I am waiting for the passport for past 3 days but the post master not delivering the passport to me still now and he is recording fake details when I check the status in that showing delivery attempted but door closed and delivery attempted addressee person not available. But I'm in home for past 3 days and waiting for the passport delivery if I go to post office they are ignoring and telling to come tomorrow, day after tomorrow itseems, they are not working properly means why should they work if they can't delivery atleast should give to courier persons they are better than india posts. This is not the first time for past 2 years he is not giving the posts properly his name was Suresh from subramanyapura post office bangalore-560062 no one is there to ask their misuses

    Our area postman doesn't drop the receipt related to letter if my house door is locked, i even have letter box installed right next to my door my name and instruction is written on it in english as well as in marathi. Because of not receiving letter on time i have been charged extra by the bank, and this has happened thrice.
    So, please this is my humble request that don't trouble common man so that it won't affect you or any of your family members in other way, please do think about this.

      A/C No. [protected] in your post office, Branch-Obra and it was matured on April 20th, 2017.When I went to the post office to say to the postmaster to transfer my maturity amount in my saving bank account no.[protected] but he has refused me by saying that system fail to transfer then I have said to him to release me the maturity amount through cheque then he told me that cheque book is not available in the post office.Sir I want to know that if the MIS A/C was on my & my wife name and it was under either or survivor mode and my saving bank account is only of my name then what is the problem to transfer in my saving bank account.I am writing this letter to you to take some necessary action.

          2 times i have visited navrangpura ahmedabad postoffice for payment of GDS applications, both time they refuse to take payment due to GDS site is not working as they said, however they were redirecting to all to other postoffice.

          Even i talk to the manager but there was no proper responce from her.

          Please do the needful and revert me back as soon as possible

          I haven't received any of my carriers sice 1 and a half month. My dad sent me a letter but I didn't receive it. I ordered many things from Ebay.com which I used to receive daily 1 or 2 items but since more than 1 and half month I haven't receive a single item either, though am ordering new things daily. Please let me know why is this happening.

            Myself dr javed intekhab, we are in deep trouble from our area postman mr asha ram of shahjahanpur head office. He never give us any document. The postman,. He returned several pan cards back, including mine. He is lazy person and not willing to distribute posts. Previously mr mahesh is a good person and don't understand why his circle is changed.

              I had shipped my shipment using speed post with tracking no. EE[protected]IN.
              It has not been delivered till date and now they are not even showing the details. Please look into the matter as the shipment was of high value. Indian postal service has been negligent and irresponsible on their part. Ihad even filed a complaint against this tracking ID wich was rejected by them. it is a strong case of financial and mental exploitation of a consumer. I demand a strict action against the culprit.

                It is requested that today dated[protected] i have to get withdrawl by cheque from the above said post office. but the dealing hand refused with excuses that sub postmaster is on leave and i m also on deputation against the clerk of this office who is also on leave.and therefore i m unable to do the transactions without the Sub postmaster's vfn. If the dealing hand at present not do work then why post office opened to harras the customers. i have already complained so many times but all in vain. Plesse look into the matter and take necessary action so that the officers manage suitable arrangement to avoid public complaints.

                      Sir, i am a senior citizen i was deposited 10.000.00 laks rupees through cheque favour of postmaster berhampur, murshidabad, 742101 for deposited s. C. S. S. Scheme. My amount debited from my ubi berhampur branch gorabazar a/c on[protected] at 12:58 pm. But post master berhampur issued me a passbook. Opening date[protected] maturity on[protected] but my question is why not opening date will be not[protected] and maturity date[protected]. I am very ill due to cardiac problems i went to post office on[protected] but they are not interested to talk with me in details. They said me you go to state bank and ask them about date. Sir i issued cheque in favour of post master why i will go to bank? Plese sir give me proper judgement about this matter. I am postal consumer but post office not eagry to solved this. Thanking you.                         Sir,

                        I have deposited Rs 8.30 lakhs in Post office Sharadanagar, Vanastalipuram, Hyderabad under Sr Citizen Saving scheme. I have mentioned my age as 58 years and I was under the impression that ladies of 58 years are considered as Sr Citizens as in Railway reservation. Having accepted the deposits under four accounts, now they are deducting the interest paid ( Rs 63, 000/) and asked me to close the accounts. My appeal to Sr Supdt of post offices and Post master General to treat the deposits under Monthly income schemes an adjust the differnce in interst had no result.

                        With ref to my above complaint reg proposed recovery of interest paid on my deposits in SCSS by postal authorities, I have not closed the accounts so far, , although they asked to close ( copy of Sr Supdt of Post Offices letter is attached) I am hoping that you will come to my rescue. If I close, they will recover the interest paid. How can they punish me for their fault in accepting the deposits in the initial stage ? Had they rejected in the beginning, I would have deposited in MIS. Hence I am asking for adjusting the difference in interests between SCSS and MIS.
                        Urgent action is requested, as I am loosing interest for the current period. ( they will not pay any interest until I close and reopen afresh)

                        Please let me know whether you have taken any action to solve the above issue o[censored]njustified recovery of interest paid on SCSS by Sr Supdt of post offices. .What is the progress?

                        If there is no reply, i presume you have not taken any action. Then i will be forced to close the accounts which means loss of interest of Rs 65, 177 plus the interest that would be acquired for this pending period.
                        Is this the result after complaining to you ?

                        Please reply immediately on the action taken by you.

                          I have applied for postal Identity Card on 01.02.2017 Verification has been over in the mid of April but till date i have not got any response from the Postal Department. My Application number is 819577 dt 1.2.17 in the name of S KAMALAM senior citizen. applied but still won't get it, is this is way to prove the citizen of indian, when govt providing to prove their identity in nation . this type of irresponsible persons spoiling this govt, initiative steps, kindly arrange to send the postal ID in the prescribed address urgently after seeing this letter, other wise cancel it and reimburse the amount what i paid, purpose will not solve thought applied urgently . I want to know whether i will get the Card or not. If i am eligible when will get the card. Please take some action regarding this

                              My Passport is dispatched from Ranchi through speed Post on 03.04.2017
                              Tracking number is PP[protected]IN
                              Tracking status shows on 04.04.2017 bag dispatched for NSH Jamshedpur.
                              After 4th there is no further status update.
                              I had approached post office to find out the further status and when my Passport will be delivered. They could not provide details.
                              Please help.

                              I got a mail now from Passport.admin that my file has been revoked .
                              I have been now asked to apply for fresh passport with all the documents and required fee.
                              I had been in touch with passport office regarding non delivery of my passport and I am told by them to follow with Speed post office. It is very surprising now that I have been asked to apply a fresh with all the documents and required fee vide Letter Reference No.- RVK/[protected]/17 mail dated 19.04.2017 I am told that my File No.: RC01C[protected] Passport No.: Z4070446 has been revoked and appropriate notice has also been posted on the website www.mea.gov.in against your file number.
                              Based on the earlier submitted documents and fee why a fresh passport can not be reissued.
                              I talked to speed post centre Ranchi over phone and the concerned official has confirmed that the bag containing my passport has been lost. Hence there is no web tracking update after 04.04.2017
                              Kindly do the needful and help

                                Dear Sir,
                                I want to draw your kind attention toward the work of the post office of D.O Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar and their postman.
                                I have not received my Passport at my home. My address is: 154, Gali no:12 Near shiv mandir, Near Nehru Chowk, Mohan Garden-110059. My Speed Post No: PP[protected]IN booked from Passport office New Delhi on 11/04/17, till date not delivered as per given address, where postman has given a wrong remark that door locked on 13/04/17, which is a totally wrong information given by Postman. Last time I suffer from same issue from the Indian Post but we are receiving the parcel from other courier company at same address. Since today morning I am trying to call Post Office at the following number[protected] which was continuously busy for long time and other number[protected] didn't picked the call. It was my kind request you to please look into these matter.
                                Kindly take some necessary step against these kind of matter and wrong information provided by Postman.

                                  Pan card of my father was dispatched on 20/03/2017 against Airway bill no. EA[protected]IN but till today we have not received the same. There is no issue of address because at same address we got 2 members pan cards in last week of march 2017, also we are continuously contacting with our postman.
                                  Online status is showing at Hathin S.O from 1/04/2017.
                                  Plz get delivered the same.

                                  After complaining within 1 minute I got a call from India post mob.[protected] and this person was demanding Rs.70/- for delivery and also used abusive language with me.

                                    My mothers hard income in the form of Post office cheque, we received it on 12th feb 2017. After that i tried 4 times to submit the cheque in Bhubaneswar post office through mother's axis bank account. But with all my hard luck, that was rejected all the times. This time I got the assurance from sailashree vihar, odisha, post office that due to March month it was rejected and now it will be cleared . For the sake of your revenue target why should i frustrated those many time. Any way this time also it got rejected. Need your help. rejection letter says exceeds arrangement. Asked to bank and post office, but no one is saying anything to me. With this frustration i asked the help from Post office, but no help.

                                      Kai deen wait karne ke baad ghar par koi nahi aaya next to nawada metro station par hum post office gye wahan pehle yo kpi humei sahi se ye nahi bta raha ki uss area ka post man kon hai baad mei kisi tarah pta chala ki ashok wahan ka post man hai wahan ashok present nahi tha niche se phone number liya jo ki [protected] tha woh aaj tak switch off hai kai deeno baad ashok mila aur kaha ki mei ghar aaya tha humne kaha ghar par hamesha koi na koi rehta hai aapne padosi se poocha koi sign ya koi proof hai aap aaye thae mera numbet milaya aapne?uske pass koi jawab nahi tha kyunki woh jhoot bole raha tha phir kaha koi naji aap abhi le jaao humne kaha laao do unko humne id and message and slip sabhi show karne ke baad dene ko kaha toh usne 500 rs maange humne mnaa kiya toh bargain karne laga kaha 200 kamse kam dene honge nahi toh ye hamesha wapis hi hota rahega wahan par kuvh der khada hokar dekha toh wahan sabhi post man ka yahi haal hai koi licence ke liye koi atm ke liye koi kisi ke liye sabhi pareshan hain please koi step liya jaaye agar mei ye baat jhoot keh raha hun then wahan thodi der khada hokar aap sab dekh sakte hain aur sting bhi kar sakte hain

                                        Sir,
                                        I Sanjay Kumar send a letter by normal post from Ghorpuri post office Pune(MH) to Shri Kamta pandit new yarpur, janta road, Patna Bihar, pin - 800001.in the month of 08 Feb 2017. Hence till date my letter not received. The primary post office said he's not responsible for this. Then who is responsible. Is there using a normal post service is a crime and gov paid him to relax.
