I sb account holder approached the counter to withdraw amount from my brothers account with a valid withdrawl form and signature. But they refused to pay me as kyc is not available in the system which he has submitted a long back. They refused to pay me either by cheque or draft . I badly need the amount for medical purpose . They are very non-cooperative . I requested them to check the original sb application form and showed them my brother's identifications and my identifications.
I came to know, that payment can be given even in the absence of kyc for one or two times .

Dear sir, This is to inform you that, I have submitted my document to the santoshpur post office on 14/03/2019 for speed post. It was a official document which had to reach to "Kultali Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College" by 20/03/2019. The address mentioned on the envelop. But the person of that P.O. sent it to wrong address as he written wrong address on the speedpost document. He sent it to the Nimpith Asram. As usual the asram refused to receive the document.We got it yesterday. So our company could not generate the business. It is total loss of 48000+GST. and the postal charge of Rs.41.30(Cash)Tax:6.30.
Will we receive compensation form the post office.
I am attaching necessary documents for your kind consideration.
If necessary I will send you consignment tracking details

I got the parcel but many items received from my parcel. Looks someone has intentionally opened my parcel and taken few items (Clothes) from parcel.
Please look into the matter immediately.
I received the parcel today (29th april 2019) in whitefield bangalore.
Parcel booked from saharanpur on 22nd april 2019

Kids dresses 10 in numbers are missing completely from the parcel.

This parcel is coming through speed post ems with tracking ex[protected]sg.

Can anyone help to get this parcel as i see customs officer don't show any interest in contacting me for tax payment on that item.

Below are two consignment numbers wherein first is for passport cover and second is for passport. Address was same for both the things which i had given in passport office but i received only passport however passport cover was returned by mentioning insufficient address.

I observed no one visited at my address to deliver passport cover hence please help me to get delivered again my passport cover on given address.

Insufficient address is not possible as passport was delivered on same address.

I have bought few books and posters from gmarket, south korea. It is been held for an unspecified reason at the customs, when will i get the parcel?

May i know when will i get it? It's last updated on 23rd april and not specifically told the reason for retention. I tried to contact several numbers and i didn't get response from any and mailed few and didn't receive any response..

This is complaint against postmanand postmaster of 208025 naveen nagar kanpur u. P
Sir, i m a resident of sharda nagar kanpur. One of my close friend who is handicap and live six months before with us, now she is working out of city. Her one certificate came via registered post. Which was not handover to me. Instead i am saying to show authorization letter to postman but he said she should come with i. D to post office. Next day when she met to postmaster than he refused to deliver to her. Just because of i was submitted a complaint letter. Now they return back her registered post to bhopal.
Is it valid and sufficient reason to return back a registered letter?
Now postman behave very rudely and today again he is not deliver a letter.
Please see this issue and resolve.
Please provide me guidelines for above matter which help me to avails your services. Thanks you.

Still now I have not received my speed post, when I am tracking it was showing due to insufficient details the post was not delivered .Now it was showing the status that It was in at NSH Hyderabad.how can I contact them.I have an urgency with that post.

I had speed post a items at bant post office to kolkata pincode -700071 on 23.04.19 on 12:54:59. Still i can see the item at orissa areas. I dont understand how many days taking to reach the subject address. Items received at balasore ich then taking 2days to bagged and dispatched the item to kolkata. I realy surprised why the items held at balasore ich for 2days. My items receive address is jetsave india tours pvt lts.

I need the item delivered at mentioned address today without any delay.

My documents and original certificates are send from delhi via speed post to united kingdom on 2nd april 2019. The items not yet delivered until now and tracking system is not showing any updates. It is very urgent matter.

I already register compliant in online speed post site but not yet get satisfactory report. Since april 10th on wards they are saying they need to get final reply from airline. Until now they are not aware of my these 2 speed post article

My consignment number is em[protected]in, i was supposed to receive the parcel 2 days ago. I waited for a couple of days in the hope that i will receive it. I also tried to track it online, but the updates were too far and few, there was no one i could immediately contact.

I then visited the filmnagar, post office in the morning and to my utter surprise the postman said he had entered my campus, where he couldn't find my building (Even though any security guard would have been able to point that out) and because there was no phone number available to contact me he sent back the parcel.

Such sloppy customer service is what will end good companies like india post. Deeply aggrieved.

1 month before i sent a parcel to kuwait through india post. But untill now didn"nt recieved. My dispatch number is ef[protected].
When i track my dispatch number its shown 15 days before reached kuwait, but no any body contact me. I cleared mention my kuwait mobile number and address. When i checked in kuwait mail sorting office, he said that ' your parcel return to india because there is no any contact number mention on that'. I show him picture of my parcel in which clearly mentioned my contact details (Mobile number and address). Now he saying me i cant do anything.

What i do know please suggest me

The usps handles their parcels/posts to indian post as an unregistered post of indian parcel which is not trackable. I contacted to indian post for its whereabouts but they are unable to give any information (Infact they cannot tell the location of parcel received in india for the first time). Its been like 40 days from the shipment date (12/03/2019). All i get to know from delhi office is that the parcel could be lost or stolen. This is heights of non professionalism.
Kindly give me any details regarding product as it has valuable item.

Post office and nobody wants to help. I had a toy ordered for my kid and don't know where it went. India post office numbers do not work and the post master doesnt know where tge arcel went to. I don't know what to do in such a case.
