I haven't got any information about the parcel, It was to be delivered before 25th January when I track my parcel it shows package at hold by coustoms
It something is wrong I had given my phone number The coustoms should give a call or atleast a message about the problem, I'm really upset with the services and will not continue to Shipp with this service again ....

India Post is the third class service provider of speed post. My address was properly mentioned and the pincode was mentioned by passport authority not me...though they could have called me on my number...only pincode was wrong but the entire address is common sense for postman to cross check and deliver.

Tracking ID - EX[protected]IN get it delivered asap or else a legal action would be taken....

I have sent my degree certificate via Speed post on 20th Jan to Shivajinagar Pune.It was reached to Pune NSH on 22nd Jan and was routed wrongly to khadki SO instead of Shivajinagar SO.
It was reached khadki SO on Morning 24 th Jan at 8:54 am and still any action hasn't been taken on it.It should have been delivered on 25 th itself.

I tried to contact khadki SO but no one was responding. I had contacted customer care...

A package that was to be delivered to me on 22nd January has not yet been delivered, even though the delivery notification says "Item Delivery Confirmed". I called up the Customer Care several times, and once I was told the package was only delivered to the post office on the 22nd of January and was provided with a wrong number of a retired delivery man. Neither my house nor my apartment guard received any package. Where is my package?...

My Parcel from Germany still didn't reach me. It never reached the delivery depot and false information was added on the tracking. It is an urgent parcel and i went to the Post office to collect but they asked me to come back in 2 days. Now they have redirected the courier to some other Post office and am unable to even lodge a complaint as The sender is from Germany.
You can at least just send the courier back to the post office in...

I had sent a speed Post which included my transcripts on 27 Dec 2021 to WES Canada from Pune. The last update on the portal i can see is on 10 Jan 2022 saying received receptacle from abroad. Another courier sent on the same day is delivered. When i tried checking with the customer service i received a response asking to connect with customs department or check with the receiver.
