I tracked my parcel & it's showing kol ap nsh from 3 june 2020....

My parcel with tracking number rp[protected]sg has still not been delivered. The last tracking update i received was on 30th may mentioning that it has been dispatched from mumbai airport sorting office. After that i have not been notified.

Please let me know it's current status and how long will it take to deliver.

Today is more than 13 days of place the parcel but has not been delivered yet.
I have tried many times to contact the customer care number on india post's website ([protected]) but i don't get in touch with them.

In fact i was so hesitant and to complete here is because, my passport in that parcel...

I neekunj gupta shipped a car refrigerator through india post on 29/05/2020 from rohtak (124001) to bawal (123501) haryana, but the product he received was damaged, makes it of no use to both o[censored]s.
This was very careless behaviour from the side of india post employees.

I live in bangalore and placed an order in march of 2020 from a brand called kenzzi based in new zealand. The product took months to arrive new delhi and it says that it has been dispatched on the 18th of may but it’s june 1st now and i still haven’t received it, there have been no additional updates whatsoever.

I had ordered a laptop from us by paying 1184 usd and also a custom duty of 37k rupees, in total around 1.2 lakhs but when i received the dell alienware laptop it was broken with pieces falling apart my tracking number is ce[protected]us, it’s sad that after paying so much i have received broken parts....
