According to the tracking report, i went to govindapuram post office ghaziabad pin no-201013 to get my courier consignment number - eb[protected]in
But the deployed officer there has refused to give me my courier. Even i told him to keep my id for proof & give my courier to me, he said it is not of our area, therefore i will send it to hindan nagar post office pin no - 201015 (Ghaziabad - uttar pradesh) and behave viciously with me. One day later i went to dasna but i did not have a courier and after checking the tracking report i found out that it went to mumbai nsh and i did not get my courier yet.

My order didn't deliver to my address. When i checked the status it was showing 'insufficient address'. Adress was nicely written even with the phone number.
Am not getting why post office people have not delivered the consignment. If there was some confusion they should have called to the mentioned mobile number. But they didn't bother to contact.

If they can't call to the customer why they asked for write phone number.

Whenever my post comes post-office is not delivering it to my place.. Indira nagar lucknow post man is transferring the post to chinhat lucknow post office and they are again reverting it to indira nagar. They are not giving any detailed information for the same.. And when we visit them, they misbehave... Due to this many of our important documents are misplaced

It has been more than 3 days since the bag was despatched from sptc delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. After my purcel visit in kolkata airport 09/06/2017 at 16:16 pm & next office in manila airport in philippians...

After 7 days later my philippines friends not received my valid purcell & no new activity in manila airport...

I want to know what happen with my purcell...
Please sir help me...

I am komal kamble living in dombivali - kalyan with pin code 421201. My areas post office is tilaknagar post office.
Every time i get the parcel the postman says parcel is too heavy, come & take it from post office. I pay money for home delivery charges then why should i go there & collect my parcel. I just fed up his mouths uttering all the time. That 's not good for post office reputation.

Sir i applied for cheque book and debit card but sir till date i didn't received further documents. When i complaint against my bank idbi bank they told me document had been dispatched on 24 april and debit card 2nd may through track number ea[protected]in. When i asked our area postman but he said that he didn't know. Sir please investigate my case i got lot of trouble.

हमारे गाँव का पोस्टमैन जो की अपने कार्य को सही तरीके से नही कर रहा है ।
पिछले दिनों मेरा पैन कार्ड आया था जो की मुझे प्राप्त नही हुआ।पैनकार्ड आया और पोस्टमैन ने उसपे अपनी रिपोर्ट लगा के वापस कर दिया की इस नाम का कोई भी व्यक्ति मेरे एरिया में नही रहता ।जबकि मेरा मोबाईल नंम्बर भी उसपे लिखा था पर पोस्टमैन ने मुझे संर्पक नही किया ।तथा अब मेरे घर में मेरी बहन है उनकी डिग्री जो की दिल्ली से आने वाली थी और वह से भेजी भी जा चुकी है ।पर अभी तक मुझे मिली नही और पोस्टमैन कहता है कि ऐसा कुछ मेरे पास नही आया है ।
और वोकभी हमारे गाँवमें एक भी पोस्ट पहुचाने नही अत ।फोन कर के डाकघर बुलाता है और डाक देने से पहले पैसे भी माँगा है।
हमारा पोस्ट ऑफिस -पाण्डेयपुर वाराणसी 221002 है
कृपया इस विषय पे मेरी मदद करीये सर ।

I sent the el[protected]in speed post on 07.06.17 from chalakudy south s. O.in net tracking it is showing it reached batanagar s. O on 10.06.17 at 1048 hrs. Today is 14.06.17 and it has not been delivered yet. When i called up the batanagar s. O (Contact number[protected] they said their system is down and they cannot track the status of speed post. I said it's showing that it reached the batanagar on 10.06.17 he said that our and their system are different. God only knows what system he was talking about when the consignment is lying over there. Please solve this matter asap. Thank you.

I, vishnu r panicker has sent an important documents through speed post from pune h o of post office, but it has been not delivered and returned to me and said that address is not found, i have been filled correct address and i paid the speed post charge of rs 40/-, it has been sent from pune to vazhapally kerala post office, kindly please take action on that post man which was there at that duty time. I have submitted one envelop bearing consignment no. Ew[protected]in on 09.06.2017 with your kalighat post office kolkata. That percel reached guwahati airport on 11.06.2017. While tracking it is showing that consignment is still lying at guwahati airport i. E. There is no movement for 2 days.

Please look into the matter as it required to be urgently delivered to central bank of india, guwahati zonal office at bhangagarh, guwahati.
Futrher delay cause my pecuniary loss.

The new postman in the past few months is coming to deliver on time but demanding way more money (Tip) to deliver the letters (Aadhar, pan, passport etc.) like 150 to 500. I tried giving him 20 to 50 as tip but says no and demands more. Today i tried making him understand what i thought but instead of listening he starts giving threats and rejected the tip and went off (Pissed).
Please do something...

Sir my name is soumitra ojha. Egra, east medinipur, wb, 721429... And post man not deliver letter in our house all the time... He collect our contract no.in front of letter anf call our contract no... And said come post office & collect your letter/speed post/item... So sir plz take action our post office... Why post man not coming in our house. Its his duty. But he can't..

I am enquiring regarding a parcel i had sent from bangalore (Bengaluru) to hyderabad on 2nd june 2017.

The parcel no is ek[protected]in, sent from the jal vayu vihar branch of india post. As the online tracking and all other pages on www.indiapost.gov.in are not working i am unable to check on the status of this parcel myself or even raise a complaint directly on the site.

Request that you please look into this issue for me and give me a status update on the parcel please. The item was a gift to my cousin in hyderabad and i would be greatly disappointed and terribly sad if the parcel has been lost.

Hope that you will respond soon. With good news regarding the parcel and it's delivery to the destination address and person at the earliest.

I submitted my savings bank account application form with deposit amount rs. 500 on the date 30.05.2017 in the samayanallur post office. But i didn't get passbook and account number. The officers in the post office were so irresponsible and irritating. I am going to post office like a staff to get solution. Please take action immediately as soon as possible.

My parcel with tracking number eh[protected]sg was supposed to be delivered to patna. It came from china by singapore post, through kolkata foreign post office to patna yesterday. But now, the status is showing next location as kolkata. It seems that my parcel is being sent back. I was present at home and there was no delivery attempt.

Why is my parcel being sent back???
