Hi,

I have a pan card with the pan number - exqps7903m. But when i tried to look for details on the http://pancard.co.in/know-your-pan-number-india/.
When i am putting my details on it as surname is k and date of birth[protected], it does not fetch my details saying no record found.

Please tell me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card.

I got mail by nsdl with acknowledgment number and receipt for new pan card, payment was done online and kyc verification was used.

But still pan is not trackable, i get same result no record found.

Hello sir, i have some black money data of a gold and diamond jewellery firm of my locality in dehradun. They contain a big volume of illegal jeweller stock. They show in the books 6 to 8 crore closing stock but actual physically they contained for 22 to 25 crore of gold and diamond stock. Excepting this they running a stone crasher and land sell and purchase business also. I want to complaint for the same. Please guid me what to do. Please reply..

I have applied in the month of october 2017 for my pan card, since 1n half month it’s showing under process. I am in need of my pan card. Could you just tell me what to do? I am in urgent need. I would like to inform you that one kr. Om prakash, son of srijagat narayan singh, resident of 9, ashutosh mukherjee lane, howrah – 711 106 (Ward no. – 12), pan no : afzpp1164n, is illegally occupying 2 big parking area and also earning parking income. Along with these he is also earning huge income through gym (Body building) in the name of “ the castle (Fitness gym)”.

Further details are as follows:

1. 4, salkia school road, salkia howrah - 711106 (Google maps and site pic attached).
Parking capacity : 250 – 300 cars.
Estimated parking income : 300 x 2000 = 600000/- (Six lakhs per month).
Therefore annual income of rs. 72, 00, 000 (Seventy two lakhs per year).
Actual owner : hanuman seba trust.
Illegalloccupier : sri kr omprakash.

2. 134 salkia school road, salkia, howrah – 711106 (Google maps and site pic attached).
Parking capacity : 70 – 75 cars.
Estimated parking income : 75 x 3000 = 225000/- (Two lakhs twenty five
Thousand per month)
Therefore annual income of rs. 27, 00, 000 (Twenty seven lakhs per year)
Actual owner : hanuman seba trust.
Illegalloccupier : sri kr omprakash.

3. The castle (Fitness gym)

Month)
Monthly expenses : 2, 00, 000 (Two lakh per month)
Net monthly income : 17, 50, 000 (Seventeen lakh fifty thousand
Per month).
Net yearly income : 17, 50, 000 x 12 = 2, 10, 00, 000 (Two crore ten
Lakhs per year)


In case of parking they are neither paying income tax nor paying any service tax.
However, in case of the gym they are earning huge with negligible tax payments.

My name is Archit Aggarwal and my PAN number is AUSPA8502B.
I have filed my IT return for FY17-18 and a refund of Rs. 44, 310 was acknowledged.
Acknowlegement number for the same is [protected].
All my relatives and friends have received their refunds.
I have waited for more than 5 months now.
Can you please forward this complaint to the department.

Sir i have received a notice under section 221 in a plain paper having no memo no and pan no. For the period 2013to 2017
As i have not fulfilled his demand he regularly on mobile. The notice was served personally and not through postal service. They also forcefully take some papers from my computer

The entire building including the adjacent residential property is illegally constructed on mcd land, and license for 18 rooms is taken in this guesthouse... And running around 40 rooms on the same licence and has joined the adjacent residential property from second and third floor and using them as karan guest house. Local police is aware of this and other illegal activities like drug trafficking and female trading is also done here. They have made several properties out of this black income...

With due respect sir i want to say that i have applied for pan card my acknowledgment number is [protected]. I need my pan card urgently for my new joining in a company although i have been selected but they are not allowing me to join unless i have pan card, if i fail to submit my pan card i will loose my job. It is almost 20 days but the current status is "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at income tax department". I request you kindly dispatch it as soon as possible.

My name is Nilanjan Das. i have duly filed my IT return of FY17-18, i was supposed to get a refund of Rupees 11330. however yet to get a refund. My PAN no is AKDPD1554D. in my acknowledgement also it showed that am supposed to get the refund. in fact this year refunds came very quickly for others. i have waited for more than 3 months now, yet to get the refund. please inform the procedure to get the refund.

Mr. Vinayak surve resident of manisha nagar gate no 2 thane bearing pan no cjzps1586h is cheating a government without paying tax. This person does all his transactions in cash with one of pruthvi constructions (Shah) in thane and not paying the income tax to government.
He is taking the work of railway, pwd & nagarpalika. One of pwd officer uddhav gade is also with him. Both of them cheating people and taking money from them and not reaping it also.

Hi, i applied for pan for two individuals on 03/12/2017 by e-sign mode and i made payment online, ack numbers are [protected] and [protected]. When i check status online it says "no records found" for both applications. Why?. This is the fifth time i am losing my money like this. Someone please help me. I had applied same way earlier and got my pan card easily, but now this process seems to have changed and it is very disappointing.

Kd builders are renting their flats without declaring the income tax.
They don't provide pan number to tenents. This results in black money for builders. And tenents don't get any benefits of hra.
Unauthorised constructions have happened near b156b, opposite building & b157, freedom fighter colony, gate no3, saket.

It department should look in this matter seriously.

Hi i want to file a complaint against amit jain resident o[censored]rmur tanda district hoshiarpur punjab who is running a general store in tanda. He is not paying any kind of tax i. E. Income tax, house tax etc. He has well furnished house with luxury items. He is very rude to others and has no manner of speaking. Please take strict action against him as soon as possible.

I apply for my pan card for correction, i had given correct details of my father's surname.then also it was printed wrongly ... the given data is not updated properly, i call to customer care no and they are not responding properly & i can't get correct data, so what's the procedure to correct it again.can i pay fees amount again? i enquire many people they also facing this type of problem.nsdl and uti services they are not updated data correctly.
