Dear sir i shipped a parcel to pune to our family friend msmalini kalyanivala to pin code 411001. With numbercd[protected]in ivr[protected].
The parcel contained 2 small leather bags and a pair of pajamas.
This package was properly packed and sealed but on arrival the reciepient complained that the pajamas were missing though the parcel looked packed, probably someone had opened and repacked.
This has also happened earlier but i did not bother to complain.
I think this is a serious problem as most customers do not bother to report and people handling these parcels are becoming bold.
Please look into this as it is a serious problem.

    I am expecting a parcel sent to me by my organization. The item was dispatched on 14/07/2021 from KOL AP TMO. But after that there is no update. It is very urgent for me to get the parcel.

    Within two days since I registered the complainant, my parcel reached the next post office. And then it got delivered. Thank you.

      My parcel has been send from kolkota. There has been a udate information till july 3 but after that item dispatched from the Air lgbi ap tmo on july 3. There has been no update regarding my parcel. Consignment number( EW[protected]IN) my destination pin code 791102. So sir kindly update the information.

          It's been more than 3week that I haven't got my parcel they've send me my tracking ID and when I check the item was alredy dispatched and got stuck at KOL AP TMO office and from there they received the item but they haven't dispatch from there it got delayed why are they neglecting they should do something about this fast I'm getting worried

                I have sent two consignments ( EL[protected]IN and EL[protected]IN ) on 02/06/2021 to 2CBPO Army Postal Service Postal Circle has no response after 06/06/2021 and current status is item dispatched from KOL AP TMO, it has been one month and two weeks there is no response after that, kindly check the issue and verify the details with my consignments.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I posted the documents on 7 July to Noida via speed post services. They are not delivered yet. The tracking details say "item redirected to Ram tirth Nagar SO, insufficient address". Up to my knowledge the address is sufficient and properly mentioned. I think the staff member who has booked the mail has entered wrong pincode. This is not my mistake.

                    Consignment details are :
                    ED[protected]IN
                    IVR:[protected]

                    The staff in the post office has suggested me to write RL and submit it at RLO Ramtirth Nagar which is 20 km away from my place. I am a student who has recently shifted to Delhi. I can't afford and manage to travel everyday to different post office. I have posted original documents for the scholarship. It's already been delayed for 7 days. I don't have time to wait more. Help me by delivering my parcel before 10 August at the address mentioned.

                    Kindly do the needful.

                      My speed post was booked on 8/7/21 from new market SO for Kanpur. But it didn't reach destination pin 208017 rather it got returned from Kanpur Head post office back to kolkata without providing any notification. Currently it's showing that item is at KOL AP TMO from 2 days with no updation. Pls kindly look into the matter. It's having important documents

                        A parcel was sent from Theodical PO on5/06/2021, Weighing 8.030 Kgs. But we have not received the parcel yet. After complaining at the postal department (complaint-[protected]), they replied that the parcel reached Bangalore on 8/06/2021. We had tried contacting the customer service and also the post office, but not getting any reply.
                        This complaint was logged again in this portal on 1/07/2021, again a reminder on 7/07/2021. The only reply we got was the department has been notified. But there has been no response either from the postal department or form the consumer forum.
                        Kindly help us to locate the parcel and deliver the same to us.

                          I had ordered a shipment #[protected] with DHL fulfilling my order. The Shipment has been stuck at INBLRA for weeks with no update or any progress.

                          Would request an update as I had made the order a month back and it stucks at customs for a very long time.

                                    Registered parcel not received

                                    Registered parcel with consignment number CR[protected]IN was booked from Mansarovar S.O on 30-June-2021 for Electronic City phase 1 Bangalore.
                                    The parcel is still not delivered and in tracking there is no update since last 6 days. Also, it shows the parcel reached Bangalore parcel hub and then was sent back to Jaipur parcel hub. No reason given.
                                    Nodal officers do not respond. No one picks up the call on calling up India Post...

                                    My consignment (EN[protected]IN) has been stuck in KOL AP TMO since 25.6.2021. The item was dispatched on 22.6.2021 from Bangalore to Imphal. What is the reason for so much delay? Why is it taking so long to reach Imphal? Find attached the status of the consignment.
