I dropped one of my check in icici bank kondapur branch. It got returned due to insufficient fund and same check sent through speed post. After so many followups with icici team they have given letter saying that article is missed in speed post. Due to that i was not there in the position to file check bounce because check is not available. So i sent a legal notice to icici bank they given some reply and finally as per banking norm i given complaint in rbi ombudsmen against icici. During personnel hearing in the ombudsmen they produced one letter issued by postal team that article delivered, but i did not receive till today. I raised complaint in seed post, complaint no is. [protected] then after i tried in so many ways finally i got contact details of postal team and i spoke with them on 01.04.2019. They clearly said that article is still with them they did not deliver till today. All the evidences are with me. I recorded the call while speaking with postal team of two members. Who need to deliver and her superior. So kindly help me how i can get my money, which i lost due to negligence of postal team.

I am a female candidate and want to apply the gds post. I have registered my personal details and received the registration number from the postal website. When i am trying to apply in an online web page it is saying the otp message is sent to my phone but i didn't get the otp message. Without this otp message, i am not able to apply. Can you pls help.

Maximum time he says go to head post office and deposit. He said he has no time. And defunction of computer. Link problem net problem de function of printer conteniousley he is saying this type of problem regularley. He is doing regular hareshment at each and every month.

I had been out of india last month and 2 of my item was not delivered with the tracking number rp[protected]sg and also rx[protected]cn.
It shows that the deliveeey was attempted but my cousin who was at home said no one ever rang the doorbell. And was not contacted after unsuccessful delivery it has now been almost a month.
Can you please rearrange delivery tomorrow or as soon as possible. I would be grateful.

I have courier the item from jntuh kukatpally with consignment no. En[protected]in on 29/312018 but its been 8 days unable to track my shipment after 31/3/2019 its displaying as item bagged. No proper answer was received from customer care also i have lodged a complaint on site no action taken. The parcel contains my educational documents to be send to canada without any delay. Please resolve my service and send it to designated country as soon as possible

I had applied for my pan card on 19 january 2019 from dehradun (248001) uttrakhand, but later on it was received in saharanpur post office about which i get to know via tracking. The address given by me is of dehradun (248001). Since then i had gone to the post office many a times but it is still not taken care of. I request the concern department to take necessary actions regarding this issue so that i can receive my pan card.

I kushal bhargava opened the rd accounts in kalaikunda west bengal with army postal office in 2013 with account nos [protected], [protected], [protected] presently held at shikargarh. As my rd got matured i put a transfer request of rd accounts in head post office jodhpur on 3 mar 2019. With past one month the rd accounts not transferred from 1 cbpo c/o 56 apo to head post office jodhpur. The transfer request no is rr[protected]in. The staff and the head post master is harassing me by not providing any information to me about my accounts as i am in urgent need of money. Every i had to go to post office and every time i got same reply that we don't know about your accounts.

I book this on 26 th april 2018 and after the parcel received at dehradun ph on last 27 th april 1.00 pm there no further updates on my parcel this the 8th day. Still no changes on its position. The parcel contains packed food items. I think i get this parcel only after complete that items expiry is over.

There is more than one month passed away but indian post not giving us answer for our legal document why not delivered without any reason and for this consignment airway bill number is as ea[protected]in and further we would like to say we have made one complained also but even though they have not given any resolution for ready reference complain number is as [protected]. So kindly help us for this debatable issue made by indian post

My friend sent his old laptop as a gift from texas. Upon arrival, I refused it because a hooping amount of 33, 258 rupees was imposed as an excise duty. Already my friend payed $165 for transportation. The excise duty was nearly $600. Which is very unfair for that used laptop. So I refused it. The product must reach to sender if it is not delivered. So, atleast levy reasonable duty or deliver it to the sender.. Please, thank you

It has been 12 days its is showing bag is despatched to muradabad from new delhi rs tmo. From last 12 days there are no updates even complaint is filed it is not solved also.. I have submitted nominee claim (Sb a/c no.[protected]) at post office indira nagar, solapur-413004 on 17/11/2018, but till today after several visits at indira nagar post office, the officials told that your claim not received yet from head post office and contact to head post office, after visiting head post office the senior official of sbcc reply that there is no one to look after of such claims you may visit later on. I beg to your honour why such harrashments to the claimant. Request you to kindly look in to the matter.

My name is amit kumar. We are in deep trouble from our area postman. He never give us any document. Hume har baar khudi hi uske pas jana padta hai, wah kabhi bhi documents ghar par nahi pahuchata hai. Yah sirf mere saath hi nahi balki pure village walo ke saath hota hai jabki postman hamare village ka hi hai.

Is samay me apne sbi atm card ka wait kar raha hu, bahut din ho gaye abhi tak aaya nahi hai, yaha tak ki bank walo ne bole diya hai ki apka atm pahucha diya hai. Dakiye ke pas jate hai to wah time par milta nahi hai, kabhi kabhi time par mil bhi jata hai to bahut natak karta hai.

I had applied for new pan card online dated 24.01.2019 for which the acknowledgement number is n-[protected], which is dispatched by speed post tracking number is ea[protected]in. The speed post tracking number is showing that it is delivered on 04.02.2019 at usrar b. O. But i couldn't recieved the same till date at my residence and also it is not available at mention post office branch. The postmaster is also telling that he might have delivered the same at some other address but he has no idea or record that where it was delivered. He is not responding well saying that its not his fault.
