I am waiting for a very important and urgent document which was sent on 30th June.
There is a delay in receiving my item as it is sitting at KOL AP TMO without any status change.
What is causing the delay?

    I, Jayanth, pli (Ea) policy holder with policy no.[[protected]], whenver try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".

          My usps parcel (first class international package) has not delivered...the last status was updated on 13th Feb and till now neither I got any updates nor I have recieved my parcel its been like 5 months please tell me when my parcel will be delivered

              I booked an article on 28/06/2021 from kalyani HO. Kolkata AP Tmo received it on 01/07/2021. But still now ( 03/07/2021) kol AP Tmo doesn't despatch it for its destination.

                          Hi, my parcel, is in dispatched status from Kolkata RMS TMO since past 4 days. Generally it takes only 1 day for my PO to receive it from RMS TMO.

                          Please help me to understand if this means its still in the TMO or its somewhere in transit.

                          Its been 7 days since it was sent from Mumbai, and within 3 days it reached kolkata and went to Kolkata RMS TMO but no further updates after that.

                            A parcel was sent from Theodical PO on
                            5/06/2021, Weighing 8.030 Kgs. But we
                            have not received the parcel yet. After complaining at the postal department (complaint-[protected]), they replied that the parcel reached Bangalore on 8/06/2021. We had tried contacting the customer service and also the post office, but not getting any reply.

                                    My article was sent to Imphal (Pin Code 795001) by Speed Post from Varkala SO (Pin Code 695141) on 17/06/2021. Consignment Number is EL[protected]IN. While tracking the article it is learnt that it left KOL AP TMO on 22/06/2021. It has not been delivered yet.

                                    I tried to register a complaint online but it could not be submitted. The online complaint registration page prompted to enter a valid Pin Code when I filled in the Pin Code for Imphal HO as 795001.
