Hi i have applied pancard in nsdl before 2 months and from past one month the status is that i have been issued a pan card itd yet to inform the status of application. But i have not applied anywhere till now maybe duplicate and mismatched data from itd my knowledgement number is n-[protected] i request to issue my pan card as soon as possible within a week i need an urgent thanks regards pv rasheed

I submit my correction in date of birth of my pan card online on date 24-5-17
. Its acknowledgment number is [protected].
After two months pass but i can not get my new pan card yet.
I also see daily my application status but show that 'correction in pan data is under process".
Sir i want to submit my itr form but my date of birth in pan card is wrong. But in my aadhar card date of birth is right.
So plz give me guideline that how can i submit itr form.
Plz correction in date of birth in pan card process do in a week.

My self bhagavanjibhai samatbhai chauhan i m 82 year old senior citizens. Above subject pan card was not delivered on my address due to some postman issue at post office at jamnagar city. Which was despatched with speed post with i'd ea[protected]in on 02/07/17.
So kindly request you to re-despatch my pan card on my address so i can use thish on my regular basis.

They had got and getting black money to there construction company through bharathi paying guest accommodation (Hostel), which they are running in kadubisanahalli, banglore. They are not paying the tax for the amount which they are getting through the hostel. One more important thing they are not showing the complete profit which they are getting. They are using some employees as there patterns and paying a nominal charges for the it.

I have sent my my pan card to nsdl to change my date of birth from 19/11/1977 to 19/11/1979 i have sent on 29/05/2017 to nsdl but still it is not updated as i have checked onsite of nsdl which is under process in income tax department whether i have submitted my all document along with id proof and i have not received my new pan card update with my date of birth updation there is no proper response from their site nsdl
My acknowledgement number is n - [protected] which is received on 29/05/2017 and my pan number is acwpc8772f at nsdl.
Till date there is no response from any where.
So help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Regarding acknowledgement no. [protected] i have submitted my document for new pan card but there status shows that "you may have been issued pan in yourname" but its not true its first time when i am applying for pan. And its not possible to have a same name, fathers name, address also, photo also, 10 th marksheet. Etc. For this problem i have already complain them two times (Complain no. 8477470, in income tax dept. Another is 8497292 on same address.) but still they have not replayed.
I need my pan car urgently due to this i am facing lots of problem. So i request you to please issue it.

Respected sir according to my pan cad status my pan card is issued itd yet to inform status of my application. The status is as is from february 2017 sir i have registered my complaint 2-3 times already but no action is taken sir make my pan card reach me as soon as possible i am very thankfull to you.

At long time i complain on this problem but not any response i got.

Plzz dispatch my pan card urgently i need it very much otherwise i has been losting my 1 year for study. I need pan card for study loan but incone tax department never send my pan card. I request him daily for 3 months plzz dispatch it earlier i need it i am belonging to very poor family and my father was not alived now i have no money for study. There is a way to study is the loan processer and i have achieved a offer letter from our institute but income tax department not dispatch my pan card.. He now buys a house worth 60 lakhs. He is doing all these things within six yrs. He often buys jewels especially diamond jewels, luxury furniture to his house, etc... I apply for new pan card online on income tax.com but i am unable to proceed with online pan application due to following reason: uidai database mismatch.

But my bank a/c is debited two time rs. (118.90+118.90) i request you to please refund the same

Mr. Kashi singh, village - jahngipur, thana - syampur bhataha, block - dumri katsari, district - sheohar, bihar - 843329, aadhar no[protected]. He didn't pay income tax but he having block money with unknown shources (May be drugs, alcohol, terrorist activity). He bought a land in sheohar with the cost of rs. 15, 60, 000 and registry cost of the same land rs. 1, 56, 800 on 21th july 2017. The total money he spent rs. 17, 16, 800 to bought the land from mr. Pramod singh (Village +po - khairava darp, ps+dist - sheohar, bihar - 843329) having aadhar no[protected], he also neither have tax payer nor declare any investment. I have attached here with all land paper for proof of the said matter.

I request you to kindly inquiry the said matter and take appropriate action against them. Also inform us, whatever step will take by income tax department. This will import for our honorable pm mission.

We have request to investigate the matter which we are suffering from. Details as follows:-

Ojas shripal mehta
Relation father and son

They both have filed the vase of 138 of amount
1 cr. Against me and my brother.

They have claimed they have given cash of 80 lacs cash and 10 lacs rtgs.

10 lacs were given in the favour of business investment which our company went in loss and ojas mehta his son was daily coming to office and was completely aware of business loss.

At the time of business crisis still we all were in good terms.
My younger brother nagesh sitale his wedding was held on 28/05/2015 in karnataka.
So we have to go prior wedding for preparations.

Ojas mehta conveyed us if you all are going for wedding so it will be difficult to handle office without signatory.
Nagesh sitale he is the proprietor of the company.
So he asked to blank cheques for official use.

Ojas mehta also attended the wedding and left next day.

We all were there for more than 20days after wedding. We got call from hdfc bank of clearing cheque received of 50 lacs rupees.
We were surprised as we have not issued such a big amount to any.
We requested bank to inform who has credited our cheque.
They were unaware of it.
Also that have deposited same cheque 3 times.
Finally we came to know cheque was deposited by ojas mehta.
Also other cheque with 50 lacs was deposited by his father shripal nagraj mehta of 50 lacs.
Total amount of 1 crore.

We asked for clarification of deposition of cheques they said to return money with interest.
They asked my father shivajirao narsappa sitale to nominate his karnataka land of 1 acre in his son name. Which we denied.
They also fought with us so we have registered nc against them in cbd belapur police station.

Still we agree to return money of 10 lacs in installments but they denied.

We request to investigate as they have claimed of 90 lacs cash transaction which they never paid to us.
It's difficult to deal with bail and court dates every fortnight.
They don't have any proof of 90 lacs cash transactions.
I humble request you to find out a person with a cloth matching center has transact cash of 90 lacs and there is no rights to ask anyone about the proof.

Hi, i have noticed that near to my village so stone crusher/ mining companies have been started by few business people and local grama panchayat members with out proper approval from government, not following required procedures relating to operations and safety of neighbors villagers, and also cheating government by not showing revenue properly to avoid tax. Please take necessary actions, please let me know if you need any additional information.
