Sir, I have approached to Muradnagar Post office on 15 Jan 15 at 0915 h for speed post which is urgent in nature. The person sitting in counter denied to do the speed post. Then I have approached to post master regarding this issue. He simply told today no work will be done. You go and do it from other source. Now my point is this how a authorized organization is so much negligent about his job. You please look into the matter and serious action may be initiated against that post master.

My parcels are reached 10 days back however they didn't deliver this yet. I talked on telephone with post master and post man every day in last 10 days. Everyday they promise me they will deliver it today by the evening. Annoying is that they even mark this as delivered on tracking site. They usually don't pickup phone unless it is 20+ calls from our side every day. Finally I asked today that I'm going to file a complaint against that. They laughed at me and said ' do whatever you want, we don't care it'. Before this parcel 3 months back they also cheated us and told that we have delivered it to your address and when I enquired it they used to lie and finally accepted that they actually didn't delivered it but didn't deliver me the parcel. I don't know what they did with my parcel. I'm really very disappointed with this sort of service and I have no idea how to get my parcel delivered.

Sir, I deposited a MIS pass bookA/C no-9070137 to sulur -641402 post office on 12 Nov 15 for taking confirmation from FPO 661 (JORHAT) But wrongly sulur p.o. dispatched the pass book to 668 FPOin RPPegd no-R[protected]IN. But till date there is no trace of my book. Postmaster cannot give any suitable answer. Now suggest me how I will get my money.

EW[protected]IN is the speed spost consignment number.The concerned post master says he has delivered the package to the watchman's wife and they have no trace of it.

Hello, consignment bearing no. Rp[protected]in has not reached canada & it has been 45 days. No toll free number is working . No one responds to the mail

I have ordered parcel from flipkart by indian post(speed post). I received parcel on 06/01/2016 at 1700 hrs. It was observed that parcel packet was tempered and sealed by cello tape. I think packing may be like this.( Packing eisa hi hoga) So I start open the packet, Inside packet item sealed packing was found loose, Main item box seal was also broken, After opening box it was found that Main Unit (hand set/ mobile phone) and battery were not available in the box and other mobile accessories like charger, data cable, screen guard, manual book, earphone were available . I also informed to customer care flipkart, they are agree to send new set. But I think this happening may happened again. So my request is that please send notice to Head of India post to take responsibility and ensure the proper delivery of parcel in sealed condition. My Postal PIN is 486889, SINGRAULI COLLIERY MADHYA PRADESH. I was try to register complain on indian post web complain registering portal but unable to register. Indian Post Consignment no AD[protected]IN.

On 14.08.15 Sub Post Master, Hatkhola 700005 ill behaved in front of Jr. Staff in the P.O. Complained lodged to Sr. Superintendent of Post Offices, North Kolkata Division, Belgachia, Kolkata 700005. Despite several letter sent to all higher officer but matter is still under inquiry. Web complain no.[protected] dated 07.09.15 closed on 16.09.15 with remarks that the matter is under inquiry . My question is how long it takes to conduct an inquiry? As report received from concern Post Office (Hatkhola) - no inquiry made so far.

Respected Sir/madam, My grandfather has expired on 28 February, 2013. He was having post office saving account with post office situated in Village.: Baijabari, Raunapar, Azamgarh, Pin code: 276122. Saving A/c No.: 988336 Account Holder Name: Shivnath Gupta. We have submitted all the relevant documents to claim the amount whatever he was having in his account on 17th June, 2014. But till today we have not received the same. Whenever we are asking for the same from our postmaster, he always says that it has forwarded to the concerning department. As the time passes on I have given a complain regarding the same and i have received the reason for the same through letter which is surprising us that 'Your documents has lost by 'Shree Bhuvan Prasad Singh'. Again i have submitted the relevant documents on 19 Nov, 2015 but till today i had not received any amount. I request you please settle this issue as early as possible.

Hello Sir, I went Today Adalaj post office to submitt challan fees Time:11 50 am. At that time Adalaj post office staff Mr. KS shah at there. & peon not provide tocken number & told time is over. Mr. Shah told me that time is over & misbehave with me. so please tell perfect timing for saturday. First he told time is over & after he told its take too much time so come on monday. This is regarding the speedpost article booked on 30th december 2015. When tracked on the website it is not updated from past 2 days. Kindly resolve the problem so that the tracking details are updated.

I have sent very important document from Japan to one hotel in Gurgaon sector29 by speed post on 11th Dec. The status showed "Delivered" on 17th Dec from industrial estate S O gurgaon but actually nobody received any document on that day and still my document couldn't be found. I'm really confused what i should do to solve this matter. I have contact to customer care but all staffs of india post are useless.

This post delivered to my address on 23 of dec 2015 (in 3 days) but still am not getting my post.. When am call to postman for this post he not responding my call.. When am going to meet directly for the post his answer was like illiterate and his said it is not received his behavior is very bad about people so please need ful to us

Sir, the post office in my area, ramesh nagar new delhi-15 . Is getting worst day by day, if the things is not improved with in the period of time, people will start fighting with all post man persons working over there. It is really hell in the post office. For 1 min work we have to spend 2 hours there. Pls look into this . Thanks

Speed post Tracking no is: EV[protected]IN from Dehradun to Chennai Shenoy Nagar. I sent one Saree for my mom and one salwar for my sister through speed post on 26th December 2015. Today (28th Dec 2015) my sister received the parcel and found only a sack in that . Both saree and the salwar were missing. they have stolen the stff and packed with a sack inside and delivered. I have launched an online complaint. Can anyone guide what else I can do to get back my stuff.

My things were sent through speed post on 21st December from Jaigoan, India to USA and the post master assured that the goods will be delivered within 5 days.It's been 8 days now but still stuck at Kolkata when tracked through the tracking number.I have paid for speed post.
