I had booked an article EI[protected]IN through Indian Post(Speedpost) on 27th of September, 2015 at Gwalior, M.P. Till today that is 14 September it has not been delievered to Rudrapur, Uttrakhand. I had contacted many times to India Post at various phones and there either the phone was unreachable orif receivable I was given a new no. to contact which was again unreachable. I had also booked a complaint on India Post's Website [protected] but till now that is also Pending.

1. I had opened an MIS Account No. 1144330 in Joint name with my spouse – Mrs. Nita Kanaiyalal Madhvani for Rs. 50000/- through your authorized Agent Mr. Atul T. Vora by issuing a cheque of State bank of Saurashtra, Nilam Baug Branch, Bhavnagar on 18.04.2003.5. Since I am working as a Chief Manager in State Bank of Saurashtra (now State Bank of India), I was transferred to Belapur(Navi Mumbai) in January 2004. Hence I gave few requisite withdrawal in advance to the authorised agent.on my enquiry with your office, I found that my account is closed and the amount in MIP is pre-maturedly withdrawn on 23.04.2005.8. As per the information received cheque No. P321534 for Rs. 48625/- Dated 23.04.2005 was issued and was handed over to the agent.10. It seems that a fake Savings Account might have been opened in joint names of myself and Nita K. Madhvani at your office and the cheque might have been credited to that account. Whatever account is opened is illegally opened without our photographs etc. or any other required documents and also without our authorization/signatures. 13. It seems that the agent was allowed to fraudulently open a SB A/c account and withdraw the amount from that account. On writing to the post office, they replied that since no records are available, they can not investigate and accept the claim

My speed post no is - eu[protected]in has reached in sangam vihar post office on date[protected] and they has updated the status of this speed post is delivered on date[protected] at 16:56:00 p. M) but i have not got ton this consignment yet. Two time i visit there and many time i phone called to the postman but he is not delivering my consignment.
The behaviour of sangam vihar postman not is not good always they demanding money if they deliver any speed post or any other document. If you refuse to give money to him then they will not deliver your letter.
They are not delivering any normal letter and declared the normal letter at their end only they are delivering speed post letter after taking some money.
Many people suffering this type of problem. Postmaster of sangam vihar post office not taking any action at this type of complaint. The postmaster of sangam vihar post office always sitting at gate and taking somking. In front of me one person visit in sangam vihar post office and told the postman sir why you are not delivering my letter then the reply of that postman is in this fashion ` ja nahi karta tera letter deliver jo tere bash ki ho ja kar le' on that time postmaster of that sangam vihar post office is also available but he has not told any word of that postman.
Sir i request you please take necessary action at postmaster and postman of sangam vihar post office because the condition of this post office is very bad.
Sir if you have some time please visit this sangam vihar post office and see the situation which type of marketing is going there.

My Parcel from Aliexpress(tracking # RS[protected]NL) is held in KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO from 27th Aug 2015 and as per the last entry on 5th Sep, the status is "Retention reason : Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner". After that there are no updates what so ever. Can anyone / IndiaPost suggest how to get this resolved ? The parcel should have all my contact details, please reach out to me in case nedded but please resolve the issue

Hi this is vijay gupta, Living in Sultan Puri, Block P/4. This is in regards the our area postman. He never deliver the post on time, delivered the things after 10-10 days and always ask the money while he is getting salary from Our government. Once My brother applied for some Cat Exams and he supposed to get the letter from the institutes which has been delivered from there on time and we were waiting when we did visit to chech in our post office then found that it was already with post man but he has not delivered it on time . He was carrying it with him and when we tried to contact him . he start asking money. and Now He has come with my passport which he has not handed over to my family since they have not given him money which he was expecting. I don't have a recorded proof but you can check with him he still has my passport and not delivering to me. I would request whomsoever Please take the immediate action and fired the corrupt people from the government and hired the new and honest people in team.

I booked one consignment having no EK[protected]IN on dated 02sept 2015 in INDIAN POST(SPEED POST) but still its not reach the destination.In track record its showing its has reached by near post office on 07th Sept 2015. But why they are not delivery the article.I don't know exactly what happening. i tried to calling but i didn't get any response from them.Please suggest me its very urgent.

This is regarding an international parcel (shopping consignment). The parcelis to be delivered to Courtyard Marriott, Mumbai ( Andheri Kurla Road) from London. The consignment number is 'RE[protected]SE'. Though the tracking says it has arrived in Mumbai on 19th August, I haven't yet received it. Dear Sir/Madam, I had to send my educational documents to Canada. The documents were given by Panjab University, Chandigarh to India Post on 17 August, 2015. Till this date the documents have not reached Toronto, Canada. I wanted to send it by private couriers but the University forced me to send it by Registered Post (although I was aware that India Post can delay). I tried to call the helpline number-[protected] but for one week I could not get line. Today they told me that my post (Tracking Number- RP[protected]IN ) is still lying at Delhi Airport. It has been three weeks now and the person on customer care did not tell me when it will reach. I lodged a complaint ( complaint number-[protected] ). On that also there has been no response yet. I am completely shocked at the slow pace an lack of responsiveness on the India Post. I request you to please push my case as early as possible and help me know the status of my complaint. Respected Sir, I'm Raja, I'm working as a software engineer. I opened saving account in Federal bank for my wife Jaganya Devi. So bank sent debit card through post. Actually we both are working, So that day we went to office. The post man (RADHAKRISHNAN) who called my wife and misbehaved with rubbish words and asked too many questions and he himself disconnect the Phone. Then my wife called and ask him for the debit card, he simply said come to post office directly and collect it.(On the first day itself he asked us to come to post office) So I took permission and went to GUINDY post office at 11.30. Surely I can say that i called to his mobile not like anything, more than 100 times i called him, he didn't picked. Then I ask one of the staff from that post office to call him, but he quickly picked the call and said ask him to wait till 1:30 PM. So I waited there almost 2 hours from 11:30 to 1:40 PM. He came and said how dare to your wife to disconnect my phone, She has to come here Then only i give. I was very disappointed, he should have tell this when i called him. He intentionally did that. Threatening us that he return back the post to bank. My humble request please take action against him. He should not misbehave anymore to anyone. He is working in "SP GUINDY INDL. My parents send books through speed post from chhattisgarh to Delhi on 26th of august and now its almost 12 days(8th august) ..i didn't get my books ... my exams are near because of this careless act of Indian postal service. i lost my study hours please do consider my complaint and act fast as soon as possible

Speed post article no. Et[protected]in was posted at ordnance estate po(pin-620016), trichy(tn) on 20 aug 2015 at 12:46 hrs for delivery at chapra ho(pin-841301). The same has been delivered on 01 sep 2015. This shows irresponsiblity and failure of postal deptt in sp sevices. For the above episode i have faced mental and sentimental agony as undue delay delivery has caused considerable loss to me. I claim suitable compensation from postal authority for its total failure in the above speed post service.

My passport was dispatched on 1 Sept via speedpost with taking id PP[protected]IN .its been 5days now but still I have not received it.i am going to abroad for higher studies and it is so important as I have to apply for visa and PCC .so your authority will be responsible if something wrong happens

Dear sir, I have sent a Rakhi through registered post on 21/8/2015 with bill no. B RT[protected]IN from Chennai to Pune but till date its not delivered. Whenever i check status its showing the following message: “ 6 / 8 / 2015 4:00:00 pm france roissy courrier international send item abroad (Edi - received) air mumbai airport sorting office". I request you to kindly release my parcel as soon as possible. Thanks and with best regards.

I have send a parcel of weight 575 gram from INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX DUNDAHERA S.O. Gurgaon-122016 to JALUGUTI S.O. Morigaon-782104, Assam. I send this on 25/08/2015 with Transaction/Tracking number- EH[protected]IN. Now ten days pass as I track it on india post website its showing that the consignment is return from GuwahatI-NSH. I don't know why it is returning and I visit post office DUNDAHERA S.O, they told me that they don't have any information regarding this. I have also submit a complaint on india post website with complaint number-[protected]. Till now I did not received any proper response. Tracking details showing that my consignment is in Gurgaon now, But I don't know what is the condition of the item, Why it is not delivered to addressee and when it will be return to me. I have sent a induction coocker to my daughter at Gandhinagar through speed post vide their no: EW[protected] Dated 20/08/2015, the goods delivered on 25/08/2015 but sorry to inform you that the induction cooker was fully damaged and itis not in use condition. I claim to investigat the matter and pay me the reimbursement .

Money order is booked from Mansarovar, Jaipur post office but still not received to the Addressee and nor it is returned back till date. I have also raised a complain in the Indian Postal Department website under the Complains sections and complain no is: [protected]. My Son - Love Garg Passport was despatch on 31/08/2015 under Tracking No.: PP[protected]IN through speed post. Postman reach my home today i.e. on 01/09/2015 and demand Rs. 251 for delivery for this parcel. We refuse to pay Rs. 251 and he returned without giving the parcel.
