Dear Sir/Madam,
My grandmother gets pension from Post Office, Raj Nagar Gurugram Haryana. When Second wave of Covid was there, she didn't went to take the pension due to lockdown and pandemic in March - April, April - May.
She went in June to take the pension but Post Office official said that Govt. took the pension back and she won't get the pension for those three months. We have been there few times to collect the pension but official is not responding.

Absolutely rubbish service by India post for Speed Post. It has already taken more than 48hrs for 70kms, and in the end the item has been marked as Insufficient address.

Updated by Sheakhxy Dominos, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Fedex, etc all have delivered items without any issue. Only postman of India Post couldn’t locate address. What an irony!!

There is no update on my consignment number EW[protected]IN since 6th July. The consignment seems to have vanished. India Post twitter account promised to get back with an update but have stopped responding since then. This is absolutely pathetic. I need to send the documents ASAP. Those documents will impact my employment.

Seriously the india post services are worst the delivery person never attempted the delivery at my house and fake status is being uploaded in the database, like door locked, then couldnt locate the address. Do you thing customers are fool they can't understand your tricks. None of your person came at the residence as proper address is been mentioned on the parcel and also the mobile number as well and still you are having your office at dehradun and you dont know the address of dhrampur as my house is near the main road only. Seriously you fool customers with your fake remarks of status updates on the site. consignment number is AQ[protected]IN. Dont fool the customers plz and try to focus on your delivery persons as they upload fake status as from past 2 weeks i have not gone out of my house and still you write door locked and then other day you write address not located.

I send a money order of Rs.5000/- to my mother on 30.06.21. and it has not reached my mother yet. From Naini Prayagraj to Londa, Belgaum. The post office fellow does it everytime. He uses that money for his dealings and delays in giving that to my mother. Kindly suspend that corrupt fellow. M.O. no. Is[protected].

Articles shipped via Speed Post (June 2021) containing Live Plants and perishable in nature, maked as URGENT were help up at Bangalore NSH without reason. Article was claimed to be untraceable for 5 days and then delivered.

Total transit time of 10days against the normal time of 3-4 days caused the plants to Perish and Financial Losses to the tune of 12000/- Rs.

Similar instance seemed to have recurred a second time again in July 2021.

Despite raising complaints and logging formal request with the Nodal Greivance officer, India Post remains incommunicado on this issue.

Status of my inland speed post consignment no. EM[protected]IN is showing addressee cannot be located however no attempt has been made for delivery, I have been tracking the consignment regularly and was waiting today for the delivery.
