I received msg fom icai that my book had been parcel to me n track i'd is cy[protected]in. But on india post i am getting msg tracking id not found

My registered parcel article no. Cw[protected]in is showing delivered on 20th july but i didn't receive my parcel till today. Post office is not responding to calls. My parcel is very very urgent. Pls help me find my parcel.

I had booked the article (Eu[protected]in) by speed post at nepz post office (U. P.) for rudrapur (Uttarakhand) on 14.07.2020. But as on date it is still not delivered. Moreover, there is no tracking seen after 15.07.2020. The receipt is attached for your reference.

It is requested to kindly expedite the matter as it contained medicines for my ailing father.

I was about to revive my parcel a month ago. When i tracked the parcel it shows it has been delivered but i didn't receive my order.
Its been a month now since i am trying to contact toll free no register a file but no one is responding there too

But unfortunately it's not deliver and my parcel return back but my parcel open and it was empty so i did not take it from postman.

It is for your attention & information that I had made a SPEED POST on[protected], from Kolkata Deshbandhu Nagar PO, Kolkata -700059 to Sonarpur, WB. But till date it hasn't been received. Moreover, tracking is also showing only Despatched. I am unable to find out the present status of my consignment.

I have sent speed post on 14-07-20 to my brother. Destination pincode is just 65 km away from origin pincode. There last tracking details was updated on 15-07-20. From last 10 days there is no new update of speed post. I have contacted many times customer care and post office they did not responding. There are valuable things in the post.

My parcel has been received in lgbi ap tmo on 28th june.. But yet it's showing the same status. Also no one is picking calls when i tried to contact them so many times. It is my office related joining document and my joining date is near by 5days only. Please look into the matter as this is very urgent

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area gives our letters to the wrong persons. apparently he do not want to climb all stairs and visit door to door and give the letter to the addressed person rather just hand it over to any security guard standing in front of the street . our area pin code is 110093 GTB Enclave, Dilshad Garden. we do not know who this postman is as he has never came to our house and always just hands over all our letters to the security guards. recently we were supposed to receive a letter from our bank with some valuable items and the postman gave it to the some man who told him that he is the security guard who handed it over to someone else and we only came to know about this event after 10 days, moreover the envelop was already torn out by the time it reached us, so we are not sure if any of the valuable are missing or not.

Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.

2 medication consignments from Switzerland sent on 2/6/20 and 8/7/20 have been stuck at Mumbai Airport sorting office.
This medication is not available in India and the Patients medication is running out needs immediate release of these consignments.

I had a very very bad experience today visiting manikonda so india post with the person sitting in the ems booking counter.

I go regularly to the same post office for many months to give parcels. This is 1st time i saw this particular staff in ems counter, he is a very rude, irresponsible and doesnt have any respect for customers.

I have been using india post regularly for all my business couriers but i have not had any staff in india post behave so rudely untill today on top of the making mistakes in booking. I dont think any customer will want service from india post if they are overcharged due to careless ness and spoken to so rudely.

1. I had 8 parcels. But the counter person said he will not do more than 5 parcels per day per person, and if i have to do balance 3 i have bring someone else to book it. At the time i went 10 am there were no other customer waiting for ems booking still he said he will not book.

2. He will not book any parcels to mumbai or delhi. I told no problem if there is delay, plz book. But he said no i will not book. And rudely said, you can go to the gpo if you want to give more than 5 parcels or come back tomorrow with balance. I dont understand does customers time have no value that too when the counter is empty other than me?

3. I gave 5 parcels and then he entered weight of parcels as he liked without putting weight each and entered every parcel at 120-130 grams each when the parcels were only 35-40 grams. Less than 50gms is rs 41.3/- per parcel. But because of wrong weights he charged rs 70.8/-

4. After he generated receipt only i could see and i asked him why he put such incorrect weights and charged me extra. For that he rudely said i put correct weight, i know what i am doing. I had to request repeatedly to another staff in same post office to help me and check, there is a mistake and ems staff is not checking. Only when second staff came the ems booking staff put the parcels on the scales again arrogantly saying i will show i have done correctly. And to his shock all the weights were wrong. Only then he said he did not weight each parcel.

5. Even after that he spoke very rude and said he cant do anything, mistake happened it is your problem. What is booked and paid is paid. I have never seen anyone speak in such arrogant voice when he made the mistake. He did not even appologise for the mistake and spoke like he has no responsibility for what he does.

Its been 5 days since booking my parcel but its status hasn't even been updated since then, though it should have been delivered. This was not at all expected by india post.
The package contains essentials which is urgent.

Registration completed for india post recruitment 2020 rajasthan and fee is also paid but for further application processing required otp not received even after too many tries. Resolve the problem.

Due to covid lock down my pension related documents (Discharge book, certificates and related documents) send to me by speed post
No ee[protected]in dated 02/07/20 and delivered to me on 16/07/20 and the condition of my documents are very pathetic due to sanitation done by the postal department every documents ruined and ink spread all over.
