I shipped two items from India speed post on the 27th of November. I haven't been updated on the status yet. its been almost 2 weeks now since I shipped it and the delivery destination was interstate. this kind of service is unacceptable. the id for both the consignments are EW[protected]IN and EW[protected]IN . I would like be updated on my status as soon as possible.

      Package sent from US Was undelivered showing it refused but it never got delivered in first place.

        My speed post parcel (tracking ID - ET[protected]IN) is showing status that it is bagged in Ranaghat ICH since 5th of Dec which is just 30km away from final destination...on registering complaint on online portal also the problem hasn't been resolved and the both the Ranaghat and Kalyani post offices are denying having the parcel .Clearly Ranaghat ICH has the parcel otherwise status would update to Dispatched from there instead of jst bagged

        I just sent some items from Qatar to India on 29 th of Dec 2020, by epost Qatar.. by ems. fast service but till today I haven't received my product yet may I know whats the reason to hold my items in India as it is been cleared In Mumbai customs and they have shipped to chennai customs.. chennai customs has holded my items.. I need a clear justifications regarding to it

          Hello, I have a mail yet to reach me but it has been shown as dispatched from Silchar for over one week now. I am sure that the travelling distance between Silchar and Mizoram will not be taking that long. Please help me with this matter as I really am in need of receiving my mail soon.

          Hi, I am facing the same issue here. My parcel had been dispatched from guwahati for three days now and it still hasn't reach dimapur. Between the two places, it's a very short distance.
          Have you received your mail yet, or it's yet to be resolved?

              Hello Sir/Mam,

              My brother-in-law registered consignments at India Post Office Tangra on 7th Nov 2020 (today is 9th December 2020), however, the packages are still yet to be delivered. One package was registered as Speed Post and the other was a Registered Parcel. The consignment numbers of the two pages are:
              1. Speed Post: EW[protected]IN
              2. Registered Parcel: CW[protected]IN

              As usual, the tracking details are very incomplete, so tracking them online didn't help at all.

              The receipts are attached for your reference.

              Please help us in locating the packages so that they reach the destination in order for us to pick them up from the Ukhrul Post Office.

              Both packages are to reach Ukhrul S.O

              I pray that you will take necessary action timely.

                Speed post consignment no. - ET[protected]IN. The is showing dispatched from Delhi rs TMO since 19th Nov 2020, but no further updates have been provided. It's been more than a month (07 Nov 2020) since package left the sender's address. Kindly send the article immediately or refund my fee for the service.

I am unable to register my complaint on IndiaPost complaint portal as it is not working properly.                         Ive been tracking my parcel almost everyday, i tracked it today and it said delivery confirmed but there was no delivery made at my place, i called their customer care no. and they gave me my local post office's no. but they picked up and said that it's a wrong number and when i complained about this they gave me the landline no. but ill have to call them tomorrow as it's closed now, why have i not received it yet, it was booked on 20/11/20 and im really confused about the situation

                            My usps item was supposed to be delivered to Faridabad, ballabgarh in September 2020 but it hasnt been delivered yet. It says your item departed a transfer airport in indira gandhi intl, delhi, india on September 27, 2020 at 9:30 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

                            Went to the post office they couldnt help
                            SO I request you to please find out where my package is
                            And rectify my problems as soon as possible

                              today i track my complaint at india post website, and they marked as 'resolved' but i still didnot receive and when i track my parcel, no destination update found.
                              i am so confused.

                                ATM/DEBIT Card Speed Post No.- AQ[protected]IN is returned by my nearest post office Mirganj SO Pin Code-841438 due to insufficient address; But my address was correct i.e. Nitesh Kumar Sharma S/O- Vijay Sharma AT- Vill.- Harkhauli, Ward No.-13 Post- Mirganj, District- Gopalganj, State- Bihar, Country- India
                                Pin Code- 841438, but why my article is go back, the postman isn't make sure to go to my house and atleast no make one call for me. Unnecessarily write & put down anything like insufficient address and send back.

                                    I am expecting a parcel from US and i see it has been sitting in Bangalore sub foreign post since 5th Nov..Seriously does this office even have staff? Else this is a good time to recruit as there are many people who do not have jobs and can do work efficiently.
                                    1 month and they have not been able to check. Really frustrating.
