It has been more than 6 days since the bag was despatched from l d a colony s. O-226012 to vasundhra s. O-201012 on 15/5/2017. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since 16/5/2017. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Item no is eu[protected]in.

I have 2 Nscs of Rs.10000/-each bearing nos 08EF912617 &18 which have mature for redemption on[protected]. I had visited Chandra Layout Bengaluru post office in the first week of April17 and submitted the N C 32 form that is application for transfer of NSCs from one post Office to another which was issued to me earlier by the same office. The post master accepted the same and requested me to come after 3 days. However in the evening she telephoned and as per her request I went to the office. I was informed that the 2 nscs could not be closed by the Shimoga Market-577202 office in view of failure to get the nscs migrated to finacle and therefore I have to go personally to Shimoga to get it redeemed. She simply returned back the documents obtained by her.
In this age of digitalisation asking me to go personally 300km to get it redeemed is unheard of. I request u to arrange for early encahment of these Nscs .

The head post office in mylapore is famous for its customer handling like every other govt offices.in 2012 more than 7 air conditioners were installed and now there's only 5. They were powered on only once when they got installed just to show the higher authority as air conditioners are working. Ever since then it's just for showcase. Being in chennai on summer with 43.1℃ is not simple.

I have applied for postal id card on 28/01/2017 paying 250 rs. I was told that i would get in like three or two months. But it's been almost more than three and half months. I contacted west mambalam post office where i applied. They told me to ask in t. Nagar main office. Their responses are really worst. They still keep telling me it would come. My application no is 798131.

Honourable sir, i am trying to online apply for your given gds post from assam circle which have only 467 posts. But after registration, i made online payment of 100 rs at nagaon post office : but till now i am not able to apply due some problems, say otp was'nt sent to me even after trying more nos on online procedure. So, i request to help on this regard since stipulated time is going to end today, otherwise my chance will gone

Today i was on the counter of speedpost in raj nagar extn sub post office-201017 raj nagar sector -7 ghaziabad u. P. I have to make 3 speed post to various distantion but by standing 30 mint on counter. The speed post not made by the incharge, i request him to please make my speed post but denied by saying i have no time come next time try arrogantly. This employe name he say my name is rajesh make my complain where you can but i will not do your speed post.
Sir this employees always misbegave to customar every time he talking on mobile on office time. He gives priority to agent only. We se citizens suffers. Take action accordingly. This employee always tolerate work, harass customer. Pl take action in this matter soon.
I am too frustated by the behabior of this employee

I am residing at madipakkam, chennai 600091, ezhil avenue, skathi nagar ext., plot no. 1 - my mother govt., retired teacher, she got her eye treatment, regarding that she add a registered letter from the department of health, today (20/5/2017) the postwoman came to my house standing in the half of road and calling us to take the delivery, i refuees the letter to take delivery on the road, we both have arguments, after that, she told me, come and collect the letter in the madipakkam post office, she use to deliver the letter late and in irregular timings, the way she talks is not fair.

I am a public, i am consumer, i am unable to get my right from my country, she challenged me, how you will get the letter come to office.

The letter is belongs to my mother she is 70yrs+, she cannot get the letter from the office so kindly make the delivery to the address.

Please take action for this immeditely, without any fail, i waiting for your reply.

Ignou regional centre panaji (08), behind chodankar hospital, near p&t qtr, alto porvorim, bardez goa 403521 mob [protected]. But by blunder mistake by postal department it was delivered to model colony s. O. 411016 pune maharastra. I spoke to model colony post office. They told me it has been delivered to ignou regional centre pune.

I need to received the courier from us. This is my ips tracking no. Cg[protected]de which was reached india @ 2nd may 17. After that i may taken week a time, that i know very well. But its reached destination (Chennai) 5th of may still i have not received the courier as of now. I have been continuously followups with concern department but they don't reply properly. I have followups in this no. Guindy post office[protected]. This is very pathetic to handle the concern person. If india need to improve please make the necessary action. Better avoid this kind of activity in future. Please take a proper action in this and resolve this.

Still i didn't get my parcel. I went to the post office they told firstly speed post come to some other branch. When again i showed the track report they told item didnt come to their office yet. Again i showed the track report, then they asked my address and i showed it. Then officials started checking it and told me its delivered. Still i didnt get the parcel yet. To whom they delivered? How they can deliver parcel to a wrong person who dont have id card. What should i do? What action i must take?

My passport was despatched on 16.05.17 from kolkata passport office by speed post. The tracking no is: pp[protected]in.
On tracking i have found that my passport was in gpo kolkata at 1338 today. After which they have despatched it to rms. They should have despatched it to my address in kolkata (Jodhpur park), kolkata 68 & not send it to rms. I am quite worried. Please do the needful. Please reply to my email id, if possible. I sent the item on 9 May, 2017 by speed post in Gauhati university post office(Pin code-781014).Gauhati university post office bagged for NSH Guwahati and despatched the item to NSH Guwahati on 9 May, 2017.NSH Guwahati bagged for Jalukbari S.O. on 10 May, 2017 and despatched the item to Jalukbari S.O on 11 May, 2017.But Jalukbari S.O. not delivered yet as given by the official tracking id.The item is stucked there 6 days .My pin code is 781015.
