nsdl booked me pan card by speed post on[protected] by bookig no em[protected]in. but i have not received till today. I have checked in local post office as well as speed post center but reply was negitve.
i have also checked in net as well as call centers but reply was negative. where speed post has gone? kindly check and get my speed post soon.

I, Dr. Ajay kumar rai, sent My job application for AYUSH male doctor in NRHM on 13 july 2010 and last date was 15 july 2010 from INdira nagar post office. The speed post number of the consignment is EU[protected] IN.
Posatal deparment had delivered the application in the office of JILA PARIYOJNA ADHIKARI on 16 july 2010. So the application was not received and sent back to me on 20 july 2010.Due to this fault of the department I will not be able to appear in the interview for the job.
So how will the postal deparnment compensate this loss of carrier.
Please give me suitable advice.

It is very distressing and totally disappointing that a parcel with personnel effects for my daughter has not cleared the Indian Postal customs for nearly 10 days

i really do not know what their problem is why don't they contact the person concerned and ask them for verifications instead of not doing their job and delaying the particular box for no rhyme or reason.

the box was sent by express mail and is insured too we have requested the US mailing department to trace and find out the reason for non delivery.

this attitude by our Indian postal service creates doubts in the minds of people round the world thats why people get scared to mail anything to India do these people realize that they are spoiling their name as well as the name of the country.

I would like to have the contact numbers and address as to where the postal customs office is in mumbai

Article booked against speed post tracking No EM[protected]IN on 06.07.10 at ONGC complex, Panvel had not yet been delivered to Consignee at VNIT(VREC), Nagpur-11. I do not know why the article is being shunted here and there from last 10 days. Speed post tracking system is not showing any movement of the article from July 11-15, 2010. Document sent through speed post is required urgently as the same is to be submitted to the Passport Office Nagpur on 20.07.2010 for issue of Passport.

It is requested to kindly do needful to deliver the above mentioned article without any further delay.

i received an interview call letter via ems speed post no. EU[protected]IN on 14.07.10 issued on 30.06.2010 from Registrar, C.S.M. Medical University, Lucknow, whwreas it was scheduled to be held on 13.07.10. while tracking its delivery date, its written back that sorry there is no recordes available.kindly let me know it was late psoted by the sender's office or its a fault of india post ems speed post service. i lost an opportunity.

I am Tejinder Singh is resident of Village Behlan Khanpur, P.O. Chunni Kalaan, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib. Punjab 140406.I wnat to complaint against postman Mr. Balwinder Singh,who is posted at Chunni Kalaan post office.

This is man doesn't have the courtesy to speak with customers.
He never delivers letter at time or sometimes not even delivers it late.
He has change the official location of the post office at his place.
He sends back the letter with single name.There are some institute which write only single name of the customer on address on letter. Such as Lion Club, IBP(agency conducts ILETS exam for Australia.)We the people of this region are fed up of him, after requesting him for so many time he is not changing his behavior.
He has not delivered my 4-5 important documents in last two months or so.
1. My sister's admit card for JET Punjab,we have get it from Head office of Punjab Board for Technical Education after personal visit.
2. Result card for JET.
3. My sister in law's visa decision letter sent from UK,we have asked the reprint for same via email.

At the same time same,admit card for JET Punjab nad Result card for JET is delivered all other locations.(such as Nandpur Kalaur PO in Fatehgarh Sahib Distt).

I just want to know how come other postman's are delivering the mail.

He challenged me that i will not deliver registered mail letter's only, and asked to whatever i can do, He doesn't care of anything.

It is just because I am qualified person from my village,i knew the process to be followed for his unprofessional and rude behavior.Other wise, so many people are suffering from his behavior.

He seems to be enjoying his behavior and creating so many problems for innocent and illiterate people. He is doing the same from so many years continuously, I came to know only after my experience with him.

There is very bad track record of this Post Office, as his senior is already suspended by department or not delivering the MO's and not submitting the Electricity Bills etc, and had swallowed all the money of these innocent people.

I have also filled up the RTI form to know number of ordinary mails he has delivered on time in last 3 months.

Please do the needful asap.

i had sent a Registered post to Annamalai university on 26/4/2010 it contains MLIS Assignments. i sent my Registered post through Yelahnka post office, Bangalore. My RL No 6731. The university authority sent a "Memo" they told my assignments not submitted to university. this is postal mistake.Whether my post is delivered to university or not you may kindly enquire and provide justice, inform to my email. I have already complaint against the same at GPO Lucknow (complaint number[protected] and 12).

I also contact at Post Office Safipur, Distt. Unnao and Hasanganj, Unnao and Unnao GPO and GPO Lucknow but the result was zero.

I have my passport in the packate and I came to know that the postal address is wrongly printed in the passport. I am ready to go for HAJ-2010 and the last date for submission of form is 15 JULY 2010. Please do the needful before 15 JULY 2010.

I requested you kindly stop sending packate at Unnao and send it directly to sender i.e. PASSPORT OFFICE, Lucknow.

Please do the needful.

I sent a parcel [RP A 283 ] from India Post Office, Bangalore [Jalavayu Vihar - 560043]
to Bareilly, U.P [PIN- 243403].
And the parcel received was empty. Instead of the contents of parcel, garbage was been kept and also the parcel box was teared down.
It was my Mom-Dad anniversary and someone stole the contents of the bag.

I have filed a complaint for the contents and am thinking to launch an FIR against it. Could you please help me in getting back the contents of my parcel.

This is very disgusting that we been indians cannot rely and trust on our Indian Post Office.

Dear Forum,

The post office at Sakinaka "serves" my area in Powai. The postman brings the mail only once in three weeks and gives it to the building security personnel to distribute. I have spoken to the postal officials and they admit they collect all the mail and deliver it only once in a while because they cannot go all the way for just a few letters to be delivered !!!

As a consequence, bills are usually received very late - past the due date. Some are not received at all. Especially subscriptions from overseas do not come by courier and come by regular post in India because it is mailed by regular post from abroad. In a year, I receive 2 or maximum 3 magazines that too very late instead of 1 each month. I have spoken to the organisation sending it and they confirm they have despatched them all. Somehow it never reaches here. A wedding invitation has been received 2 months after the wedding date. I am certain it was posted atleast 3 weeks before the wedding date. As I was unaware of the date I could not send my greetings in time. Such instances causes bad feeling among relations.

Complaints to various persons in the postal department have not yielded any results. If I expect urgent mail I have had to go personally on a number of occasions and request the postal clerks to check if some of my mail is being held there for delivery. I do not think this is the correct way to run this service. If the postal department cannot do their work sincerely they should be privatised.

Please suggest solutions on how the current situation can be improved.

My father had made 2 National Saving Certificates at Koira Post office,Koira,Sundargarh amounting Rs5000/- each which got matured since 2006. My father died in 2004 and after maturity of NSCs as my mother is the nominee I visited to Koira post Office to get the money but I was said to apply again which I did but after that i got no result. So I complained the senior superindent of posts,Sundargarh in the above matter and requested to get the money in my nearest post office as my mother is a patient of motion sickness and Koira is 200 Kms away from here. accordingly sanction order was issued to my mother ad I sent the details as required by them to Koira post office as well as at Kamakhyanagar post office which is nearest to my native. Near about 8 months have gone but I get no reply against it. I want to file a consumer case against this please help me.

I have send a letter by speed post from Rawatbhata to Jaipur on 26/6/10 but the letter still not delivered to the destination and status is also not available on website. Originating post office is not providing reasonable answer for the delay. Receipt no. of the letter is ER[protected]IN.

A parcel from US addressed to Hemangi Shidore of PUNE arrived in India. The parcel is sent by USPS Express Mail International.
Last tracking scan available is on June 19th 2010, 2:44 PM. into Foreign Customs Mumbai Parcels India.

The parcel contains goods with value which should attract no custom duty or doesnot contain any articles not allowed by the authorities.

The parcel contains very important documents needed by us here in India,very very urgently.

We do not know whom can approach for such a problem?
How to approach the authorities?

I am unable to track registered post sent on 21th May 2010 from Rohtak to C/O 56 APO
The registered post reciept numbers is: RL A 9473. I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.
Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it contains very important documents.I submitted a complaint in this regard at post office Rohtak.

i have send a speed post of few documents frm noida to gandhidham last week it cost me 34 Rs. but when same speed post my send me bck to noida it cost 70 Rs. Contents n weight were same....y so much of difference frm gandhidham (kutch) gujarat post office.....it is not the 1st time always they charge more.....it has been many times i hav send speed post n returned bck they always cost more thn the other post office....Do the postal charges vary so much????????

An application for reissue of a cheque in lieu of the spoilt cheque was made to the Dunkirk lines post office. First they were not ready to take the request at all. Later they said to get it approved from HPO, Pune. Even after the approval is taken and the concerned authority has spoken on phone to issue a duplicate cheque still the SPM, Dunkirk line is delaying the issue of cheque. He says' 'it is your mistake so you have to suffer'. This is not expected from a senior personnel like him.

On the contarary the Senior Post Master, at HPO, Pune was very helpful and even called SPM, Dunkirk lines to issue a fresh cheque.

I don't know when our govt. officials will learn how to behave with the customers.
