I have a parcel stuck in kolkata foreign lcao since 23/10/17. No updates since then. I tried contacting them but all in vain. At least, a response would have been appreciated.
Its been 9 days now & there is no activity. This is frustrating. Highly dissatisfied with the postal services in our country. Screenshots are attached as proof.

I have sent a parcel on 30 oct 2017 from india speed post thane-sp jekegram post office to kolkatta. There was small purse in that, when the receiver opened the box, some items were missing and box was half opened. Item worth rs. 1200 is missing from that. While i tried to lodge a complaint online, the site was not working. What should i do now

I request you to kindly release my parcel containing medicine bearing id sept. 2017 was despatched on 16/09/2017 through picker (Prepaid) with tracking id ed[protected]in as soon as possible. It's stuck in the siliguri post office for more than a month. Till date there is no updatation as such. I am very eagerly waiting for the same. You can also check its been a long time since it got shipped from haryana (Delhi). I am losing my patience. Hope you understand. It's a medicine from jiva ayurveda. I urgently require it for my abdominal problem. Please release it

I went to post office for speed post of one of my items. They refused to take it staying that the packing is not good enough... When i asked what's wrong they just said it's should be little more tightly packed i packed it again and stapled. After that she was like why did you use stapler. I said what is wrong with that. On asking she just kept quite and refused to take it. What kind of service is this. They at not doing any favor to us. We are paying for the service. They should be responsible but they show useless attitude. Pls help me out with is. This is not the first time they behaved like this. I wish for more responsible behaviour from them.

Sir.in thane kasarvadvli post office branch there is always problem of saving our money because employee always given resone to me about "system problem, technical issue" so what is this.? Today they r told me our branch head is on leave so technical issue happend so we r not take your money. I will also give complaint to pmo office. Because my saving a. C. Is "sukanya yojana" so how we can save our money in it?

I am mohammad amjad hussain ansari, my ordinary post is yet not recieved that is posted from bhopal to rewa, dated-09/05/2017. So kindly request you to that ordinary post send me or contact me for recieving, as soon as possible that is very important document for me. I am waiting this document since last 5 months. So please accept my complaint and and take action immediately.

On 23-10-17 i recieve a phone call that i won a samsung mobile, shoes and watch for 70% discount in diwali offer and they asked my address i give the address
They said when parcel came to your post office pay 4500 and take it
After 10 days i recieve the parcel and paid 4500 when i opened the parcel there is no itemsin that it contain a watch and shoes of cheap quality about it worth of 600 rupees and there no mobile
After i called him he is not responding

Urgently required item (Consignment no:-rm[protected]in) from utiitsl reached bhubaneswar on 24th october and still showing same status without the final delivery location unknown. Kindly let me know is there any problem. If yes please contact me on [protected] (Sripati baral)... Very much shameful and frustrating our grate indian post.. Kind suggestion close the very dept and handover to certain privet service provider.

As the attached suggest the issue with the shipment is that is that it was never attempted for delivery (421101) & yet the website furnishes incorrect info.

This is very irresponsible, pleas improve the customer experience, i had to contact multiple offices with no outcome at all.

Kindly get the shipment to delivered to my residential pin-code 421202 asap.

A registered letter was sent to ramadevi chakeri chouraha police station on 23/10/17 but this letter is not delivered yet.. I am chasing the post office dmsrde branch from where this letter was sent but no out come.
The post office harjinder nagar, kanpur-208007 who received this letter lastly and was supposed to deliver to addresses in unavailable in phone now.

This letter is very important and it requires urgent delivery.

I received a call from this no. [protected], [protected], [protected] on 23 of oct 2017. She told me that you are one of the lucky customers using airtel sim and you got a offer to get samsung j7 mobile in just 3000/- rupees.
(Actual price-14500/-). We will parcel this mobile in your nearest post office in 10-15 days. Then she asked my address and said we will inform you when we dispatch it. On 25th of oct, she made a call again, that your parcel has been arrived at the post office. She sent the parcel code also through mobile sms. I went there in post office and asked for that parcel, but they said you can not take that parcel right now as the data has not come. Then again that fraud girl talked to me and said data has come you can take your parcel. Then i went there in post office and took that parcel after paying 3000/- rupees of amount. But when i opened that parcel, instead of samsung j7 mobile, i found there was no mobile phone. I felt disappoint. I went back to the post office to tell about this fraud and asked for the further action i have to take. Then they suggest me about the consumer forum. I hope you help me to get my amount back. Thank you.

My id number is en6037554 i am sending this at[protected] but yet not reached to the right address. Why is this happening??? And also not find my tracking status. So give me the real issue about this, otherwise i will take legal action about this.

I booked my flight from air asia airlines from jaipur-hyderabad-bangalore dated: 25/10/17. The flight was delayed unnecessarily and without any prior information i had my meetings and also some important works which i was not able to complete because of carelessness of the authority. There managers and other personnel were too carefree providing no assistance.
We do jot expect such kind of behaviour with such behaviour.. How will i now compensate my loss?

I am writing this in order to claim to my courier number es[protected]in. I have couriered this from india post on 5th october, 2017 from zoo road, guwahati (Assam). I was charged rs 142 for availing your courier service.
My parcel has still not reached the recipient at jodhpur. I faced the inconvienence because of your carelessness.
Please take necessary action against this problem and find a solution as early as you can.

My parcel (Tracking no - rb[protected]sg) has not been delivered to me but the postman says he delivered it to someone at the reception without checking for id proof.

He claims that since it was diwali and he had lots of parcels so he did not ask for the id from the receiver.

Also, this information of delivery by the postman seems to be fake as i have got the cctv footage checked for the time from 11am - 4 pm (Time of delivery mentioned by him was between 12 pm - 3 pm).

He is not to be seen in the cctv footage anytime.

Also, on the india post website, the satus is still out of delivery since 16th october. Today is 26th october and it is still pending.

Kindly do the needful urgently.

Hi, my self rajendra singh, i have file my itr and got aprox 52000 rs as refund from income tax department, that refund is dispatched by registered post from income tax department, my our postman is not performing his duty properly and he has not given that registry (Post) to me and he has send back to income tax department.
I am continue in touch with postman (Mr ramesh sharma) but he has return my post intentionally,

I am paying tax to govermant but due to some goverment emply, kindly help me on this and take action against this postman.
