I have PPF account with Post office of India in Ballabhgarh Branch and i want to transfer my PPF account from Ballabgarh branch to ICICI Bank. I have filled the form with Transfer application and reached to post office ballabhgarh branch to submit it.But the every staff denied my request as they said transferring PPF account from post office to ICICI bank is not possible.Even i have checked all these details online and found, PPF account can be transfered to ICICI bank.But still they were not ready to process my request.

      EK[protected]IN was dispatched from Bangalore Karnataka on December 14th 2015. Today while tracking the consignment, i see its dispatched to NSH PANAJI .It reached Patna last Friday and was supposed to go to the receiver's address. but today Im shocked to see its dispatched to Panaji now.Its having a Pensioner's life certificate and is very important to get the monthly pension. Please look into this ASAP

          There is no any track record of where my documents are which i have submitted for speed post on 14-12-15 in Indore rms branch Dainik Bhaskar and this is not the first time it is happening. Last time also this has happened and the documents are delivered after one month after so much effort of regular visiting rms office. The system should be checked that who is faulty and not doing his job properly and where the documents are actually missing.

            Dear Sir/Mam I am Birender Singh residing at 32, SF, BEHIND CHANDAN COMPLEX ASOLA FATEHPUR BERI, New Delhi - 110074, Contact Number [protected] I have applied for 3 times net banking password through Bank of India but post man has returned 3 times in the last time I have informed him from starting but he has not taken sincerely. I had also visited Post Chattarpur, New Delhi post personally but they have not given me response and not help me. They demand me tracking number and not giving me information by name then I have again visited bank then got tracking number after getting tracking seen postman had returned the same. My tracking number are as below. 1. EM[protected]IN - booking date 05/11/2015 - returning date 09/11/2015. 2. EM[protected]IN - booking date 08/12/2015 - returning date 12/12/2015 3. EM[protected]IN - booking date 08/12/2015 - returning date 11/12/2015 These delivery returned by Chattarpur S.O (110074). Even they have charged Rs.100/- for my son books parcel delivery 20 days back. The name of post man is Mr.Manish Kumar - [protected]. Please look into the matter on priority. Regards, BIRENDER SINGH

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            Sub : Complaint No.1196191

            I had applied for Net banking password 3 times but 3 it was returned 3 times. 1st I had waited but then ask for bank staff they told its returned then applied 2nd time and when I had seen my 2nd time speed also returned then I have applied for 3rd time and inform to Post man but after that he has returned my an urgent speed Net banking password without visiting my house and also not contacted me. I had given him my contact number. I had also visited[protected] at Chattarpur S.O (110074) but they have also not help me saying give us tracking number we can't inform you by name/address. Then I have visited to my Bank of India at Safdarjung Enclave and collected speed post track number and seen its again returned to Bank of India Head of Mumbai. I am facing this problems from last 3 months.

            Please look into the matter. I hope for taking stick action against post man and Chattarpur S.O (110074) for ignoring. I have listen in my area now peoples are saying they are not sincere. This is also to inform you that postman is running their own Courier agency.

            I am still awaiting for your response.

            Please look into the matter on priority basis. No one had visited and returned my an urgent speed post 3 times.

            Many peoples are facing these types of problems in the area but they are not aware regarding complaints.

            The postman are doing their own other business like courier agency etc. and ignoring postal.

                I, Chandrani Chattopadhyay, booked two Money Orders, of total worth Rs 6000/-, at Kalyanagar Post Office, Bangalore (pin code: 560043) on 09th Dec 2015. I was promised at the same Post Office Money Order counter that the Money Orders would be delivered within 2 days. Total fees charged for this service was Rs 300/- extra. That is, the total money paid was Rs 6300/-. However, as on 18th Dec 2015, none of the Money Orders has been received at the recipient's end. The Money Order details of the 2 money orders booked are: eMO PNR:[protected] eMO PNR:[protected] Attached herewith the details I receive from India Post web tracking service (http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/emo/track.aspx) for both these PNRs. As evident, there is no tracking detail available after 14th Dec 2015. Even the last location of the PNRs as tracked there shows an incorrect Office of Payment. The correct Office of Payment, as per the booking, should have been Berhampore - 742101. But the tracker shows the Office of Payment as Murshidabad - 742149. I have already registered a complaint with India Post on this regard by emailing the Chief Postmaster General of the Karnataka Circle ([protected]@indiapost.gov.in), as published on the India Post consumer complaint website (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/PC_Guidelines.aspx) on 15th Dec 2015. I've also tried calling on the contact number[protected] published on the same webpage numerous time over the last 1 week during normal office hours, although no one picked it up. I have also registered a complaint with India Post on this regard by emailing the Chief Postmaster General of the West Bengal Circle ([protected]@indiapost.gov.in), as published on the India Post consumer complaint website (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/PC_Guidelines.aspx) on 17th Dec 2015. On 17th Dec 2015, I've also called on the contact number[protected] published on the same webpage, and communicated the complaint to the personnel who suggested me that I email to the Chief Postmaster General of the West Bengal Circle, which I have already done. Since the above complaints did not yield any resolution, I registered complaint with the following Officer in the Postal Directorate, Dak Bhavan, New Delhi-110001: Deputy Director General (PG & QA), Dak Bhavan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi— 110116. I also sent an email to the above-mentioned Officer at [protected]@gmail.com and tried calling on[protected]all details as published on the India Post consumer complaint website http://www.indiapost.gov.in/PC_Guidelines.aspx) on 17th Dec 2015. I have also tried reaching at the India Post Customer Care number [protected] numerous time, although no one ever picked it up. I hereby appeal to Indian Consumer Forum that necessary actions are taken to resolve this problem, and ensure the Money Orders are received at the destination at the earliest.                   I had my parcel with having tracking no # CU[protected]IN through INDIA POST registered parcel delivery service, and that stuff was coming from GITA PRESS online shopping & for that I already paid for the material. But after coming to required post office at the location the item was remained as having status [[[ DOOR LOCKED/ FIRST INTIMATION]]] for last 4 days, whereas not for a single time postal delivery man came to my address or communicated. whereas the seller & me mentioned the exact address of mine for the parcel. Please Help.

                      I have sent a speed post with article no. EN[protected]IN ON[protected] from Hanamkonda, Telangana to Kailashahar, North Tripura. Till now, it has not been delivered and the online status is showing as it is in NSH Kolkata since[protected]. I have also booked a web complaint on[protected] with complaint number [protected] and it is showing as pending only. Kindly look into this matter as it is very important to me. Thank you.

                        Sir, I am having post office SUVIDHA policy (PLI) covertable whole life insurance. Which was started from29/3/2011. I have surrendered my policy on 1/5/2015. I have paid more than 25000 in my policy as premium, postal deprt. Is only giving 4125 rs. Against my paid up value 32256. I have deposited 465 rs per month as premium.

                          Sir, postman of our area ( N.S.I.T. Dwarka S.O) is very irregular in his duties. My speed post which was to be delivered on 16/12/2015 has not been received yet. When i ask him regarded the post he refused to give it . Pls take a strict action against him to deliver good services to people. My speed post tracking code is my packet no, EQ[protected]IN & EQ[protected]IN both packet is recieved in N.S.I.T. Dwarka S.O at 16/12/2015 i visit at N.S.I.T. Dwarka S.O, with my original dock`s with address proof, delivery boy is also there but he cannot give my packet, when i tell him how to come to my address easily, to delivered my packet, he tell me that he know this address very well, but he can`t delivered my packet and this time when i track this packet remarks is updated Delivery Attempted: Door Locked-Intimation Served, dilivery boy behaviour is also rude so pl help me to received my both packet This is an important bank portal without it i can miss some imp work..pls help me.                             I liked to send Christmas letters from my family from santiniketan post office 731235 registered to our family to Austria. but the officers told I have to wait for the new rate, is expected after one week. how is that possible, over india there are no problems. than is Christmas over.

                              Tracking number - RJ[protected]cn Parcel to be delivered at gujarat, Ahmedabad but it shows in Kolkata since 8/11/2015 I called India post costomer care number([protected]) many time almost 7-10min they keep on hold as all customer care representative are busy, once connected they give number to contact Kolkata port, even I called they they told me it's matter of Indian post better you talk to them. Today also I called to customer care but dint answer properly and cut my call 2times.                                   My name is rahul i want to lodge complaint again postman in my area his name is harider ist he returned a pan card without came at our place with wrong status that door closed though he never came at our place(cctv installed you can check the footage) i was tracking 2nd time so again he refuse to visit and said when i called that come to our office else i will return it when i reached their with all the documents to verify he ask me to go back to my home n he will come around 2 pm ... He came to us finally and asking bribe to handover the pan card and also asking few docs i asked him to wait for 2 min so that i can atrange required doc but he refuse to wait n misbehaved with us. i requested him but he was not in mood to listen me n threatning me not to deliver my further posts...i manage to get my pan card from him without paying but he threatened me agn not to deliver any post belongs to my address...
