Hello sir my consignment no. Is cw[protected]in. I have booked 3 parcels at same time on 17th june and i have received 2 parcels on 4th july but the 3rd parcel is still far away from the destination and it has been redirected to the source once, i don't know why this happened and it seems like it is happening again it should have received in venkatagiri, andhra pradesh but it reached chennai, tamil nadu and it has been dispatched to kolkata, west bengal again! I have placed a complaint regarding this issue on 4th july reference no. [protected] but no response till date. Please resolve this issue and provide me with an update on the status of my consignment. Thank you.

    The package come to india on june 20 but it's 11 july now and the package has not moved and there's no status update, kindly deliver the courier as soon as possible as it contains important material.

      I have sent a registered parcel with consignment number ck[protected]in from koramangala s. O, bangalore (560034) to shahganj s. O, agra (282010) on 13th of june'20 but still today on 11th of july'20 it is showing that the item being bagged from bangaluru ph on tracking system. It has already 30 days over where is my parcel??? In tracking system also it has showing same status from june 15th to till now no updation of parcel. Plz look into the matter and resolve it asap.

      Today I got the above mentioned parcel after waiting 1 month and few days which all sides are open and only 4 dresses I got and 1 long anarkali frock which are almost damaged and torn where is my other goods?? My hand bags, other sarees and make up kit???Alots of items aren't there in box someone stolen. In box there were some dirty papers input instead of clothes and other items. I want compensation for this I have all prove. How dare anybody to open my registered parcel without my permission before delivery to me??? As this is a Govt. Indian post registered parcel??? I want my goods back or India post have to give me compensation.

        Could you please help me get my shipment delivered.
        I ordered a product on etsy and since 19/05/2020 is stuck at dimc new delhi 110002 and i have no idea to who i should contact or if the parcel got lost.
        The shipping should've arrived at the 16th of march, but since then i have no clue but two updates that means nothing:
        19/05/2020 12:13:47 india dimc new delhi 110002 item dispatched
        19/05/2020 11:53:12 india dimc new delhi 110002 item received

          I have couriered 2 parcels on 30 june 2020 through speed post. It's already been 10 days but it's not delivered yet. Also when i try to track my consignment it doesn't show any update after 1july 2020. Those two courier contains important documents that need to be delivered to my college as soon as possible but it hasn't delivered and i am facing problem because of that. Consignment number of those courier are: ef[protected]in and ef[protected]in.
          These are to be delivered to rohtak from muzaffarpur.

            This is hemnath from chennai. I need to receive a business parcel bearing consignment no. "ci[protected]in" from niwari, madhya pradesh which was booked on 29th may 2020 from niwari s. O., niwari district, madhya pradesh - 472442 to melakottaiyur s. O, chennai, tamil nadu - 600127. Today the date is 10th july 2020, but still not received the parcel. When i tried to track the parcel, the last update was on 5th june 2020. After that no update has been provided in inida post website. I kindly request you to update me with the status of the parcel and take necessary actions to speed up the process of india post and deliver me the parcel. Expecting to hear from you soon.

                        Thank you indian post for resolving my complaint .After i registered a complaint I can see that the status update of tracking the parcel has updated and reached half the way . Before it was only showing it dispatched from coimbatore, now it is dispatched from kochi .

                                    Initially i registered a complaint here as well as in INDIA POST website (https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/TrackComplaintStatus.aspx) Before complaint the tracking status was not updated. But after registering my complaint, I got my post delivered 2 days from the date of complaint. The company did not mail me or call me.

                                      Hi!

                                      I have been trying to receive a parcel vis indian postal service (Speedpost) (Ee[protected]in) containing tibetan herbal medicine from dr. Kelsang, mcleod ganj for cancer treatment. It's extremely urgent.

                                      The tracking status showed despatched
                                      At air lgbi ap tmo on 1st july. Today is 6th july and still there is no change in the status.

                                      When will i receive my medicines? It's a matter of life and death. It's just a 10hours journey by road from guwahati to north lakhimpur in case airlines are not operating.

                                      I request that promt action is taken to deliver the medicines asap.
