I have ordered iphone 6s from Facebook the name of the person is dilip prajapati his mobile no is [protected] he was saying i will deliver the mobile in your address he has taken alll the money from me through the Paytm but the delivery person has reached to my area the parscal has not come to me he has taken 14000 from me but the mobile has not been get to me please help me to get all amount of money back to me his paytm no was number[protected] he was saying that i am working in the Indian army from Delhi he has done the fraud with me now he is not pick uping my phone please complain him and provide me support please take a scrict action on this person so by which he can not make fraud to more persons

I've a parcel coming from Pune which is a speed post. According to the rule of speed post by India, it would take 4-5 days to receive. But I haven't receive it till now. The parcel have to receive in Kokrajhar, Assam. It's till in Guwahati NSH for more than 4 days.

Sir I have sent the parcel through speed post bearing tracking number EW[protected]IN
I have seen the tracking that the parcel has been delivered on 13.09.2019.
The has not yet been delivered till now in the address as mentioned in the parcel
Hence necessary action for delivering parcel may taken

With all due respect i would like to inform you that a student name mr ajab singh and his docket no: eu[protected]in has been dispatched from imts on 26th august 2019 according to the consignment tracking status and its updated till 31st august with item bagged. And the student has not received the courier after contacting him for courier feedback confirmation. Can you please provide us with information to what has happened to courier. Its important that the courier has been sent and received by mr ajab singh because it contains important papers which he must receive.

My consignment number is EM[protected]IN. It was to be delivered to Hyderabad, and my customer received completely damaged product, even though i packed it real nice with double bubble wrap. What do you do with the consignment???? Pass a bulldozer over it???? How was it damaged to this extent??? Completely disappointed in your service. Had to bear loss of 1400 INR because of you. Worst service ever.

Parcel have sent from china to bhilwara (Raj.) and received by bhilwara post office on 13th sep. And postman without delivery and without contacted on given mobile no. Has returned and put remark insufficient address.

Still after complaint to all concerned nobody is responding.
1. If parcel came out of india then how returned back in same day.
2. Postman not tried to contact and delivery when i was visited he know to me personaly by name but not contacted on given mobile no.
3. Postman if cannot came to home he must to call on given mobile no.

Its really worst service by indian post and must be take action against this.

I have ordered some product from aliexpress, i had to order this product as the same product with similar configurations is not available anywhere in india.

I have placed the order on 08/08/2019 and it was dispatched on 10/08/2019. It has reached india on 22nd august and its been almost a month since it is stuck at customs. I have raised a complain with indiapost.gov.in but no useful information is coming out of it.

I request you to clear the customs for the above articles as soon as possible
Please clear the bags. I request the commissioner of customs to clear the foreign article bags and dispatch it to the post office for delivery..

I had ordered a parcel from through online portal alibhabha on 1/7/2019. The order id is[protected]. While tracking the consignment i can see that its received by the india post new delhi on 17/7/2019. After that i didn't receive the parcel till now. Two months completed and when i'm trying to contact the customer support, they are not providing the reason for the delay and they are disconnecting the call. I had registered a complaint on the portal (Complaint no: [protected]). Kindly look into the issue asap as its already paid and its a costly item.

On 30.08.2019 my self send a speed post et[protected]et to po no 421302. Which is contained my blood sugar checking instrument for servicing purpose. But still now it is not received at their end. But while checking in speed post tracking it is delivered to the addresse on 14.09.2019 at 6.30 pm. A speed post delivery after 15 days.

Several time i am called in speed post customer care executives. But they are not giving any proper feed back and status of my parcel.
And no reply for my speed post complaint no [protected]

I even lodged the complaint on India Post website but did not receive any reply from them. The complaint number is [protected]. Kindly look into it as it is very urgent. Thank you.

Respected sir, yesterday i visited to his home to take my adar card but i'm informing you with sadness and anger that he didn't took me seriously and was busy in his works. He just told me to go to their second home but one women there said "they don't have"then i agian went to him and he said it is not his work and i came back... I was in anger seriously. Respected sir, i request you to take stirct actions against him so that in future nobody like me would suffer.

India post department is sending a parcel since 26th august 2019 and today is 16th september 2019 (From jaipur to gurgaon), they are still clueless on where exactly the parcel is. They falsely updated online that the parcel is delivered. But the receiver (I) haven't received any parcel yet. Pathetic services from india post. When you try to lodge a complaint, customer care disconnects the calls. Finally after several calls & wasting so much of time, was able to lodge the complaint without any resolution time.

Updated by akj01 I raised a complaint (India Post Complaint No. [protected]) which they have closed without addressing the issue. I called the number given by them where they showed a lazy attitude saying we will call you back. Never received a call back and then they stopped picking up my call. Again called them from different number which they picked whereby they confirmed that the parcel is still lying with them in their post office in Gurgaon DLF Phase 4 Galleria. They have also said that if they are not able to deliver, we have to go and pick up the parcel from their post office in Galleria. Nothing received as of now. I sent an urgent letter to Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal pradesh by speed post on 30th August, 2019. It was dispatched from Itanagar NHS to the destination by 05th September, 2019 which is located at a distance of about 25 km from Itanagar. Still it has not been delivered. If it is so late, what is the use of the speed post and its name?

I got last tracking update on 31/08/2019. It has been 14 days and i have no idea where my parcels are. I tried to call destination head office that was last mentioned on the tracking website but they won't pickup my calls. After that no whereabouts of those parcels. I want update on those parcels.

I have been expecting a delivery by PostNL Tracking ID: RU[protected]NL which would be delivered by India Post.
There is no further updates after 28.08.19/ the item has reached the destination country.
Please look into the delivery of this item.

My courier has a very important product from netherlands. It was received by india post on 5th of september and hasn't moved since then. Please find the tracking id : ru[protected]nl. Its really delayed please look into it.
There is no tracking no from inida post too. If there is any custom duty needed from post side i am ready to pay. But atleast transfer the product....
