I had applied for MasterCard from PNB. Indiapost has a tie up with the bank for delivering all such services. However the consignment number I got shows the parcel has been delivered to Jaipur whereas I live in Delhi. No other update from the company.

I have ordered a powder based drink formula. Reminiscent of local products like glucon d, tang, etc, . And I haven't got any updates regarding the package since 19th June. Back then it showed that it is being held by customs. The date since got updated but the results stay the same. I am being shown that my parcel is still stuck in customs. Kindly help me with my parcels custom clearance and provide me updates.

On 30th of March my parcel was posted from Aizawl to Bomdila, west kameng, it was stuck in Itanagar for sometime due to lockdown but few days back when I tracked it and sent my brother to inquire about it at the Itanagar post office they informed him that the post have been shipped to along. And when I sent one of my friend to along post office they said that the parcel has been returned to Itanagar and now the tracking is also not available. So I don’t know what to do next or where to inquire.

I had a TD account and some Kisan vikas patra bought from Post Office loni (GZB) Pincode 201102. when I went there to get maturity amount. they had me running for almost 15 days, sometimes saying staff is unavailable due to sickness then other time they didn't have internet and electricity. this went on for almost 15 days before they were able to issued me cheques(105839 for TD account & 105840 for Kisan Vikas Patra).

Now when I tried to deposit them in PNB saving account, I got this text message today saying cheques did returned unpaid. It's mental harassment for customer as i have to take office day off to run around these officials to just get my money back. please help me get my savings back. I'll never ever deposit a single rupee in post office.

I was shipped me a parcel from Abu S.O( pincode: 307501) on 30/6/2021. I received the package on 7/7/2021 at my pincode: 686664. The article number is: CR[protected]IN

Upon opening the package I found that the original contents i.e, a Computer DVD Drive worth approx Rs.1500 was missing. When I received the package, the dvd drive was stolen and replaced with an old broken phone. Please resolve this issue and catch the culprit.

In the first line there is a mistake, the correction is: I was shipped a parcel from Abu S.O( pincode: 307501) on 30/6/2021.

Worst service by India Post. The postman never attempted delivery and marked it as “Not delivered Addressee cannot be located” despite of giving correct address. Please deliver my parcel with tracking ID - EW[protected]IN. Please deliver my parcel at the earliest.

My government document dispatched by DG SHIPPING MUMBAI DADAR on 30th June was received by RANCHI RMS TMO on 4th July but there is no update after that. Speed post should usually get delivered within 3-4 days and since this being an UTGENT GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT, kindly look into it and update

My complaint is against the Indian postal service as i made an e-money order of Rs. 500/- on 15/06/2021 to "mr.sagar haribhau sonone, central jail, amravati, Maharashtra" for which soon i received a sms which was as below,

Article No:[protected]Electronic Money Order) has been booked on 15/06/2021 13:47:11. Track your Article @ www.indiapost.gov.in

till today 15/07/2021 the money order is not received by mr.sagar sonone and i too didn't get the recieved receipt regarding the e-money order.
upon this the postal web site provided is always out of reach with error on site.
this is a sort of mental harassment for me.proper action must be taken against my complaint.

I, Jayanth, pli (Ea) policy holder with policy no.[[protected]], whenver try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".
