To my knowledge i do not possess any postal bank account or the above dopbnk account. My number is being misused by some unauthorised person or company. I am no way responsible for the above message and money whatsoever. I dont want to get msgs and dont use my number for illegal activites like this.. Pls as soon possible... Make this done.. Delete my number from them..

My purcel is send from jigani on 13 march and today 27 march not yet received what the problem is it is received at dibrugarh an is to be send at pathalipam but send to dimapur from dibrugarh . i think they does not care about our importance plese i request to send fast

I had applied for new pan card online dated 24.01.2019 for which the acknowledgement number is n-[protected], which is dispatched by speed post tracking number is ea[protected]in. The speed post tracking number is showing that it is delivered on 04.02.2019 at usrar b. O. But i couldn't recieved the same till date at my residence and also it is not available at mention post office branch. The postmaster is also telling that he might have delivered the same at some other address but he has no idea or record that where it was delivered. He is not responding well saying that its not his fault.

My deliverey address is 43 post kasara gram bhanwar kasara, satna, madhya pradesh-485447.

Please verify the same at your end and provide the pan card asap as i need it urgently.

It has not been delivered till date nor the tracking details have been updated after January 13, 2019. Those are my important documents from university that must reach the destination as soon as possible but due to the poor services, my mail has not been delivered yet.

I have logged complaint twice but in response i am being asked to file a bigger complaint instead.

I request you to look into this matter and provide the solution as soon as possible.

A friend of mine sent a backpack bag for me from gandhinagar (Gujarat) to panaji (Goa), sent on 3 january, it was an unregistered post and so we do not have any tracking details with us, but it has been the end of march already and i still haven't received my backpack yet, have made several rounds to the postoffices as well but they keep telling me to go to another one, tried all of it.

This is very disturbing to see how things work out at india post.

Couldn't received OTP for GDS registration. I'm LEKSHMI PRIYA and my registration number is CR73272B6EFB41. I am in need of job but the site is not working properly. I have been trying for more than a day but the OTP is not yet received. The registration process is going to end soon. So please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I have made the online payment and completed the initial registration. However, while trying to complete the application where, I have to upload the documents, it is saying it is sending an OTP to my regd. Mobile number. But despite trying several times, i AM NOT RECEIVING THE otp.

I believe many people are not receiving OTP while registering for GDS vacancy. Even I'm facing the issue from March 30, 2019. Can you confirm if there is really some issue going on from you end?Atleast you can display some message on your website saying there is some issue and expected time to resolve the issue. Also notify through SMS once the issue is resolved to all applicants.

Since few days I've been frequently sending emails to various people and Tweeting to Indian Post because a Postman Kapil of my area who comes under DK Mohan Post Office Uttam Nagar Delhi has denied to deliver my mails at my address. But there is no proper response and confirmation from their end that they can handle the issue and get my mails delivered.

My address is sufficiently enough to reach. I've been living at this address since past 2 years and have been getting things delivered at the same address by private companies. Being a government department, things should be easier for general public and not like this. I couldn't find a reason why he doesn't want to deliver for me though he knows my building. I'm sure he may be wanting me to bribe him.

Can somebody please help me through this?

Issue was resolved by the public grievance portal where an official gave his contact details and asked to contact him if in future postman refuses to deliver my mail.
