Speed post ref no. Eu[protected]in dispatched from lucknow on[protected]. The post has not reached the location (Salem-636016) as on[protected]. The tracking services says it was dispatched on[protected] from lucknow nsh. No other update. Contains critical documents. Complaint has also been raised ref. No. [protected]

My parcel has been hold by india post customs for more than 2 weeks. My tracking number is ru[protected]nl. Please deliver the parcel by friday

I 'm curious about my below international courier ef[protected]in from patna to houston / usa which has been in kol ap nsh for 8 days since 8/07/2020.
I was curious why it was not released for distribution to the usa or the next level to the usa.
It's been 11 days since it was submitted to patna gpo.
Please release it to usa asap.

2 speed post parcels were booked simultaneously on 6-7-20 but whereas the one of dhanbad reached on friday, 10-7-20 but speed post for kolkata destination did not reach till now. Following up with india post helpline since 8-7-20 but no results. On 8-7-20 i was told to wait for 1-2 days due to covid, on 10-7-20 was told that again i should wait for 1-2 days but still when on monday, 13-7-20 the parcel didn't reach so i called up the helpline again and the customer care helpline lady talked rudely and did not try to listen at all but kept on repeating to go to delhi po from where the parcel was dispatched and that the parcel was not at all booked. I fail to understand how then the receipt was issued to my friend on booking and paying the charges. Today on 15-7-20 i again called up the helpline and the gentleman vishal talked very politely and assured me that he would be escalating the matter to his team for faster delivery. I took the local po no. And talked to the l. R. Sarani po who said that they had not received the parcel till now.
It is really strange that a speed post between 2 metro cities takes more than 1-2 days. Kindly take action and get my parcel delivered instantly.
Surprised that government departments work this way!
Request the postal department to stop harassing customers-it is an essential department i hope you agree

I have booged for a speed post but after over 13 days the parcel is not reached till now.. And when i check status it's show that date: /06/07/2020 /time:17:14:17/ p. O: kol ap nsh/ status: item bagged
I want the proper status please resolve my problem and reached my parcel as urgent as possible.

I booked a parcel on 9th july, 2020 from faridabad to kolkatta (No. Eh[protected]in) by speed post. On same date, my parcel showing item bagged at gurugaon nsh. But after that, there is no updates regarding my parcel. It contains some important documents. I hope it reach to its destination as soon as possible.

My university has sent my evaluation report to wes canada through india post. The tracking status shows me the documents are not delivered yet. While contacting at customer complaint online, the only answer you get is about status update but when they will redeliver my documents. Its really unreliable service which india post is providing.

We are living in Germany with permanent residence. And we stuck here in India due to covid. My hospital in Germany has sent me some medicines for the on going heart thearaphy. the package RM[protected]DE is held by customs.
Can you please do the need full releasing the packet.

I have sent a parcel by speed post on 2/7/20 from darjeeling to police training school 247 a. J. C bose road alipore kolkata while tracking it shows received in alipore h. O. On 8/7/20. I have been waiting for it to be delivered but after 6 days that is on 13/7/20 still i have not received it so iam compelled to complaint about the delay because it can be a cause of negligence. Please kindly look into this matter

Posts are delayed and mostly not delivered. He is a irresponsible towards his job.
Recently my atm was not delivered and returned back. I hope you will take actions against the postman.

Request plz update status. Parcel is lying in the delivery so from june 22 - komarapalayam coimbatore so. Its more than 20 days sitting in delivery so. Wrongly updated as door locked. I have sent others parcels to same address after this one and they have been delivered.

I'm am following up for this for 2 weeks on twitter also now, but no response at all. There is no lock down in that area but still not delivering.

I do all my business deliveries with india post and i'm getting bad name and customer is giving bad reviews on me in social media and my business is getting spoiled.

My package ua[protected]to came to india on 20 june but it's showing no status its july 12 now. Kindly make it deliver asap as it is very valuable material.

Hello sir my consignment no. Is cw[protected]in. I have booked 3 parcels at same time on 17th june and i have received 2 parcels on 4th july but the 3rd parcel is still far away from the destination and it has been redirected to the source once, i don't know why this happened and it seems like it is happening again it should have received in venkatagiri, andhra pradesh but it reached chennai, tamil nadu and it has been dispatched to kolkata, west bengal again! I have placed a complaint regarding this issue on 4th july reference no. [protected] but no response till date. Please resolve this issue and provide me with an update on the status of my consignment. Thank you.

The package come to india on june 20 but it's 11 july now and the package has not moved and there's no status update, kindly deliver the courier as soon as possible as it contains important material.

I have sent a registered parcel with consignment number ck[protected]in from koramangala s. O, bangalore (560034) to shahganj s. O, agra (282010) on 13th of june'20 but still today on 11th of july'20 it is showing that the item being bagged from bangaluru ph on tracking system. It has already 30 days over where is my parcel??? In tracking system also it has showing same status from june 15th to till now no updation of parcel. Plz look into the matter and resolve it asap.

I ordered a product on etsy and since 19/05/2020 is stuck at dimc new delhi 110002 and i have no idea to who i should contact or if the parcel got lost.
The shipping should've arrived at the 16th of march, but since then i have no clue but two updates that means nothing:

I have couriered 2 parcels on 30 june 2020 through speed post. It's already been 10 days but it's not delivered yet. Also when i try to track my consignment it doesn't show any update after 1july 2020. Those two courier contains important documents that need to be delivered to my college as soon as possible but it hasn't delivered and i am facing problem because of that. This is hemnath from chennai. I need to receive a business parcel bearing consignment no. "ci[protected]in" from niwari, madhya pradesh which was booked on 29th may 2020 from niwari s. O., niwari district, madhya pradesh - 472442 to melakottaiyur s. O, chennai, tamil nadu - 600127. Today the date is 10th july 2020, but still not received the parcel. When i tried to track the parcel, the last update was on 5th june 2020. After that no update has been provided in inida post website. I kindly request you to update me with the status of the parcel and take necessary actions to speed up the process of india post and deliver me the parcel. Expecting to hear from you soon.
