I have ordered skin care items from uk worth £41.45 and the india post tracking says that the package was retained at mumbai foreign post office at 30/07/2020 (Yesterday).

Can someone please advise me what to do? It has been over a month already since my package arrived in india.

Can i please get in touch with a person through e-mail/telephone from whom i can get some details? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    My letter is moving slower than snail pace. I had booked it on 17th july. And letter still not left for destination city. It seems stuck in kolkata. Till now it was supposed to delivered. 2 weeks has been passes still no sign of movement.
    Registered a complaint on its website but no reply from there also. If they were unable to deliver they shouldn't have booked in 1st place.

      On 24 th July 2020 I submitted one of my parcel(speed post ) from kendriya vihar post office to B. Garden post office..from online tracking I got the info that the product is despatched from kendriya vihar post office .. but today it's 30th July, no update is there in the site. Really I m worried about my Product
      Kindly need your serious concern in this matter ...

        The parcel was booked in Kolkata on 17 july 2020. It reached Kol ap nsh on 24 july. After that there is no update till today.

              I have booked my speed post on 20/07/2020 at New Town SO, Kolkata - 156 but after 10 days parcel has not been delivered to the address being sent and it's reflecting same status on website against the consignment number.

              Kindly help on this regard as this as the post contains extremely important documents which is awaited at the receiving end.

              Following is the status I could see at the website which has no updates post 23/07/2020.

                I have sent documents through Speed Post from Kolkata GPO on 24th July at 13.30 hrs. Delivery address is Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane -4000604.
                Their site showed that consignment details were not found.
                No update since 24th July. Today is 30th July
                I have contacted Kolkata GPO but in vain.
                I would like to know where is this parcel and when will it be delivered
                I sent mails to [protected]@rediffmail.com on 28th July but there is no revert.

                I am requesting you to deliver the consignment.
                This consignment is most urgent.

                          I have placed an order through a e-commerce website which was dispatched from the UK on 25th June, 2020. Tracking ID on Indiapost.gov is LP[protected]GB.

                          The package had reached bangalore on 17th July 2020, yet it has not been delivered to the mentioned address.
                          The address was clear and had given all the details and still the package is just being redirected to different locations in bangalore and then being sent again to CCRC bangalore.

                          Please do the needful and deliver the package as soon as possible.

                              No response to emails and helpline no. not functioning

                              A registered package originating in Russia with tracking no. RR[protected]RU hasn't had a status update since the 1st of July, 2020. I have forwarded inquiries to nsh.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in as well as tried calling the helpline no. for international mails, stated in the India Post website. The helpline number isn't working and I haven't received any reply to the email I sent. How can I get an update as to the status of my shipment?...
