there is no proper response from his side even after several months.

I have stuck in between the banks and the second allotee. I am not able to get any urgent financial needs from any of the financial institutions.

This has created a huge black mark in my financial needs.

Hereby, i kindly request to cancel my existing pan card - bkwpk9434k and provide me a new pan card.
So that, all my existing problems will be resolved.

Here they complaint againt paper evaluation name - veerakumar ece dept, jaya engineering college.
He asking 30, 000₹ to clear a paper with having a arrear. How its possible to do.. Here the paper evaluation against money or knowledge about the subject to clear a paper.. Take. A good action about this. I will send this my own knowledge. While submitting the option for complaint.. Username and password asking.. My daughter naina suri was employee in the redbricks school. (Abellon group) n her salary slip for march 18 tds has been deducted of rs 7700 but when we got form 16 to file her return this amount has not been credited to govt. And even though same has already been deducted in her salary we will have to pay again to avoid penalty.
Request your kind intervention and punish school authorities.

I am living on rent in ahmedabad. I have asked my owner for pan card so that i can submit it for my tax deduction but he refused to give and he collects rent on cash. I have asked him that i will deposit into your account but he said he will be under tax payee if he will accept money by online transfer.

The above subject pan change application, we have requested to change only dob and we provided aadhaar card as proof, but the department is raise objection saying required gazated officer letter. Where as the same required document is not in the list of proof of doucuments.

And i am sure gazated officer letter is not required to change only date of birth in pan card.

Even i spoke to the pan card dept. (Kolkata). Till they are asking same document.
