I have personally visited gandhinagar cpc office and met the concern officer, who had solved my issue online and given me the receipt of the copy which is online submitted by him. Eventhough it has not reflected online when i login into my it account, hence i have registered my compliance online also. Yet it has not been accepted or processed by it dept. And still i am receiving the notice from it dept to solve the outstanding demand, which i have already done.

Please investigate benami properties of dr u. K. Paul at borpathar, s. Dahutia road, tinsukia, assam, and elsewhere. These people do not pay tax and are accumulating benami properties at many places. Few are : two nos. Residential flats at the subha bhawan, s. Dahutia road, borpather, tinsukia, one own house in same borpather area and one 3-4 storey building being constructed by him in different names at sarada path, borpather, tinsukia.

This types of evaders need to be controlled.

This is to inform about the cash inflow from the rented properties of anchit kakroo mob no - [protected], who is working in ericsson gurugram and a resident of greater kailash, new delhi.

He has a cash inflow of about 50-60 lakhs per month, which comes from the rent of his various benaami properties. All this cash is not submitted in bank or carry any records in his income.

Even though i had requested them to provide a copy of the bill after payment, they refuse to oblige and did not provide the bill. They charge gst but never provides the bill. Also, i paid by credit card but the payment was accepted as shri shankaranarayana enterprises and not as dwaraka grand. This amounts to cheating the government. Can you please look at this issue.

I was staying at a home in bellandur, bangalore for last 3.5 years as a tenant to a person. Now after vacating the home, he is not agreeing to pay the deposit i had given. It's been more than 15 days he is asking to come the next day, evening and so on. He has 7-8 homes on rent at the same building but has never paid any tax.

I have applied for name correction in my pan card from bhimrao prabhu bhame to bhimrao parvati bhame almost 3 months before.

Initially i submitted my updated adhar card and school leaving certificate with application.
Then i was asked to submit voting card on which both my name and my fathers correct name is there which i submitted immediately through mail.
After that i was asked to send clerafication letter with anexture a. I sent it aslo along with class 1 officers sign and id card.
Minwhile i called many times to customer care. Every time i got misleading and confusing information like one guy told me to submiting anexture a is compulsry. Another madam told me not to submit anexture a as its not compulsry for your case. For my every call, all customer care executive sujested me to wait for a week and call me again. Now currenty i was told that anexture a form on our website is incomplete. You have to add one more row in that form and mention previous name of your father on it. It has been 3 months gone, i am still waiting for my updated pan. Because of not having correct pan i am not able to complete my retirement pension form in my office.

I had horrible experience with pan card service. If possible, please look in this matter and provide me my pan card at earliest.

Resident of rourkela (Odisha) he is a big holder of black money which can be seen if you investigate and inspect his it returns and his actual properties and assets he owns. I am complaining you about it because it is not possible for a person to own 4 (Four) sponge iron plants in just 2yrs all together ie;

2. Pooja sponge iron ltd.
3. Swastik iron ltd.
4. Ocl iron and steel ltd.

These all are taken illegally which is said to be in lease basis to avoid getting into government's radar, his business partner is trying to save him from this conspiracy by naming all his investments and properties as his own.
They play a major role in converting his black money and empire to legal i can provide you his hidden offices which he my deny if questioned.

Few months back there was a raid conducted at rourkela by the cbi at reliable hitech group. I assure you that this scam can be compared with all major scams in the state. As being a dalal/ comission agent (Illeagal and un-registered trading of iron) having such an empire in so short span is beyond anyone's thought.

No gst number... But showing as 12%... I asked to that guy. Where is the gst number.. But he is saying we have kept old price... We r just showing calculation. They are not registered in gst tax till now. Please any one who all are visiting mehfil.
And its a big food chain and famous in hyderabad.

Even they don't put epos machine (I[censored] pay by card they are asking for 2 % or more than that extra for bank charges.

Kindly take good step on the hyderabad eatries as most of them are violating tax and govt tax policies.
