My pan card no. Is bjapj8821n it was dispatched on 14th april 2017 by airway bill no ea[protected]in but till now i dint receive it. I am facing many problems without pan card. I would like to inform you that i have applied for changes in my pan card on 14 jun but it is still showing that "it is under process at itd" and when i called to helpline number as provided by itd, they informed me that your documents are accurate & verified at nsdl successfully and has been sent to itd for issue on 30 jun and they registered my complaint 4-5 times but it is still showing the same. So please issue my pan card at earliest. I need it urgently.

My husband expired in 2014 he had been submitting it returns since 2003 and i came to know there is insurance for tax payer tried in office lot many times as i have two girl children and burden i would like to know procedure i want the procedure as all the certificate relating to tax filing form 16 are available i would like to know at the earliest

I had applied pan card vide acknowledgement no.[protected] and pan card no. Cxlpb5135k, the same has been despatched on[protected] by registered post vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in by your goodself, but unfornutenly the post office has not delivered and return to back where from he has received.

Dear sir,
I had attempted twice for pan card through online sbi. Both the time, the transaction were not processed for some technical reason. Subsequently, it is seen that fees has been deducted twice from my bank account. Reference for those are (1) sbipgju[protected]nsdlpanmumbai and (2) sbipgju[protected]nsdlpanmumbai both dated 24/7/2017. But it is seen that refund for only one transaction has been credited in my bank account on 27/7/2017 (Reference no. Bppg_rfnd nsdlpan txn jsm[protected] dt. 24/7/2017.
Kindly let me know the status of my transactions and if both the transaction are rejected then kindly arrange to refund the 2nd transaction fee also.

The pan card has been despatched according to you on july 16 via speed post no. Ea[protected]in and ack no. Is [protected] and pan card no blrpr0261h. But the pan car has not reached to me till now and neither any further information is showing on aforesaid speed post bill. Sir i had already posted the same complain on same topic but did not get positive reply or information about pan card.
Sir again what to do for fresh one.

I got a pancard which is being used by unknown person for consumer good loan in capital first fin,
When i applied for an approval for purchasing t. V in emi basis at capital first they quoted you are already a approved customer even though i didnt took any previous loans...
I have complained about this issue to capital first and nsdl by mail i didnt received any response from either...

I tried to register in the e-filing portal with pan card number for income tax returns and an error occurred that it has invalid username and surname. I tried all combinations of my name.
As i have seen previous complaints received from various people, the same problem occurs for me.
The replied message for one of the previous complaints were that the name in income tax database does not match with the pan card name. So they provided the user name in the database for that person for temporary use.
Please provide a permanent solution for this name mismatch in the database, so that you don't have to provide the user name for all individually.

He also went to jain for 2 month approx 13 year ago in fraud case with harrison locks.

Now, he has opened a new farm after 8 nov. 2016 the denominations of india ruppes with name saksham enterprises in 8/54 new ashok nagar, mitra nagar, aligarh up (202001) at our resident home, while there is no trading done from this location

He has many property in aligarh city.

Sir i lost my pan card with number atlpc6884g in dehradun, uttarakhand in government hospital along with my wallet which had my passport size photograph too. Since my salary falls below 2.5 i did not consider it important to lodge a complaint in police station plus i had no idea at that time that it is a very important document.
I want to lodge complaint for missing atlpc6884g pan card with the name jyoti chaudhary, dob - 27/11/1990, so that it is not misused by anyone else

Subject : blackmoney with politicians in dammaiguda village.

Respected sir,

This is to bring to your notice that in dammaiguda village at keesara mandal all the politicians have lot of black money with them. The list includes sarpanch and ward members of the village. All the budget which has been allotted for the development of the village has been distributed equally among the leaders of the village. Moreover there are lot of builders here who give money under the table for illegal construction. Everyone here is corrupted and that is not all our old sarpanch mr. Venkatesh goud has lot of black money with him. He has ate 80% of the funds which were sanctioned for the development of the village. Our new sarpanch mr. P. Yadagiri goud is another active member in the list.

Earlier there was a person who was earning daily income by doing painting contract and also has cycle puncture shop. He was living a middle class life. All of sudden after becoming ward member he was able to construct a 3 storey building, he was able to buy a car doing a cash payment, he also runs finance business in the village.

This is just one person in the village but if the official's conduct suspense check in the village i am sure we can get many people like this. As an indian citizen it's my responsibility to co-operate and report issues like black money which is currently a problem in india. Poor people are becoming poor and the rich people are becoming rich day by day.

I would request the officials to please look into the matter and do the needful.

Months but still i have not received my pan card. This is causing me a
Lot of troubles like i could not be able to withdraw cash from bank
And fuel to fire is this that i do not have any debit card.

I submit my correction in date of birth of my pan card online on date 24-5-17
. Its acknowledgment number is [protected].
After two months pass but i can not get my new pan card yet.
I also see daily my application status but show that 'correction in pan data is under process".
Sir i want to submit my itr form but my date of birth in pan card is wrong. But in my aadhar card date of birth is right.
So plz give me guideline that how can i submit itr form.

The employer named houzdeals has deducted the tds from my salary and issued the pay slip but promised me to pay the government.

Today being the last date and the employer is non receptive to calls neither mails.

Request you to take severe action on the same.

I have mailed them several times even i have requested them to issue my salary and i would pay the government but there were of greed to deduct my salary and breach the government.

This is not the only point of complaint intact they also dishonoured to issue the form 16 which a employer issues.

We come from long distances and work for our survival and bread butter and these people dupe us.

The director of the company is also working for a company called dell, he is holding a dual employment.

I have all the evidences of mails, text to substantiate that i can file a case against my employer.

The name of one of the director is ravi teja mahadasu.

We all know that any discrepancy found between your filed return and forms like 16, 16a or 26as shall result into appropriate notices by the income tax department.

E. G. You have reported tds as 20000 but form 26as shows 10000 then it department shall raise a notice and ask you to re-file your return with correct tds details. This is when the return filed is in their favor i. E. There’s a valid demand.

But what if the return filed is accidentally incorrect and it’s actually in favor of the tax payer in form of refund i. E. What if you have accidentally paid more than required?

It happened with me as well as with my father.in my case the bank disclosed the form 26as too late in june, but by getting all other data i had filed my return in may itself. The 2000 rs deducted by bank (Late reported in form 26as) as tds were never returned by it dept even though i missed it, but form 26as showed it.in case of my father, the bank gave a wrong fd interest certificate. He went by that and filed his return in may. But in june the form 26as showed 50000 rs less interest than what bank initially gave.

It’s very clear that it department of india has no integrity and plays unfair practice. I am glad that the computerized scrutiny is strict and it’s not so easy for taxpayers to evade but the process is one sided. It dept does not report & rectify rare mistakes that are in favor of taxpayer in the form of refund.
