A box of 35 garment was sent to me by Indian post. But when I received it the box had 9 pieces and was full of magazines do match the box weight as at time of dispatch. Now even after filing complaint on their website there is no revert and no correct helpline.

Hi, I mailed some documents via speed post on 4th September and it's more than 3 weeks now, the documents didn't reach the destination and moreover india post is unable to say anything about this and why it is not reached. There were very important documents and if not delivered then I will have to lodge complaint in consumer forum.

Sir/madam, my voter id card was going to be delivered by speed post and govt. Of india or election commission of delhi was going to send it . But till date i have not received it . My speed post tracking number is :ed[protected]in. My address is j-4 111-b dda flats third floor alaknanda post office-19 new delhi. I request the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and deliver my voter id card by speed post and check the reason for delay and not delivering the speed post on requested address. My order number EP[protected]IN was ordered on[protected] and till date it has not been delivered. I consulted speed post they said that the orded is somewhere in howland. But as you can check it ws suppose to be delivered in newzeland, Chrischurch. Kindly plz help out as soon as possible. I will be glad.

Very Bad Service By Speed Post. They Won't Care About There Customers. They Not delivered Me My Pan Card That Has Been Dispatched By BPC UTI KOKAN BHAVAN On 09/09/2015. Here Is The Traking Number RM[protected]IN. when i visited nearest post office not got any response by speed post worker.

This is regarding an international parcel (shopping consignment). The parcel is to be delivered to Sector-59, noida from Sweden. The consignment number is 'RD[protected]SE'. Though the tracking says it has arrived in Noida on 22nd August, I haven't yet received it. Its been more than 15 days since the consignment has been dispatched. I have talked to their customer care but they are disgusting people, not filing my complaint. I will be really grateful if anybody can tell me any whereabouts of the package and deliver it.

My grandmother, Minati Kar widow of 75 years age had opened an MIS account (No.175173) jointly with my mother her younger daughter, Sumita Sinha in Jorasanko Post office(Girish Park Kolkata). Incidentally that time she was staying at Kolkata and her daughter(my mother) was staying at Chennai. But at present due to her age she is bound to stay with my mother at Chennai. Her application for the payment of delivery of cheque of above mentioned amount was submitted through a representative in Jorasanko Post office on 05.09.2015. It was confirmed by Post Office that the cheque would have ready on 14.09.2015. She reached Kolkata on 17.09.2015 at early morning and immediately rushed to the PO to have the cheque. But we were denied due to Computer problem. On enquiry it was informed that the computer remained out of order since 14.09.2015. We went again to the PO on 21.09.2015 to receive the cheque. But again it was refused. Our return ticket to Chennai was already booked for 22.09.2015. Hence we departed to Chennai. In this action procedure we went to the office of Mr.Aloke Kr Sanyal Supdt. of Post offices, North Kolkata who was busy on meetings and refused to meet us. Hence we discussed the matter with Smt. Sumita Mondal/Priti Banerjee Asstt. Supdt. But she expressed her inability to offer any help in this regard.
The above incident is an example of irresponsible attitude of Post & Telegraph officials of that particular sector to those customers who do have immense faith on the services provided by reputed organisation named INDIA POST. This attitude will create a negative impression and also deteriorating reputation on the part of your public sector unit.

I, by named, Vijay Pandey, residing at C/o L&T, Gayathri Mess-2, Opp. Bheed Bhajan Mandir, Nr. Town Hall, Jamanagar, Gujarat-361001 had purchased a new Mobile Handset of Lenovo A6000 plus brand through W.S. Retail Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore via online shopping of Flipkart for an amount of Rs.7, 499/- delivery on 20th Aug’2015. However, the above mobile handset with some medicines weighing 700 grams again shipped through Speed Post Receipt No. EG[protected]IN on 20.08.2015 at 10.35AM for addressee Mr. B.N. Pandey, Q.No.E-3/3, Manikgarh Cement, Gadchandur, Dist-Chandrapur, Maharashtra-442908 due to non-availability of services by supplier. Although, the parcel dispatched from Jamanagar Post Office on 20.08.2015 received at destination on 25.08.2015 but Mobile Hand set not found in the box. It is clearly understood that the item has been picked up/stolen by the unknown.

Sir It is submitted that i booked a registered article No. RM[protected]IN dated 31 Jul 15 from Trombay Post Office (PIN - 400088) Mumbai which was containing 02 in no. ECHS Medical card & Canteen smart card for my parents to destination at PO - Hazinagar (PIN - 743135), Dis- 24 Parganas North, West Bengal, But till today article not been delivered. I complained this matter online vide complain no [protected] dated 10 Aug 15 but there was no action. Again after putting email request on 19 Aug 15, They forwarded the case to concerned dept. But till now the article not been delivered. Also i reminded the above matter again on 27 Aug 15, 03 Sep 15 & 17 Sep 15, But it has no result. It is requested that due to the absence of that ECHS medical card my parent medical treatment is being witheld and post office are doing their own and my complain is not yet resolve. Hello Sir, I am Akarshak Kumar from Laheriyagunj, Madhubani, I have an account In Hdfc Bank so I applied for their credit card and as per their norms they have dispatched it within 2 days of the application On 4th-September-2015 via Speed post and the consignment number is- EX[protected]IN, Kindly check this tracking number first it was dispatched correctly but when it reached to DARBHANGA H.O they mentioned missent and reverted it back to NSH MUZAFFARPUR and the cycle goes on 5 to 6 times, It was to reach to Madhubani as per the pin code mentioned but then too, after that I logged a complaint on their website but non response was taken, I tried 4 times to complain but then too no one is their to look after it. the card's expiry date is 20th of september-2015, so I called up to NSH MUZAFFARPUR, DARBHANGA H.O, Postal Traning Centre S.O and Post Master General to ask and inform so that I can come to darbhanga only for picking up the article but non of them received my call, and in Darbhanga H.O one guy received and started talking slangs. Is this a good way to communicate or to serve people? If they are unable then they must abort the speed post service forever. So careless and rude peoples, Please Sir I want my card within 20th of september-2015 because I am going out of station for longer period of time on 21st-September-2015

Dear sir, i want to lodge a complaint against a government employee of post office. i visited a post office for sone queries with my wife. the employee over there was talking on phone. i waited there for half an hour but he did nt drop down his phone.morover after asking him, he did nt reply and continued over phone.this was very harassing to me and my wife.and this put a bad image of government employee over us. the address of tha brach is...OLD PNTO PARK, AIR FORCE STATION, PALAM, DELHI CANTT, NEW DELHI - 110010

I had booked an article EI[protected]IN through Indian Post(Speedpost) on 27th of September, 2015 at Gwalior, M.P. Till today that is 14 September it has not been delievered to Rudrapur, Uttrakhand. I had contacted many times to India Post at various phones and there either the phone was unreachable orif receivable I was given a new no. to contact which was again unreachable. I had also booked a complaint on India Post's Website [protected] but till now that is also Pending.

1. I had opened an MIS Account No. 1144330 in Joint name with my spouse – Mrs. Nita Kanaiyalal Madhvani for Rs. 50000/- through your authorized Agent Mr. Atul T. Vora by issuing a cheque of State bank of Saurashtra, Nilam Baug Branch, Bhavnagar on 18.04.2003.5. Since I am working as a Chief Manager in State Bank of Saurashtra (now State Bank of India), I was transferred to Belapur(Navi Mumbai) in January 2004. Hence I gave few requisite withdrawal in advance to the authorised agent.on my enquiry with your office, I found that my account is closed and the amount in MIP is pre-maturedly withdrawn on 23.04.2005.8. As per the information received cheque No. P321534 for Rs. 48625/- Dated 23.04.2005 was issued and was handed over to the agent.10. It seems that a fake Savings Account might have been opened in joint names of myself and Nita K. Madhvani at your office and the cheque might have been credited to that account. Whatever account is opened is illegally opened without our photographs etc. or any other required documents and also without our authorization/signatures. 13. It seems that the agent was allowed to fraudulently open a SB A/c account and withdraw the amount from that account. On writing to the post office, they replied that since no records are available, they can not investigate and accept the claim

My speed post no is - eu[protected]in has reached in sangam vihar post office on date[protected] and they has updated the status of this speed post is delivered on date[protected] at 16:56:00 p. M) but i have not got ton this consignment yet. Two time i visit there and many time i phone called to the postman but he is not delivering my consignment.
The behaviour of sangam vihar postman not is not good always they demanding money if they deliver any speed post or any other document. If you refuse to give money to him then they will not deliver your letter.
They are not delivering any normal letter and declared the normal letter at their end only they are delivering speed post letter after taking some money.
Many people suffering this type of problem. Postmaster of sangam vihar post office not taking any action at this type of complaint. The postmaster of sangam vihar post office always sitting at gate and taking somking. In front of me one person visit in sangam vihar post office and told the postman sir why you are not delivering my letter then the reply of that postman is in this fashion ` ja nahi karta tera letter deliver jo tere bash ki ho ja kar le' on that time postmaster of that sangam vihar post office is also available but he has not told any word of that postman.
Sir i request you please take necessary action at postmaster and postman of sangam vihar post office because the condition of this post office is very bad.
Sir if you have some time please visit this sangam vihar post office and see the situation which type of marketing is going there.

My Parcel from Aliexpress(tracking # RS[protected]NL) is held in KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO from 27th Aug 2015 and as per the last entry on 5th Sep, the status is "Retention reason : Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner". After that there are no updates what so ever. Can anyone / IndiaPost suggest how to get this resolved ? The parcel should have all my contact details, please reach out to me in case nedded but please resolve the issue

Hi this is vijay gupta, Living in Sultan Puri, Block P/4. This is in regards the our area postman. He never deliver the post on time, delivered the things after 10-10 days and always ask the money while he is getting salary from Our government. Once My brother applied for some Cat Exams and he supposed to get the letter from the institutes which has been delivered from there on time and we were waiting when we did visit to chech in our post office then found that it was already with post man but he has not delivered it on time . He was carrying it with him and when we tried to contact him . he start asking money. and Now He has come with my passport which he has not handed over to my family since they have not given him money which he was expecting. I don't have a recorded proof but you can check with him he still has my passport and not delivering to me. I would request whomsoever Please take the immediate action and fired the corrupt people from the government and hired the new and honest people in team.

I booked one consignment having no EK[protected]IN on dated 02sept 2015 in INDIAN POST(SPEED POST) but still its not reach the destination.In track record its showing its has reached by near post office on 07th Sept 2015. But why they are not delivery the article.I don't know exactly what happening. i tried to calling but i didn't get any response from them.Please suggest me its very urgent.
