Person ch siva subramanya gupta is having more than 4 flats in hyderabad which he has rented out. This person collects rent amount in form of cash so that he does not have to pay tax to goverment. Upon asking for pan card details for paying rent, he does not share his pan card details. Along with renting his flats, he is also running one business which he has not registered and earns lot of black money. Sometime back i came to know that he even runs some illegal business (Not sure about it.). He has bought some of his flat on his family members name so that it cannot be found by it department.

Sir i had applied for correction in my pan card on 13 july 2017 my pan no. Btspk7546r and coupan no.[protected] and complaint id is sa[protected]cr, iam in need of pan for my it return. My aadhar no also attached with my application i have made so many time request through email, but no satisfied reply received from income tax department regarding my pan card

I have a pan card with the pan number - FEWPS2706Q . But when i tried to look for details on the https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/KnowYourPanGSVerification...⇄

When i am putting my details on it as surname is KALIYAPERUMAL and date of birth[protected].

It does not fetch my details saying "no record found ".

Please suggest me what should i do? How to proceed further. What is the current status of my pan card

I have requested for pan card online using service of NSDL e-Gov. My token number is [protected] on 16 may 2017 and payment is done by debit card. But i didnt receive my pan card yet. I repeated my request and requested twice for the same. Mony also deducted second time and the token number is [protected]. But no furher information is there about my pan card. Two times money deducted bt not received my pan card. Please fix my issue as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

I had requested for PAN card duplicate on Feb'17 as I lost my PAN card. The PAN card was delivered to my address on July'17 and the card which delivered in my address was belongs to one lady (I don't know her). I wondered how this blunder happened through our govt officials (UTIITSL)!! Now I am holding her Card with me and don't know where my card got delivered. Please suggest what to do next.

With due respect, I have to bring to your kind notice I have been receiving your Reminders since July about the 'Non-submission' of ITR V. While I have submitted it on June 13, 2017 and your office received it on June 15, 2017. I am attaching the ITR V 'Receipt', you sent me on June 16, via email, you may kindly see the required details in the Receipt .

The problem decteded by me is that your 'Reminder' carries the wrong Ref no :

(Wrong) : CPC Communication Ref. No.CPC / 1718 / G7 /[protected]

My CPC Ref no is :

(Right) : CPC Communication Ref. No.CPC / 1718 / G 4 /[protected]

Kindly plz see the Attachment - it has the Right Ref. No

Hi. I being a son of building materials seller would like to bring to your notice that major steel bars manufacturing and supplying companies like Rathi steel, Kamdhenu steel and many others are involved in large tax evasion. They are selling their steel in two manners - one of whose tax is paid, while other whose tax is not paid. The consumer prefers the cheapest material and that's why the building material seller is forced to take from them only that steel whose tax is not paid otherwise nobody will buy steel from him. Please review this, there is a big tax evasion going on in the country and it's harming the country economically. Thank you

Cinepolish patna (p$m mall) is charging convenience fee at the time of online booking . What type of tax this is sir, on one side govt wants from people to do digital payment and on tha other side this types of fee or tax deducting from our account. Is it relevent sir? This types of cinema halls looting public sir . If a person gives Gst N Cst then after that this convenience fee is just a burden and fraud . So sir plz do something in this matter. There are lakhs of cinema hall in india, n crores of people got them, if one hall is taking 50 rs then u can think how much money they are stealing

A person named Rajkumar gupta. staying at house number 1250 sector 10 panchkula 134009 have acquired a lot o[censored]ndisclosed rental income wealth more than his capacity and not paying tax and forcing tenant people to pay him rent in cash and not giving rental deed as he has shown in son who lives somewhere else as tenant . He and his son both taking illegal benefit of rental aggement and loan .He is doing a kind exploitation and fraud.Kindly do proper investigation and punish the culprit.

A person named d. K. Saini, staying opposite to l6, new sales tax colony, near jagannath temple gayatri nagar, raipur, chattisgarh, 492001 have acquired a lot of illegal properties. Currently he is working in chattisgarh electricity board. He has acquired wealth more than his capacity and not paying wealth tax and forcing many people to pay him bribe. He is doing a kind exploitation. Kindly do proper investigation and punish the culprit.

Income tax department — pan status is (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application.
I not apply pancard before. So please issued my pancard as soon as possible.

Mr. Surendra nath tiwari he has been retired on 31/01/2017 from a. En.in irrigation department from agra (Office was at pratap pura chauraha). He has earned through bribe in irrigation department agra. He has property in gwalior, agra and noida which is more than his earning. He was very corrupt during his service. His present residence address is gh 980 d. D. Nagar gwalior. Please inquire the matter...

It department has now come up with e-proceedings section under it website to allow taxpayers to respond to relevant notices by it dept.
The issue is they have only mentioned that to upload files zip or pdf formats are allowed, however there's no mention if there's any restriction on max file size and if more than one files can be uploaded.

This will help taxpayers to properly gather the evidences in appropriate format and help smooth submission of the response.

I tried contacting[protected] / +[protected] but i am kept on hold for last 15 minutes.
