I required home loan so i was apply for home loan when loan bank told me that you have already loan but I told him that Loan was not belonging to me So that i was upload CIBIL report and contact to concern bank and found that same pan no handover to two persons that Details are:- Deepak Singh s/o virender singh dob:[protected]
this have only last two letter different in father's name So please told me how to resolve this issue

Sir. My pan no. Adppm8512m. I efilled itr-1 of the fy 2016-17 on[protected]. Then i revised on[protected] there income tax dept. Show that i get refund rs.2540.00. Refund sequence no.[protected]. Comumunivation reference no. Cpc/1617/vl/[protected]. Itba acknowledgement no.[protected]. But sir till now i not get any refund. So i would request you to help me to get money.

Uske baad january 2014 me damodar compound gala no 7, sunder baug me 1 shop 50 lacs me or ek one bhk flat kharidi kiya.. August 2016 me fir se usne jai ambey socity k5 me ek shop 80 lacs ka liya jisko usne recidency banaya. Saath dec 2016 me mr. Rafik shaikh ne apni ek shop bech di 4 gunah jada cash me old k 500 or 1000 k note party se leke. Mr. Mohammad rafik shaikh ne old 500 or 1000 k note ko naye note me convert kiya. Or wo sara paisa apne hi ghar k pop k under chupaya rakha hai. Septeber 2017 me mr. Rafik shaik ne jai ambey sicity k5 wala shop jisko usne recidency banaya us ghar ko 90 lacs me apni kisi riahtedar ko bech diya. Or dusri taraf ek flat kharidi kiya or saath hi vadodra me hal hi me zameen kharidi ki hui hai…. Yeh apni sari proparty apne naam se nai kharidi karta bulki apni wife or bachho k naam se kharidi karta hai... Saath hi eske naam se muslim k kisi ek side jisme 25 lacs usne investment karke rakha hua hai apne patni k naam se. Mr. Mohammad rafik shaikh k mumbai me nahi toh vadodra (Baroda) gau me bhi unginat proparty, zameen, flats hai…. Itne sare paroparty k dauran mr. Mohammad rafik shaikh ne aaj tak koi income tax paid nahi kiya hai. Mr. Mohammad rafik 95 % party se cash me paisa leta tha or 10% cheque leta tha taki use koi income tax na bharna pade. Mr. Mohammad rafik shaikh ne apni sari proparty black money se kharidi hui hai. Mr. Mohammad rafik shaikh ki monthly income 11000 hai. This year Incometax India efiling has introduced a different way of e-verifying your return. You are required to first validate your bank account from within the efiling portal. After entering bank account, IFSC Code, mobile number etc EVC is generated that you use to everify your return.

There's an error in this system. When I was trying to do it, I was always getting technical error message from the Incometax department (not the bank) Here two parties are involved Incometax Department & the Bank.

After I logged a complaint with incometax department, they blindly closed the call stating that I should contact my bank. Bank says all details are correct and there's no issue.

This is pathetic. This is a classic example of how government organizations implement a process and when it does not work, pass the blame on other party.

I already deleted my pan card i. E gnvps8970r. From your income tax office gurgaon udyog vihar. I applied for name change request in the month of march. My acknowledgement no. Is [protected]. It is about 3 and half months passed. I havent got my pan card yet. The issue is that from my surrender pan gnvps8970r my aadhaar no. Is linked.
I requested you to please delink this from my deleted pan. And process my application no. As soon as possible. It is about do or die situation for me. Nobody is giving me ryt responce.

I want to bring your notice that we were around 40 staff working in the regional transport office k r puram near bhattarahalli bengaluru ka 53 rto office. The department comes under the administrative juridiction of transport department govt, of karnataka.
In this office the clerk puttachari sda has deducted the income tax and other tax from the employee salaries but not paying dues neither issuing form 16 for filing it returns from past 10 years (Since 2006). This is my humble request you to take necessary action against him. He made so much properies assets in and around k r puram as a common sda clerk.
Hope your good self will look in to the matter and take proper immediate action.

When i'm trying to open an axis asap bank account, i get a message that my pan is not in the itd database. I keep getting this message. I've got my pan card with me and my allotted pan number too. But they keep showing it's not in their database. I can't open a bank account and it's affecting my personal life. I really need to open a bank account soon.

I have applied pan card of our organistion (Pan. Aabai3544h) that it not received by departmental fault.

I am totally unsatisfied for your postal/ courier service, it shows that the aim of honorable prime minister’s (Shree narendra damodar das modi) is violated for digitalisation and better service to the ultimate user.

I have applied in the month of february 2018 and received in the month of march 2018 but some required correction is there about name. After that i have applied for of that pan card in march and that corrected pan card yet not received, during this period pan card has come to concern post office (Head post office golghar, gorakhpur) and their officer tell me some formalities for organizational pan card, i said ok, then i completed that formalities and attached organization registration paper, after few days a notice received at registered office address from post office, “your form was incomplete some paper not attached i. E, aadhaar card and pan. I went to post office again for inquiry about form and complete above formalities. I raise question for any required information is necessary then tell me. I will provide all detail. After few day another notice from post office for incomplete information, again i went to post office and complete all formalities. After facing above difficulties pan card not received. Again i went to post office and postman said pan card return from there.

Following difficulties.

1.in 42 degree c temp. I went post office again and again

2. Time and effort loss

3. They play office office

4. Never provide proper information any time.

5. Mental harassment also

Sir/ madam i have applied for pan card, if pan card received by post office i think it is responsibilities of post office post man came to postal address of receiver and verify all document signed and attached and complete above formalities. Why you all are disturbing us, wasting timing, physical and mental exploitation.

Take correction measures for above point as soon as possible, and i want compensation for mental and physical harassment and also take action on concern authority.

And they are keeping this money with them only. Also they are not showing any income and not paying any income tax. Their behaviour in society is rude and they act like goons. So you are requested to conduct enuiry against then so that truth can be come out for black money they have.

Sir,
With due respect thia is to inform you that my pan card has lost during the interval of delivery as the shipping company may have delivered it to the wrong address and also can conduct some missuse of my pan card. So i request you to take proper action aginst the shippong company and resend the pan card as requested earlier.

As per the information subosh chandra reddy has undisclosed property and unknown source of income and so many properties has registered in her daughter name and black money.
Please investigate as to whether and has ever shown such a huge amount as there income and paid taxes on the same and purchase their properties by paying the proper tax for the source of income.
