I am expecting a parcel delivery through speed post. The parcel, containing some important documents was dispatched from Sawantwadi, dist. Sindhudurga on 27th Oct 2015 by speed post at an address at Wakad, Pune. Bill no is EM[protected]IN. However, till date, the parcel has not been delivered by the post despite we paying for the speed post service. Online tracking status shows that it has reached Infotech Park (Hinjawadi) S.O post office. Status as of 2nd Nov 2015 is "Bag Opened". After calling up the hinjewadi post office we were told that they are unable to locate the envelope and shall search for it and get back to us. However, its been so many days, but nobody has got back to us yet. Due to this prolonged delay, we are suffering financial loss. And the post doesnt seem to care about the delivery. Its absolutely pathetic service from postal office and we are suffering due to the same. Plz look into the matter urgently. We would like to claim financial loss to the post. Also, we demand refund of speed post fees, since the parcel hasn't reached us in due time as per speed post service.

Flat Rate Parcel (Domestic Air) was booked at Chandigarh on 4th Nov'2015 vide No - CP[protected]IN for delivery at a address at Rajiv Gandhi Technological Park, Hinjewadi (Pune). Tracking shows that Bag containing Parcel stand opened at PH Pune on 7th Nov'2015 but parcel is not delivered till date even after 7 days.

The item was dispatched from EPPC Parel 17 days ago but hasn't reached my city, Kolkata yet. There is no update on the tracking page.

Consignment no.CM[protected]IN cant be traced after it was received by EPPC parel on 29th sept 2020.It has been more than 20 days but no update after that, please resolve the issue.

I booked my item for speed post on7-11-15 from India Post Gwalior Railway Station. Its been 3 days my item hasn't left Gwalior yet. Its in NSH Gwalior only for the past days. It is supposed to be delivered to Guwahati, Assam but there is not update shown on the website. Pathetic customer care service. Not helpful at all. EMI No: EI[protected]IN

I live in DSK Vishwas Township located in Pune in Dhayari area. We have been frequently facing problems with Dhayari Post office postman, Mr. Sonawane. If something is important then, he didnt deliver it to the address, eventhough my flat was not locked, instead he drop a chit to come and collet your letter. And in post office he asks for money. We have been facing this issue every now and then please help....

A consignment was booked on 7/11/2015 on India Post. Till now no information has been updated. My consignment no. is AW[protected]IN . whenever i try to track it shows that item booked at EPPC- Parel.
Post india doesn't deserved to get a single rating. This type of thing had happened to me earlier and it was delivered after 3 months. Please help me

Sir,

I have a Parcel ordered from Amazon for a price of Rs 79 by India Post AW[protected]IN which has reached Chokli Post office on[protected]. The Postman of Chokli refused to door delivery the parcel to my address in Chokli near Tellicherry, Kannur District, Pincode 670672. The Postman say since
he is a Government Postman his duty is to deliver letters and not Parcels ordered from Amazon. I do not find any rules mentioned in India Post website/manual which says the Postman duty is only delivering letters and not Parcel. If such is the case please do clarify us so that we can request Amazon, Ebay, Etc not to use India Post for shipping items . I would like to know your response for the same.

I am from Orissa, I have 2 speed post packets to Receive (EM[protected]IN, EM[protected]IN) booked on 26.Oct-15 from Mumbai to pin-758078 (Orissa). But these two packets not reached me yet. I have logged a complaint also [protected], But its very sorry to say, there is no response for complaint also. Like sleeping mode.one of two packet also So Why Speed post& why used public it, if there is no risk/control of it? If there is no response for time& complaint also. Its cheating public by named speed post. Don't cheat, if possible Remove it.

I is to inform you that, I had booked two Enamor Bra (White and Purple, Size 34D). The consigned has been received by me on 20 Oct 2015 but one of the BRA is wrongly sent as Size 32.
Kindly arrange to collect the same from my home address and replace the same as Enamor (Size-34D) as demanded. It is re-iterated that the BRA sent to me will be of no use, hence I’ll have to return it you.

Sir / madam I ordered a bag from paytm online but I did not like it so, I put request of return to paytm but they reply revesrse pickup is not possible at my location and told me to courier it to seller address and whey it will reach we will refund money. Next day, I posted my packet to seller address through India Post on[protected], it is from Delhi to Bangalor. But it has 25 days has gone but my parcel and did not reach yet and I wrote a online complaint (Complain no. [protected]) but did not got any response. I personally visit post office to register complain but they refused to register and said "your packet has reached destination post office and some one has to come post office to collect packet." . Paytm is saying they will refund my money when it will reach. Indina post service is worst and useless. They are wasting time and money of other. They did not get any response please help me. I have attached paytm invoice and speed post courier sleep. My tracking no of packet is ED[protected]IN and complain no is [protected]. Hope for your help. Naresh Kumar [protected]

The post man (manish contact number [protected]) who called me for confirmed address and he told me for wait sometime i'll there, So I waited at home almost 2 hours. when i called him he said your address is not correct misbehaved with rubbish words please tell me I have all legal proof of this address then how can he can he said that the address is incorrect and then he simply said go to your branch and collect it. My humble request please take action against him. He should not misbehave anymore to anyone. He is working in "nangloi post office < delhi -10041>. His Name is manish

Dear Sir, My Car RC was dispatched from RTO office Pimpri Chinchwad on 25th May 2015 wide Regd. Doc. No. EA[protected]IN. The said document yet not delivered to me. I enquired many times and finally post office confirmed that my document was already delivered to you on 30th June 2015. On post record they delivered to S.K.Tripathi ie. me, but neither I have received nor signature is mine. As, the said date i.e. 30th June 2015, I was in Mumbai with some foreign delegates for some of my official issues. Presentally, I am working with Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. Andheri Mumbai and without RC it is very difficult to manage while driving and many times I questioned by traffic police. Also I just sold my car to Ford and without RC, they are not accepting and charging huge money from me. Kindly look this serious matter and do needful asap. I will be thankful to you.

Gangarampur to newdelhi -110059 on 16th october .. the last update of consignment details on 20th october .. dispatched from siliguri to new delhi.. but thereafter no updates its almost 12 days over.. I registered a complaint .. on 25th October regarding delay in delivery but.. complaints till pending. . Complaint no.- [protected] and [protected] .. please I request to the concern authority to solve this issue .. its very urgent

Airtel announced double data offer on purchase of moto g3 mobile with online flipcart site valid up to 3month. in fact they airtel sent me only massge when I activated&recharged with given particular recharge only and sms comes that double data has got. But in reality there is no offer its froud offer by Airtel although I using service since yr.its shocking.

Government of India — Aadhar not generated

I enrolled for the Aadhar (Unique Identification Number) on July 1, 2011 (enrolment no. is 1111966510129205082015173100). Even after 8 months of the enrollment. This enrollment is under manual check and Aadhaar generation may be delayed. how long will it take to get Aadhar?

I have place a one iphone cover order from ecommerce website on 28-Sep-15 and after few days i received tracking ID. Now when i am checking the status since 1-October-2015 i am getting only one message Send item to customs (Inb), Air, MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE, i have try to contact the Indian foreign post office but they don't have any idea how much it will take to clear the customs checking when i will get my delivery.
