The item has been dispatched from Malda RMS MA TMO on 16th dec. and it's more than 5 days there is no further update in the portal. The dispatched city is only 80 km from my native place. Before that my another parcel is delivered within one week but in this case there is no transparency. I have also complained about this to Indian post but till now i didn't received any solution yet.

Contents from registered parcel number CP[protected]IN and CP[protected]IN that were to be sent to Kerala were stolen. The recipients only received less than half of contents while the remaining was stolen by the postal staff by slitting the box with a blade and abstracting the contents out. The content were some clothes, school bag, some sweets and some cosmetic items worth Rs 7500 in total. We have lost our faith in the Indian postal services. As senior citizens, it has affected our mental health. I have submitted a police complaint against the postal services too.

I had recently received a parcel through the Indian Postal service, and to my surprise, it was found to be opened and several contents were missing. The parcel appeared to be sealed and at a passing glance, seemed to be in proper condition. However, on close observation, it was evident that the parcel packet has been tampered with. The brown tape on the side, which had been opened to steal the contents, was cleverly replaced with transparent cello tape. Several contents including a few dresses and a school bag were missing. There was another grocery bag inside the parcel that was torn probably during the theft.
My mother-in-law had a similar experience 30 years back when her wedding sari was replaced with an old torn sari when she had sent it through the Indian postal service. The internet is filled with similar complaints of thefts against the postal department for many years, but it seems no action has been taken, or else it would never have continued to date. It is a huge shame and a black mark on the Indian postal department and its employees. It is not surprising that people have started to lose trust in the postal department and instead have faith in private courier services. People struggle hard to get a government job, but such greedy and undeserving employees who resort to such unlawful practices are a disgrace to the system and the society. I kindly request the authorities to nab the guilty, bring them to light, and save the postal department from extinction.

I have visited Loni Post office, they are neither delivering nor giving my own possport.Kindly check and advise them to deliver asap.The staff is so rude and not cooperating at all.

My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 9th Dec, 2021 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 11 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CG[protected]IN . My Driving License has got dispatced by speed post on[[protected]] . Today is[[protected]] but still i have not received it . Even if when i track my consignment details on speed post website, then it says "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND " . My speed post tracking ID is JA[protected]IN . I went to my local speed post office and DTO but they were unable to give any information about my Driving Licence .
Please help me in getting my Driving Licence .

Our company have business parcel account in india post, T.Nagar, Chennai-600017. Our company Customer ID: 52287 & Cont ID:40196287. We booked business parcel 2 boxes from Chennai to Agartala on 4th Dec 2021. Tracking No CT[protected]IN(Parcel weight 31.250KG) & CT[protected]IN(Parcel Weight 30.250KG). My customer received CT[protected]IN this business parcel on 16-Dec-2021. Someone from IndiaPost employee mishandled the parcels and took all items from the boxes and put used old clothes and bricks inside the box and stitched the cloth cover again and send it. When it was reached to my customer place the parcel weight is only 12.40KG only. I am very frustrated for past two days due to this issue without proper sleep. Becoz it's very huge loss for us. The second box tracking no CT[protected]IN this business parcel is in still transit. We put both the parcels in same time only. Kindly advise me how to get compensation from IndiaPost. It's very huge amount.
