    My speed post, consignment number= PP[protected]IN, the delivery was attempted but has not been delivered and shows status "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" even when the complete and correct address is provided. And now, its showing item delivered, however, i didn't receive my parcel. The address to be delivered to correctly mentions the address. The contact details of the recipient are also correctly mentioned however no contact was attempted. Can you please help me with this.

        Most of my costly stuff is missing my branded puma shoes my dinner set my clothes which it has a logo of my company my 3coffee mug of my company my and some of my clothes which I buy from Hyderabad it I'm very shock that my cartoon when I hand over from Hyderabad abids post office Hyderabad it was 26110gms but now it 1000approx an the more interesting thing is how the employees are so careless they people have stolen my stuff and cut the cartoon box and tape again but still no one it aware and my concern is why mu stuff are in RMS guwahati for more than a week please explain I do understand it pandemic time but the stuff it shoes not be their more than a week I'm waiting for the reply coz I need my stuff. After complaint no one is taking forward kindly do the needful

          Parcel tracking number# RM[protected]IN has been stuck in Mumbai Airport Sorting Office since 24th April 2021. Am not getting any response as to when it would be released on it's way to Canada. Went to complain, and was asked to submit a complain online.

            Generally it doesn't take 5 days to reach an article from guwahati tmo to kampur s.o.My article with tracking no. RS[protected]IN is showing dispatched from guwahati tmo to kampur s.o from past 5 days but there's no update in tracking system n i hadn't received the article yet.that article is very important and I need that early. Please look into this matter

              Awaiting presentation to border agency/s

              I have ordered raincoat from germany on 27th May & when I am tracking the order it says the parcel is on hold with customs since 09/06/2021 (AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S) attached is the screenshot CP[protected]DE.

              Please release the parcel and deliver it to me.

                I was sent a foreign registered letter bearing tracking number LP[protected]GB from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, London. As my office was closed due to lock down, I telephonically requested the Kodambakkam Post Office(Chennai) on 27 May 2021 to hold the letter till the lockdown is lifted. Regretably, the Kodambakkam Post Office had returned the letter on the very day I called up requesting to hold the letter and the letter was with them for hardly a week. It is agonising that a foreign letter containing my examination certificate was returned in such an irresponsible manner knowing full well that no office would be open during Covid.

                I want India Post to ensure that the letter is delivered to me.

                  I ordered a bunch of fabric samples from Acorn Fabrics, United Kingdom and they dispatched the order on the 2nd of June, 2021. The order has reached Kolkata on the 11th of June, 2021. It has been in custom hold for 4 days now. I live in Kolkata, and the order has been in my city's customs office for the past couple days and its status has not changed till date(15th June, 2021)

                  Today it's the 16th of June and I checked the India Post tracking site, my order was dispatched. I guess it was just a natural turn of events.

                  My order was booked on 17 .06 .21 my order reached at kolkata rms mail tmo and it dispatched on 20.6 .21 but there is no update for last three days i did not recieve my order till 23.6.21 pls help me to recieve my order soon pls

                      I was supposed to receive yesterday a speed post parcel with the following tracking number EW[protected]FR. The status shows addressee cannot be located. The adress and the phone number are clearly mentioned, was home all day and no any phone call has been made. I, kindly ask your assistance for the parcel to be delivered. Thanking you.

                        My parcel is stuck at Chennai Customs on hold

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        My parcel RC[protected]UA from Ukraine via India Post has been stuck at customs Chennai on hold. Please help to get clearance. Please let me know to which mail id I should produce my product invoice purchase copies and proof so that I can get clearance. Please help to get it sorted.

                                  My parcel was booked on 11/06/21 and now it is in the process of delivery and while tracking my Consignment it was showing proper information like "Packed", "Dispatched" etc.

                                  But since yesterday when I'm trying to track my article it is showing the message "Consignment details not found".
                                  I have attached the picture of the same.
