My cheque book (Awb no eq[protected]in) not delivered due to incomplete address... Without any contact with me via phone...

But my second cheque book (Awb no eq[protected]in) delivered on same address.. Without contact with me on phone...

My question is how my second cheque book delivered if first tym address is incomplete..

And if my second cheque book delivered then why first cheque book not delivered

India post -it has been 2 days since my bag with consignment ID EW[protected]IN has been dispatched from Kolkata tmo but nothing has been updated on the website after that ...please do let me know if it's lost in transit and please look for speedy delivery of the bag it's urgent...
