An parcel was send through speed post. It was packed by the courier and not even dispatched in 5 days. How can be a speed courier service can be this worse. I think they have lost my parcel l. My consignment number is eh[protected]in. Please take action on this. No good response from a customer service executive. This is an urgent parcel. Please send the parcel fast

I have submitted one set of kvp at hirapur p. O under dhanbad hpo 826001 for transfer to madhyamgram p. O. 700129 on 13/02/19. But still no action. Dhanbad said it would take more than 2 weeks for payment at dhanbad. I am sr citizen of 64 years and staying at kolkata. They have not given any recipt on13/02/19. I have submitted transfer form with photocopy of ten kvp of ₹10000/ each & adhar, pan at hirapur po. 826001 dhanbad jharkhand. Hirpur p. O. May given payment in one week. I may stay at hotel dhanbad. Here madhyamgram p. O. May also given payment filling a form with kyc. They take to open a pass book more than one month. What i can do!

Item was booked for ho rohtak and was dispatched on 04/03/2019, then it was dispatched to malegaon maharashtra tmo on 02/03/19 in early morning but there is no update since then and has not reached to destined address of rohtak ho. Consignment no. Is em[protected]in. Kindly update the status so that i am able to know about the current location and be sure that the item has not lost in transit.

I have order from aliexpress.com and yesterday i got my parcel but there is no phone box inside the package, the phone is stolen by custom officer or gawahati rms officer or post master of bishnupur manipur please sent me the phone to me. I have posted 4 legal notice via speed post.1rd[protected]in dt 22.11.18 to uttam nagar, ed[protected]in to rohini (For 2 notices same number were given), dt 8.2.19, ed[protected]in dt 29.11.18 to gtb nagar. The post man didnt try and send back my rc book to the post office from where it is sended it is very imp document for me now how can i collect my article. The post office employees of my area dint respond properly and do misbehave with me. We also track the article before its reaching but the post man again return. There is a speed post on my name since 1st of mar 2019 in ravet post office. Still today it's not delivered to me. Postman (Mr. Bheege) is saying today i will give it but he has not come since last 4 days. Now postman is not picking the phone n post office is also closed. We called post master regarding why post office is closed, post master says postman has not come that's why post office is closed. How can goverment offices can closed on weekdays without any reasons. Please take strict action on it.

I had a public provident fund (Ppf) a/c no [protected] with antop hill post office, mumbai 400037.

While i have already submitted application for issuance of cheque towards the maturity proceed, in the prescribed form, in july 2017 & resubmitted again in march 2018, till date the post office at antop hill has not released the amount citing forms got misplaced at antop hill po / delay at dadar head office respectively.

I had even submitted complaint at dadar ho (East division) in first week of december 2018.

Request please take up with the concerned authorities for releasing the amount without any further delay and to take appropriate disciplinary action against all persons responsible for the inordinate delay of more than a year.
