Speed with no EK[protected]IN received at KOL AP TMO on 10/06/2021, it's been more than a week that the said item is yet to be dispatched. Can there be any better reasons for the delay?...

Our parcel with the following article number: EE[protected]IN is showing no tracking updates after June 9. Attaching a screenshot below. Please look into it urgently....

This is in reference to the following article number: CN[protected]IN. I had ordered skincare products worth Rs. 13k and I have received some spices and a thermos flask worth Rs. 500/- instead. Please look into it and either get the correct package delivered or please refund me the amount. I also request you to send me video footage of all the centers where this package was handled....

I sent a courier on 10th JUNE 2021 which was supposed to be delivered at Koderma (Jainagar) in 5-6 days.
The problem is that the item was received at MA Ranchi RMS TMO on 13th JUNE 2021 around 22:03:17. Since there has not been any update about the parcel. I am clueless regarding its delivery.

My speed post, consignment number= PP[protected]IN, the delivery was attempted but has not been delivered and shows status "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" even when the complete and correct address is provided. And now, its showing item delivered, however, i didn't receive my parcel. The address to be delivered to correctly mentions the address. I ordered a bunch of fabric samples from Acorn Fabrics, United Kingdom and they dispatched the order on the 2nd of June, 2021. The order has reached Kolkata on the 11th of June, 2021.
