My 5 Parcels/Speed Post is arriving from Kolkata to Gwalior, but its 5 days now and no updates, whenever tracking works it says Dispatched to PALAM TMO and this is the status since last 3 days.

No updates on parcel tracking or It's laziness of India Post Workers, Its very important to me if not reached to me by tomorrow or i will have loose my 80735 Rs. Just because of India Post awesome professionalism.

Please deliver update details.

From last 2days i try to reach you guys for my parcel as it shows online delivered in Indraprasthan and after making multiple calls they said its your mistake as you mention wrong Pincode but my question with the department is if you guys delivered parcel only with the help of pincode then by the hell you asked for address and contact person name if there is no use of it and if you use it then on my parcel address is clearly mention that is Videocon Mobiles 2nd floor plot no 254 udyog vihar phase 4 and as per my knowledge there is no videocon office in Delhi .
Please help me as in particular parcel documents are really very urgent its all original medical documents of my father.

We have done registry from gopi' dist Aligarh to aligarh city on 23/06/2015...but registry not received by destination. ..when we enquire to Sikandrarao post office.. they replied that registry has been missed ...and they didi not other satisfied reply...we have done complained in return to senior officer of aligarh post office. they did not take matter seriously. .please take action against it.and resolve my issue...

I have ordered many articles from aliexpress.com in may 2016. I received only 3-4 parcel and the last parcel i received was opened by someone. When i received th le envelope of the parcel, it was opened by the postman. Ali express vendors pack the parcel really week and it's not pssible that it can open in transition. This was opened by someone. Also, i haven't received about 10 to 15 parcels post that. Ali express mentions that the parcel is delivered within 60 days and since i didn't receive the parcel, i have contacted all the vendors and all have mentioned that they have parcelled it, however, none of the parcel is reaching me. This is very concerning, as all the different parcels are feet in lost. Either it is a problem with the branch or it is some individual who's messing up.

Attaching the screen shots of the order placed. Pls note, many screen shots wud have 2 orders. Request you to look into the same at the earliest, as this is a very serious concern for me now.

My driving license was going to be deliver on 30th aug, 2016 and recently i shifted from b-434, j. J. Colony, hastsal road, uttam nagar, new delhi-10059 to a-89, 2nd floor, j. J. Colony, hastsal road, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059. When i tracked my speed post and it shows that it is in d. K. Mohan graden post office i went to my nearest post office d. K. Mohan garden to collect my dl and told post amn that is shifted and asked for my dl but the post man refused and asked for kharcha pani (Bribe) when i refused then he said "ab tu chakkar kaat" and when i tracked my dl again on same night it shows "door locked-intimation served" but the thing is that i was at my earlier address for the whole day waiting for the post man but no one came... Very next day when i again visited to the post office the post man says directly that he is not going to deliver and told me that he sent my dl back... I went to the post master and he sent me to post office incharge named as dushyant given him application about my recently change address he signed on the letter but no one helped me... And still i am tracking it is showing "item delivery attempted unclaimed"...

Speed post no-EB[protected]IN was dispatched from SBI on[protected]. It was in the post ofc-KHURDA H.O till[protected]. But they didn't delivered it to me though phone number was mentioned never contacted me. And moreover the postman over there is a bit mentally unfit. So kindly take some steps as they are government officials thinking nothing can be done against them.

Sir, i had gone to register a letter in sub post office jnmc amu aligarh 13.55hr dated 27.08.16 and requested to a registry but the booking officer concerned firstly denied to do so. On asking closing time, he arrogantly replied that the closing time is 14.00 hr daily. After a lot of argument barely he opened the already closed computer system before 14.00hr. He also challenged me to complain against him about this whole story. I am fail to know that why this sub post office is free to close before the time whereas other post offices are opened upto 15.00hr. Kindly take an appropriate action against that post-master. It will be my pleasure if your reply mail on phone through massage.

Are you facing problems because of the irregular behavior of the postman of your area? He does not do his duties properly. You want to complaint against it but you have no proper knowledge of writing the letter. You need not worry. Just read this letter and know about writing a good and grand letter.Suppose the postman of your area is very careless in his duties. He does not deliver the letters on right time. He gives our letters to wrong persons. People have to face many difficulties because of it. Write a letter to the Postmaster complaining against the postman of your area.

Respected sir/mam. My degree verified by gndu amritsar has been delivered to third person instead of the address district education officer's office, mini secretariat (Senior secondary) third floor, ludhiana near bharat nagar chowk. I hv earlier verified it from concerned post office they told that they have already delivered, but official of deo office says that it is not reached in the office yet. My track in no. The delivery period of all the above speed post letters was about 7 (Seven) days, just like an ordinary letter.
At the same time the delivery period by private couriers e. G dtdc, professional courier etc. Is 48 to 72 hrs from tirupati to hyderabad.

So, i want to know
1) how can you call it as a speed post when the delivery period is about 7 days just
Like an ordinary letter
2) why there is a delay in delivery of speed post
3) how can expect improvement for govt. Organizations, though the public want to
Upport the govt. Organizations
4) when the private couriers are able to delivery the letters very fast, cann't you
Improve the speed post letters delivery
5) what are the difficulties you have in delivery of the speed post letters
6) the amount for speed post letter is rs. 40/, which is more compared to rs. 30/ of the private couriers for same weight of the letter

If, you can not improve and shorten the speed post delivery period, very soon the public may forget the speed post letters.

The above words about the speed post letters are not only from me but also from the majority of the people.

It is brought in your kind notice that there are two counters but only one counter is opened due to which a long queue is there people are waiting for more then 2 hours when asked to open the counter they are saying we are working and don't shout on them we will work like this only

Need to be take action on the proficiency of the staff why we as a common man suffer

Here I went to post a document but post office person said that there is no work they can carry out after 14:00 haurs.
When I asked that what is your daily duty haur they replied that 10:00 to 14:00 hrs
Sir what is their duty time is it 10 to 14 hrs.
And if not then there must be action for my inconvenience...
And not only mine sufference of so many sir.

Matalab main ek bar parcel fees pay kar chuka hu ab dobara manwane dobara de. Sir isbar jabki maine btaya bhi ki mere ko fever aa rha h please aap hi de jayiye. To bolte ki thik h jab ghar mil jayega tab de jaunga. Matlab charges paid krne k bad bhi parcel khud costumers ko hi collect krne hoge.
