I am filling my itr regularly from past many years. But my refund of year 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 have been not credited in my bank account which is mapped on my itr profile. While in refund status there is showing refund is already credited in your bank account and also giving the ref. No details are as below:

I have applied for pan card since the last 2 months but didn't get the pan card yet. As i have checked the status its showed pending. Due to this i didn't get my salary since the last 2 months. I m working in tech mahindra limited.
If government person are such irresponsible so how can you expect that from common people. This is the main reson that common people said correct that government person not worked until not get the bribery.

I hope you understand my issue and hope so now i will get my pan card within 15 days.​

Please note my ex-employer (Ihs pvt ltd, based at hyderabad) has not submitted the it which was deducted from my salary in 2016-17 financial year and neither providing me form-16 after so many appeals. Also please note they have transact almost 22 lakhs through my savings account for their vendor payment purpose for which they assured me to give a written declaration but till date after so many mail request also, they have not provided me the same. I seek your kind intervention on the matter. This organisation has cheated so many people by not paying their exit dues and not submitting their tax part to it department.
Please take necessary action.

Hello sir dis is to inform u in our city there is several black money produce day by day...lots of black money properties, thousand of crore rs having ...in bank accounts..several bank ...and making fool for the govt...Not paid the taxes to govt. in the times of closing the currency of 500nd 1000, changes, and some more traderds not paid the taxes to govt.do the black marketing ...do the work no -2. Duplicates items ..miksing ...bombay properties ..having ...several bank accounts ...i request to search the operation ..release the black money . Ackn. No. Of [protected] for correction of pan card request is submitted on dated 25th april 2017, but till now pan card is not issued from the department. So, please given a reason for non correction of pan card. To know the reason for non issuance of pan carretion request is not prcoessed.in online status process is under process is shown tell us why pan card is not corrected

Excuse me sir in karnataka. Davanagere (Dist) jagalur (Tq) kyasenahalli panchayat p, d, o nagaraj a. T named pdo officer had looted govt money. He doesn't had any of his own vehicle before his job. After his job he did not do any work and show fake works and swallowed crores of govt money. He daily spends 50 thousand to him and his friends party. Now he had 1 bolero maxi truck (Just in name of his frd) and one tractor (This is also in his friend name but owner is really p d o) and he bought 2acres of land in the name of his mother and one acre on road side and.in his own land he dig12 borewells and to all his own land he planted banana and betelnuts and he had crore of rupees in home also in his frds home named basavana gowda, purandar, prakash g d, mohankumar h, revanna. G. D, and also in his brother prabhu, and his sister husband name also. Plz trap him and save crores of govt money he is fraud highly intelligent fraud

He 's the owner of (Hind tour and travel transport..)

He's office is in noida sec 22 nr somerville school. U will easly found out.
He's having around more than 21 buses /he never fill any income tax.. At the time of demonetisation, he transferd his black money in his driver's and conducter's accounts. He divide his property and money in lots of diffrenet bank branches with his wife name pankaj or his son akash his daughters kushboo and khanjan. So no body is locate his actual income... He's the most disgusting person. Hes never paid salaryies to his drivers and conducters.. He used the person according to his greedy needs and once his work is done he throught out the person...

Dear sir,

With reference to the above i wish to inform you that i had e-filled my itr on dt. 10/08/2016 for a. Y. 2016-17 ack no. [protected] without filling form 10e due to this demand notice is given by cpc bangalore (Demand notice no.[protected]t dt.[protected] after that i have successfully e-filled form 10 e on dt. 20.01.2017 ack no. [protected] and as per the instruction from cpc bangalore i have made the rectification of itr. (Ack no. [protected]) on dt.22.02.2017 and i have already sent the required document i. E. Form no. 16, salary arrears sheet, tax credit details and e filled form 10 e to my assessing officer. But till date my itr is not processed.

I am in contact with the cpc bangalore and with my a. O. Since feb 2017 and cpc bangalore is always replying that your itr rectification file has transferred to your a. O. And my a. O. Is always replying that your file is still not transferred by the cpc bangalore. I also lodged the complain in e - nivaran five times for resolution but still it is not resolved.

Please acknowledge my complaint and hope for early resolution.

I have applied for pan card. And the money deducted 118 rs. But while adhaar card authentication it said that we are unable to match your details with uidai and application cancelled. And there was a message that your amount will be refunded in 7 days. But i didnt get the amount back.

No change in PAN correction status
I have applied for name change in my father's PAN card using nsdl website and the status of the PAN card has not been updated for more than 3 month.
Fee was paid at the online portal and application form, copy of adhaar card along with the copy of previous PAN card was sent by post.
By now he would have received the card

This mail is in regards to a complaint against the below said. This man has been cheating employees, delaying their salaries, giving false promises (Even to me) in terms of salary. Pay was always delayed. He runs his own cyber security company in world trade center in yeshwantapur (Floor 22 & 04), its been there since 2008. Ever since he started this company he has been earning in crores however have not been paying his taxes on time or i guess he is never paid taxes. Lives a very rich life, wears shoes for 80k, t-shirt for 40k (01 t-shirt), has many properties in india and abroad, he himself does not remember how many properties he has. Has 02 omni vans, one mercedes car & recently bought a mercedes suv, has a innova crysta, innoa (Old), another suv, 02 two wheeler's.

The reason i am saying all this and the reason for me to raise a complaint on this guy is, i used to work for a verification company (First advantage) as an assistant manager. Since were from the same church and since my friend asked me to give it a try for a senior manager role, i spoke to him and he agreed to hire me as a senior manager. He forced me to join his company without serving any notice with the old company. I did as he said as he told me to trust him.

I joined and brought two more people who were trust worthy, one was from the same company where i used to work and the other person was my child hood friend, a labor kind of a guy, who is very much dependent on a monthly income of 10k. Kiran first asked me for people and later asked me not to hire the hr guy from first advantage however by them trusting my word jebaraj had already resigned the job and started working for kiran... His salary (15k) was delayed for close to a month, like wise balu who used to take care of his farm was suddenly asked to leave after i was chucked out of the company... His salary was 13k and kiran said he does not have money to pay his salary meanwhile kiran had bought 07 malabar goats and one german shepherd and one rottweiler, all costing to a total of 1 lakh and few constructions were also in progress.

This guy cant pay his boy 13000 but can by goats and dogs for 1 lakh. What kind of a human is he???

I humbly request you to take immediate action on this guy and cease his assets, ensures he clears all his dues on taxes. Just because of such people cost is just hitting the sky and poor people are being bullied.

I trust the income tax team can do something about this guy.

I forgot to mention, his business is to invite foreign delegates (South african government officials) for a training program on infosec, ethical hacking and few other courses for a duration of 06 months. He gets paid in cr's for every project, not sure whether it is monthly or qtrly billing. He has 05 flats with advanced facilities right next to the world trade center, these are accommodation for these delegates. I am not sure whether he is into some other business because once when i had gone there to meet the staff, kiran immediately called me and asked me to leave the space and said he has a different protocol on his business. I dont know what that means.

I am anticipating a response to this atleast by wednesday (Latest). Please let me know the status post your investigations.

Sir mr uma shankar singh is a doctor of pmch patna. He run 5 nursing home without giving information to government as he has 2 years left in his service in pmch. He is urology doctor and in his private clinic he charged huge amount without giving bills. That is he consume almost complete black money. Kindly raid in his private clinic which is in yarpur patna 1 in bihar pin 800001.

On dated28.08.2017 i checked pan card status and found that my pancard no-bgzpv6865j has already despatched on dated 04.08.2017 by blue dart express ltd courier but till now on 28.08.2017 i could not received my pancard. Previously my friends had received in only 5 days from the date of dispatch by courier. But this had already 24 days completed. So when shall i get my pan card?

I took vrs in exit scheme of statme bank of india in 2007 and submit it return at ito, swargate, pune. But then ito refused for refund stating section 148 of it act, and mentioned that sbi not fulfill the condition laid down in rule 2ba. But on 18th feb. 2015 in the income tax appellate tribunal, pune bench "a", pune, ita no.2058/pn/2013 (Asstt. Year 2006-07 given order to allow the refund in above case. So i am also eligible for refund for 2006-07.
But ito is not responding to my several letters and reminder. Please look into the matter and refund me the amount with interest.
