I sent a courier on 26th April, 2017 through speed post, for which the man at the counter said it'll reach Kurukshetra, Haryana at a maximum of 3 days. The problem here is that the item was received at PALAM TMO on 27th April 2017 around 5:40pm in the evening. Since there has not been any update about the parcel. As per the man at the counter it should reach kurukshetra today but I'm clueless whether it is still at PALAM TMO or has moved further.

My consignment number is EW[protected]IN. Please look into the matter and get me updated on the current status of the parcel. Thank you.

My item was stolen from the speed post parcel by the India post. Seller sent me the mobile phone LG G5 worth rupees 40000 but someone tear down the parcel in India post and took the mobile and accessories and sent me the empty box. This is the pathetic experience with Indian government and India post office. The weight of box was 415 gm when it was parcel by India post. But when it reaches to me it was empty with empty LG box. Please help me to find my item. Its a very shocking and a huge loss to me.

It has been more than 19 days since the bag was despatched from palam tmo to nsh guwahati. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Dear sir, a packed was sent by M/s Huion India tekCurve, 573, 5th 'C' Main, 5th Avenue, Teacher's Colony, Bangalore - 560034 (Karnataka) via speedpost no. EK[protected]IN on 10/3/2017.
The tracking details says that it is dispatched to New Delhi RS TMO. I did not not receive the item till today on 28/04/2017.

I am priya jain from jaipur rajasthan,
I have one urgent speedpost which has chequebook from Hdfc bank, which was delayed by 2days already and suppose to deliver today so I called post office for the enquiry. Post office's post gave the number of the postman and said Dinesh hi must have ur consignment or you ask him he'll guide you if the other post man has the consignment. I called Dinesh jo and asked about my consignment he asked my plot number and got to know that I am the same girl who did't give his desired tip on holi and caught him red handed when he was asking my father to give tip again when I have already gave him. So he used his anger hear and misbehaved so much, when I asked that I need that urgently so I'll come where you are and collect my belongings, he said post man will not according to you and it will be delivered in 4-5 hours. After calling many times he picked my call again and misbehaved again. When I told that I'll complain now and include the holi matter also he gave me ashokji the other postman's number . And finally after some time I got my consignment.
We book consignment with money and government paying them to deliver, for what reason should I have him tip on every small occasion but then we never ask we always give it's been 20years but their hunger is more that that.

My name is eldho alex, a parcel (Em[protected]in) for me was sent through india speed post on the 22nd of april from mira, mumbai. Till date it has not reached its destination of cochin kerala.
The tracking portal has not even been updated since 24th april. I sincerely feel that they have lost the consignment.
I personally go the local post office as to find out why i have not yet received the consignment and the way the staff treat you is just horrible. I left within minutes vouching never to return there again. Extremely horrible.

I have sent mails to the superintendent offices of mumbai and cochin. One department is blaming the other or the airlines who was supposed to bring and what not.

The consignment was sent by speed post so that i would receive it safe and sound within 48 hours. It has been a week since sending. 1 week for speed post across 2 states is terrible!!!

Please assist me in getting my consignment. I hope never to use india speed post again. Even though the cost and my time is more, next time i will go and get it myself by train or flight. This experience has been extremely embarrassing and time consuming and irritating.

I am pritam de form umrungshu (Assam), i send by emo 1000 rs on 11/04/2017 form unrungshu so (788931`) to my grand mother kabita guha form (Np1/3 arraha, nateji park, durgapur -12 dt burdhwan)
To day 27/04/2017, still now she didn't get 1000 rs form post office, it very urgent basses for medical treatment,
So please cheek the problem and solve it

My post office is in vashi navi mumbai,
One post man call me on friday 21st april, mr. Kadam, for my daughter's adhar card and he was not deliver that only for rs.20 and he said collect the same from vashi post office.
Today 27th april iam enquiring about the same but in this post office no one help me out of this. And again the staff said me to contact with that postman mr. Kadam.
Kindly take initiative and start cleaning the internal system, where the people doing hell.

As per subject cited above, This is to complain you that i am a resident of Chandlodiya, ahmedabad, gujarat.
Since few months, the post man is not coming in our society/area.
Due to absence/irregularity of post man lots of important documents we are unable to get like LIC policy, tax bill, etc.
Kindly resolve the problem and take action against the concern person.

I would like to share my experience at post office.
Postman came to deliver my passport yesterday but i was not there that time so he said to collect it from post office himself so i went to collect my passport at mangol puri post office delhi today.
Front desk executive checked my tracking no. And said to go back side than i went back office but as i enter back office an senior employee just hold my hand and drag me out very roudly before listen my talk.
Again i came front desk but still that person did not respond.
Also he were treating like a factory supervisor with all other customers.
Some one asked about money order form he just said roudly we do not have.
He does not have etiquette that how to behave with someone.
So please do need full if you can!

I have a posted a very valuable parsonal belongings by speed post from (Chennai t, nagar thyagaraya nagar post office) on the 29/03/2017 the receipt no e.942 counter no.5in unfortunatelythe parcel has not yet reached its destination i. E vathuampui lawngtlai district mizoram till today 24/04/2017 i've tried tracking from the internet but is not not traceable it is a shame that this kind of things happened such a thrustworthy department immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishup in the future

I have a ppf account 30033/[protected] in the name of my minor daughter miss sudeshna pal in chittaranjan park new delhi post office. Last year after the computerization of postal services, it was found that the interest components of fy[protected] and fy[protected] of the above account are not showing in the pinnacle (Post office computerized system). Incidentally the old manual passbook is showing the interests of amount rs. 14, 370 (Of fy[protected] and rs. 18, 919/- (Of fy[protected] been credited. A complaint had been lodged in chittaranjan park po on 06-aug-2016 in this regard. After repeated follow-ups and inquiries, nehru place po had issued an order (L-1/sbcc/misc-82/2016-17 dated 23-feb-2017) to kalaji po, for posting the missed interest amounts in the pinnacle system. On inquiry in the month of march 2017, it was informed by kalakji po that the above amounts had already been posted on 28-feb-2017, but it will start reflecting in the system from the next financial year i. E. From april 2017. However when inquired again on 22-april-2017, it was found that the amount is still not reflecting on the portal. The officials in kalakji po informed that they had done their job, but may be because of some technical error it is not reflecting in pinnacle system.

I am hereby kindly requesting the concerned person (S) to investigate the matter and resolve this long pending issue.

I am Syed Hussain Ali holding Monthly Income Scheme in Sahifa post office, Hyderabad, Account No.202281. My Account got mature on 10/12/2016 when I asked post office to re-fix my amount of Rs 229950.00/- under about above said account but post office people told we can't do the same when i asked them to give me my amount they told they can't give due to demonetization there is no money in post office. They kept my Rs 229950/- for 45 days without giving 8.5 % interest later a amount of Rs 781 given but i should get Rs 2410 for 45 days interest. please help me to get my balance Rs1629/- . I given online complaint to postal Dept. on 7th March 2017 under Complaint No. [protected] but online status still showing pending and no action has been taken I request you to help me as I am retired and this is only source of my income. No person in Sahifa post office ready to take my complain or help me in this issue . Kindly do the needful.

I am waiting for the passport for past 3 days but the post master not delivering the passport to me still now and he is recording fake details when I check the status in that showing delivery attempted but door closed and delivery attempted addressee person not available. But I'm in home for past 3 days and waiting for the passport delivery if I go to post office they are ignoring and telling to come tomorrow, day after tomorrow itseems, they are not working properly means why should they work if they can't delivery atleast should give to courier persons they are better than india posts. This is not the first time for past 2 years he is not giving the posts properly his name was Suresh from subramanyapura post office bangalore-560062 no one is there to ask their misuses

Our area postman doesn't drop the receipt related to letter if my house door is locked, i even have letter box installed right next to my door my name and instruction is written on it in english as well as in marathi. Because of not receiving letter on time i have been charged extra by the bank, and this has happened thrice.
So, please this is my humble request that don't trouble common man so that it won't affect you or any of your family members in other way, please do think about this.
