C bose road kolkata 700027 on 2/7/20 it has reached kolkata airpot nsh on 5/7/20 but while tracking it shows bagged only since 3 days plz sort this out coz my parcel is very important if it takes too long time it will be of no use thanking you.

I have sent a registered parcel (Insured one) from khagaria (851205) to kanpur nagar (208005) on 26th of june 2020 but still today on 6th of july it is showing to be in rms allahabad. It has been 5 days since it is stuck in rms allahabad as per their tracking system. Do look into matter and resolve it asap....

I'm unable to track since 10 days it only show consignment detail not found...

It been more than 20 days my courier has not yet delivered to my customers.this is spoiling my useless.Contacting customer service is also useless as they always say server is down and we cannot provide you any details.I am not able to track the current location of my courier.
i have mentioned all the tracking ids.Hope my issue will e resolved and i will be getting the solution for the case raised.
