Dear sir/ma'am

I belongs from raghunathpura village & my village's branch
Office not open since ten days & our parcel is not arrive &
Also my parcel is delayed from seven days. I have a lot of
Problems with postman, when we contact with him. He says
That he don't know about our parcel and always he says that
I will come tomorrow. Please ma'am/sir help us

Sir mere village ka post man ek to vo gaon mai aata nhi h bhut kam ata h ager aa bhi jaye to kisi ki bhi post ko uske address pr deliver nhi krta meri post ayi thi but usne time se deliver nhi ki or jb uski date nikal gyi to muje phone krke btaya h ki maine is person ko tamara letter de diya h le jana usse or vo usse gum ho gya. Bhut bura haal h please look at this.

My item (Registered parcel) was booked on 31st october 2017 from shalimar bagh (110088), delhi post office to reach the destination at itanagar (791111) post office. The tracking numbers are cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in and cd[protected]in. The tracking details have not been updated after 6th of november which is making me loose my patience and trust in indian postal service.
I would also like to mention here that the toll free customer number is not been attended by any of the staffs. And the indian postal complaint is also not being attended and taken care of by anyone. I have already registered online complaints regarding the same in the online complaint section of the post office website.
Please help me in this difficult agony of mine.

When i had gone to fill petrol in by vehicle the salesman at petrol station has refused to take 10 rs coin and said that bank is not accepting the rs.10 coin for depositing cash. So he can not accept. I told call manager but they told that he is not present at that moment and manager has only told to not accept 10 rs coin from customer. So help me out by suggesting right method to handle this case and help other customers for inconvenience...

Indian post — speed post not delivered


Hi,

I had booked a speed post for sonahatu block, sub division - bundu, distt. Ranchi pin 835204.
Tracking number for speed post is ej[protected]in.

The status of the mail show that it has been received at bundu s. O on 18 nov 2017 at 9:19am.
But the speed-post is not still delivered. Its now more than 3 days and post is lying at bundu s. O since last 3 days.

What should i do now?
Could you please help me out with this?

Dear sir,
I had applied for driving licence the month of july 2017 in rto office sambhal u. P. After passing 3 &4 months i did not revive my driving licence.
I gone to rto office sambhal for knowing the current status of my d. L. Rto, office told me that your licence has been dispatched on 02/08/2017 and given me post office slip no. Ru[protected]in (Copy attached). Have tracked my application on the net but their is no status showing of my dl application.
I request you to kindly help me to get my driving licence as early as possible.

Sir/mam i am vikas of kani kheri -125106. I want to complain against youe postman in post office of lehriyan village. He was absent for his duty in duty time since 11nov. Due to which. He come yesterday and sent back my speed post parcel no. Ex[protected]in. I usd to go there everyday. But when i went to post office in dharsul. They told me that he had sent back the parcel back today. So i have to file an rti.

Sir, my parcel no. Ch[protected]in was weight 6900 grams when posted from panipat haryana 132103 but when i received it the weight was approx 5200 grams, actually i have have to receive three items but unfortunately i received only two items that means one item was missing from the parcel. I have informed the local post office (783124) about the matter but no action has been taken by them. So sir please take some necessary steps so that no such incident could take place in near future.

I had sent a parcel from us to india on 10/20 and it has not been delivered even after one month. Below is the tracking number ew[protected]us

Today my package came to uzhavoor east p. O and they havent deliver it to my home even though the package was too small. If they cant do the delivery then there is no need of this post office uzhavoor s. O is more than enough. The people in uzhavoor east p. O (686634) only need salary without pain. This is because our govt. Is not efficient. If any courier arrives in the uzhavoor east p. O l have to go and collect it before 1 pm or else they will close the office and go back to home. If they cant change this nature plz permenantly close the uzhavoor east p. O, it is more easy for us to go and collect the packages from uzhavoor s. O. Or else please find some new post master who is ready to do his job. Uzhavoor east p. O post master is a lady officer, who is inefficient and not even ready to give correct information.. Hope it is clear.. Im fed up with this and its not the first time they are repeating the same mistake... U need to take sufficient action on this..

Dear sir on dated 07/11/2017 11.23 am i booked a parcel from the post office bishrampur 497226, chattisgarh to hydrabad p. O. Alwal but till now parcel had couldnit found in the address. Parcel wt 5646gms and amount rs217 taken by post office. Consignment no is cc[protected]in. Please take neccessary and disciplinary action. Rf[protected]cn my item was "retained" since september and on november i got the same information. Till date it never change. It's a parcel from ali express and suppose to reach in my place, guwahati. Please see to it that my item is safe and i hope it reaches soon. Please sir/mamme look to it. This is my 2nd complaint. Due to my job i have been transferred to hyderabad.in this regard i have been transferred my ppf account no. [protected] (Old no. 10833) from palwancha khammam district to gpo hyderabad on 24.07.2017 but till today it was not been transferred to the above destination from palwancha post office.

When i telephone to palwancha the in charge was telling that wait for two days but it has been completed almost four months now. So please look into this matter and settled the same as soon as possible.

India post delivery man won't deliver the package because its heavy and asked me by calling me on phone to pick up or it will stay in post office.
The delivery man signed the package by himself and marked it as delivered on the website tracking page.

This is an absolutely doodle of a man, india post needs to get rid of such lazy a-holes.

I would appreciate a strick action against this man, he is lazy as hell.

Hi, i have send a parcel to india, lonavala from australia few weeks ago and it has received it yesterday to the recipient. But the problem is the parcel was opened/ tared already and stolen most of the things that was in it. There was 6 pack of chocolates, 2 set of earphones, bow tie set and a personal photo. What was left in the parcel was an opened pack of chocolate without any chocolates in them, one another pack of chocolate and the bow tie. Rest of them are stolen by an employee of course. It is absolute disgusting. Indian post need to get stricter because they need to know we work hard here too. It is not the amount of money which i have lost im concerned with but the negligence. It is very disappointing and upsetting. Hope there is an end to it because it is just not fair for us people who trust and send things to overseas.

From my home town one of my family member do the speed post but its not delivered the consiment no is ef[protected]in. The address mention in that speed post is

I deposited 3 cheques into sb account of indian post in december 2015, that cleared after 2 days. But till date not credited into my post account. Even i have proof of bank that cheque cleared in which account. After 6 months post will found that that time post system was upgrading to finacle (Post accounting system like bank) program so that is that money is forgot to migrate to your account. Thay suggested to go gpo of city and make complain i made 7 complain till date to all office in gpo, ssp and sub posts but they blaming each other that this department will do it. I am still running between those. And my amount was huge.. Please do something because its 2 years now

I recently ordered a supplement (overseas). However, for the past week the tracking comments indicate "Retained by customs for unspecified reason".

Kindly let me know, if I need to contact the customs office? Or will my package be lost?
