My pan card is not yet delivered but it shows
Your pan card has been dispatched on 08-mar-2017 by registered/speed post* vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 18-mar-2017.

* emxxxxxxxxx represents airway bill number for speed post & rmxxxxxxxxx represents airway bill number for registered post.

Kindly help me to get my pan card., due to my pan card issue my salary has been kept on hold

As i want to inform you that i have n register from uti pan chennai they are sending my pan card through indian postal service and they sending me the consignment number that is rm[protected]in and said they dispatched it on 29th may 2017 to shillong address pin is 793003 but still not received. Please kindly check n revert.

We have mis account [protected] / 82 in manjalpur vadodara post office. These mis accounts are getting matured in aporil 2017.

Presently we are shifted to surat. So accordingly we have presented account closure form duly signed by depositor and messenger along with pan copy of the depositor.

But the rude post master has insisted for physical presence of the depositor. Messenger is not valid.

If messenger is not allowed then why closure form (Sb 7-a) is having option to authorize messenger to process?

A pocket containing a document still not received which sent on 30/05/2017, from kille dharur pin 431124 district beed maharashtra to ramhari uttamrao gholve d1/1 little hearts chs, talegaon dabhade taluka maval dist pune 410507 maharashtra.

So, requesting to notify the concern regarding this. Both address sender and receiver have contact numbers.

I have sent an envelop to my friend in Taiwan on 27th Feb, 2017 by Register Post via consignment no. (RT[protected]IN).
The envelop has not yet been delivered even after 3 months. I have reported this to India post and also written complaint to the post office authorities in Ambattur branch, Chennai. On tracking it shows that the item has been dispatch from KOLKATTA AIRPORT SORTING DIVISION, there is no update thereafter. We have followed up with Post office in Ambattur post office, KOLKATTA Airport sorting division but nothing progressed so for.

Please help us to track the envelop or compensation in case if it cant be traced.

I strongly feel that the postmen/women of the department need some training with regard to their behaviour towards customers & work. They are impolite and do not appear to maintain the delivery schedule, for eg: a local speed post within bangalore takes sometimes 4 days for delivery and some ordinary postal letters doesn't reach the addressee at all. This i have experienced many times, while my office claims it has posted the letter addressed to me while i don't get them at all. Others colleagues of mine would have got it & vice cersa. Many times the postmen after delivering the speed post article do not close the gate and go, they pretend as if they are in a great hurry. There attitude reveals that by delivering a letter to us, they are doing a favour to us rather than fulfilling an obligation on their part. I am a senior citizen now aged 64 years and my observation is that little has changed in manner of working of post offices or their staff from my childhood days till now. Who will improve this state of affairs.

I am register an comolaint in 25 may 2017 indiapost.gov.in but i am now want to close this complaint becuse person is get his article but still the compalint show in pending plesse see this complaint no and take an action on this. I have sent an envelop to reliance industries ltd silvassa, (Pin code 396235) on 1st june, 2017 by speed post via receipt no. (Em[protected]in)

The envelop has not yet been delivered even though 6 days have passed.
On tracking it shows that it was received at naroli on 5th june at 10 am.
There is updation thereafter.
The payee is located at abt 180 kms from mumbai and speed post does not reach in 6 days while ordinary post should deliver is a total surprise.
Request to pl ensure it is delivered today positively.

Sir i not received documents from pf office delhi north office its 2 months now, name mukesh priyadarshi address - 404, rani residency, chirag nagar, ghatkopar west mumbai-86, not received any details from india post office and raised complain to pf office but its rejected not contacted via call only sended mail by saying status and rejectedkindly do needful

Hi i sent a parcel from usa via usps to karnataka on may 16th 2017. It came through india post on june 2nd. The local post office didnt delivered instead called the family to come pick it up which was little suspicious. While at post office upon inspection the box was opened from bottom with may items selectively missing. Including 4 shirts, 3 neck ties, 4 tshirts, 2 sweat pants, 2 pair of toddler shoes, 1pair of adult slipper and half of candies. I complained about it is know there will be no results as they all are thiefs and part of this nuisance. I have filed a complaint here in usa. I reached out to india post on twitter same moment my family reported this to me with pics. They as claiming that nothing happened from their side that box was intact. What can be done i know for fact those items won't be ever found as they dont have any system to quarantine thieves that are among their employees. But still there has to be something that can be done as this is rediculous vulturism. Tracking no. Cw[protected]us.

My name is sheela khullar from jabalpur i have one monthly scheme acct mis 38102 in which post departement employee post master indira shrivas has done the fraud the story is this i have open one mis acct 38102 in 2006
On tht i am taking monthly interest of rs 300/- in 2010 i gone for full withdrawal on 5.10.2010 in howbagh post office on tht time post master is indira shrivas she said to me sign here in withdrawal form you will get money tomorrow second day when i gone she said already i have given you the money but she has not given and saying i have given rs 52050/- to you cash second day i have given a complain to senior supridendent of post office plus sp plus collector but no solution i got dept of post given reply to all adminstration tht post master indira shrivas has given a cash payment of rs 52050/-thn on july 2016 my son came from hyderabad he again given a complain to sspos jabalpur tht when there is no rule of above 20000/- cash how she can make the payment of rs 52050/-thn sspos given a reply for breach of departement rules we are giving a chargesheet in which post master indira shrivas increment has been stop for 3 years for giving a cash payment of above 20000/- thn my son said i want to see the long in which i can see the entry of th day my son seen the entry it is totally overwriting of rs 52050/- plus i son also seen 500 accts in which indira shrivas has done a breach of rules why she is giving cash because from dept she is taking money and to the investor she is giving different money
Thn my son complaint to dpg of post departement mr anant kumar who is very good person who is fighting on my case till date a true person of india mr anant kumar but ddg pratibha nath plus secretary of post shri b. V. My humble request to all india investors of post departement tht donot invest a money in post departement of india

Hi I have a serious concern regarding indian post services, misplaced of item with post article no. ED[protected]IN which total cost is 5933 as shipment contains 2 pair of shoes, we had tried our best to find out what happen with our package but sadly we got to know that it get misplaced at SPC/AMPC, New delhi 110037, on claiming complain regrading the same government had sent u s letter with the compensation of Rs 276 only .Is govt. is making fool o[censored]s by providing that little amount of money even after 6 months of package lost .. is this is the justice.. really its a serious concern we need our money back which is the cost of the article that is equal to Rs 5933 only please do the need full urgently otherwise i will move to higher department for fair justice or if possible return my package back at any cost .

Sir bank of baroda send me message on 26 may 2017 that ur check book is sent through speed post and tracking id is EQ[protected]IN but i m able to track it on 30 may 2017 and after 31 may 2017 no tracking detail is avialable of this speed post is this joke I m very much disappointed two times I visited speed post office but till now i don't have my courier in my hand

On 2nd june 2017, at approximately 11-30am i went to the post office for a speed post.
The lady handling the speed post told me to write speed post on top. So i did.
Then i told her kindly if you give me the gum, i can attach it. Her exact words were, gum is not your property".
I again requested her to kindly give me the gum which was just behind her, she told" go outside and buy gum and then come again in the line, i wont give you anything".
She told the exact same thing to a 70 year old man who followed me to the grocery store in this scorching heat to buy gum.
This type of behaviour is not expected from india post.
I am deeply shocked by her behaviour and her atrocity as if india post is her property.
I shall be thankful if some serious steps is taken against people like her.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you about the one parcel we had dispatched from the Jubilee Hills Post Office ( Next to the club)

I have been sending parcels via India post for 3 years now and i always recommend it to family and friends. All have them have reached destination safely.

However i must bring to your notice, that the last time we visited the counter. The man at the counter told us - " Are you sure you want to send parcel, if it gets lost dont blame us"

We told him we have sent many parcels and there was no reason for us to be worried.

However today after 10 days i decided to check my tracking slip for tracing the parcel and to my horror the Tracking number says invalid. I am wondering how is it possible that the tracking number be invalid ? A copy of the same attached.

I am now automatically suspicious of the man on the counter. Why did he make a comment like that? I would urge you to please help investigate this case. Especially because i am not worried about the man who actually passed this comment if has a role to play in it.

Ill appreciate your assistance in this regard

I am ashok kumar sharma, want to complain about our post officer (Mr. Ramawtar gupta) and postman (Mr. Kalyan sahay sharma) for their late dilevery and misbehave with post receiver, so please look into matter immediately.
With this reason we always face many problems and always missed our gland opportunity in many sectors.

So please resolve our problems as soon as possible.

I purchased a product from amazon.com, amazon seller sent the product through indiapost. The tracking number. Er[protected]in, the product shifted date 17th april 2017, and it was showing delivered on 19th april 2017. But i didn't received any parcel from india post. I contacted my nearest post office, they are saying it was delivered but they are not showing me any delivery proof.
