I had received the letter after 13 days. i had pay money for speed post rs.39.
So, what is the difference between the ordinary post and speed post? i don`t

Know. i never ever seen such delay in professional or other parcel service..

My conclusion is try to close indian post and save indian people money

Every month I am receving Electronics For You magazine regularly with late delivery from Delhi, but last two month I.e August & September I have not received magazine till date (20/09/2016). I complainted over phone to Tambaram, Chennai Postal Authorities they told the complaint should send in letter, So I am sending this complaint. The postal authority at Melakottayur S O, Tambaram Division, Chennai not taking care of delivery of letters, magazine at Ponmar. I earlier also complained to Tambaram Postal Officer Mr. Premkumar. But till the problem was exist. Even they are not delivering the letter to my house, asking us come & collect the postal item. Please do the needful to deliver the magazine, letters in time. Magazine company sending their books on 1st or 2nd of every month, and intimating us the despatch detail by mail every month when they despatched.

The things are international parcels which are been on route to Jaipur from Kolkata which is not yet available in Jaipur according to toll-free number so please pay attention the tracking number are RS[protected]CN&RL[protected]CN please reply fast and provide me the sufficient information.the parcels are from registered China post.how many days will it take to be delivered

Sir, maine 26-08-16 ko bhabua post office ke main branch se char city me 501 rs ka money order kiya tha. jo abhi tak dilivered nahi hua. jab mai iske bare me vaha ke head (post master) se puchhne gaya to unje baat karne ka tarika bahut hi ajib tha. charo slip ka transection no...[protected].[protected].[protected].[protected]. hai.

I had sent a courier from bahrain to ahmedabad on 23/7/2016. but it is still undelivered. after tracking several time i come to know that it reached at mumbai on 27/7/2016 and still it is in bombay. so do the needfull to delivery of my courier as soon as possible.

While closing my NSS account NO 33184, in Feb 2011 Indiranagar, Bangalore Post Office, has deducted an amount of Rs.14464 as TDS and TDS certificate issued to me. However the TDS return has not been uploaded in the IT portal thereby the IT officer has refused to give credit for the same. I had reminded them in July 2011 and again in July 2016. Please request them to file the TDS return so that I can get credit for the TDS.

I have sent a parcel containing 2 books and snacks to my son in texas, dallas u.S.A, booking date 31.08.1961 i got assurance from booking that the parcel be delivered before 12th of september 2016 as his exams starts on 16th. But till date not delivered. After 14 days tracking showed in usa after that no entry, no response from speed post and instead sending by speed post i learnt that instead It has been sent by registered post. I want to know without asking me why they did so.
I need a proper response. All my *time energy money wasted* who is to be blamed. Now it has been too late

The postman at pazhuvil west kerala, dist thrissur, zip : 680564, refuses to deliver the home delivery parcels at home...this is not the first time...earlier also they call up and inform that they dont deliver parcels at home. they also say if we dont go and collect it then they would return without informing further. I have been sending parcels from gujarat to kerala on consistent basis. Till now they havent delivered one single package to home by saying that it is not their duty.

I have visited to buy NSC certificate of Rs. 10000.
The officer (speaking orria and bengali) sitting in front desk was not giving proper instructions how to buy a certificate and after giving the money, he denied to give a money recept of 10000 Rs. And badly misbehaved with me .Given a normal hand written paper with written statement that received Rs. 10000
The officer is rude illiterate and having a bad attitude . He doesn't deserve a place in front desk.

It was stuck on 14/09/2016 ad there was no update. I tried to call to my nearest post office, Kudurucheemana palli. They don't have the land phone it seems I got the mobile number [protected], from the punganur SO. The number is always be in switched off. They are very irregular and they will not bothered about the customers and not even taking care to deliver the post. Whenever, there is a post receives, we need to check with them every time or else you will loose. The post office is 3 km away from my home. If we try to reach to the post office, it will be closed after 9 Am everyday in the morning. I am watching their activities from my childhood but there was no change. The regional post man, was a stupid drunker. He always booze and sleep some where else with the post cards. we are facing the trouble with them. Please check with this issue and take the action so that it will not be repeated again.

I booked two bags of cloths (speed post) on 12th Sept from Alpha-1, Greater Noida Post office for Silchar, Assam with speed post no-
(EU[protected]IN) and[protected]IN)
It has been received on 16th Sept.When the bags was opened it has been found that few books has been kept along with the cloths and few product is missing from both the bag
I request you to investigate it and return my missing product.

My online order which was shipped via EMS post from Singapore, arrived in Mumbai on 31-Aug-16 and ever since then there is no update on same.

I tried contacting Mumbai EMS office but either their phone numbers do not work or when they ring there is no one answering the calls.

Even the email address for Mumbai Speed Post Centre doesn't work:

What is the use of availing EMS at extra cost if it is slower than normal post and there is absolutely no customer service support?

Dear Sir I am Sakkariya Erikkalikkal. Kodakkad (post) Mannarkkad (via) Palakkad (Dist ) Kerala, Pin 678583. I have started a deposit account and I paid amount around 7 months but I did not receive a account book even after a long period and when I enquire about it post office persons told me that there is some problem happened and My full deposit amount will be refund. Based on their guarantee I submit a complient in Mannarkkad office, Also they told me I will get my money very soon and they collected my mobile number to inform me. Now its around one year finish still I didnot receive any reasonable answer from their side. Sir please help me and take necessary action to solve this issue.

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area is very irregular in his duties. He does not deliver the letters/posts regularly and properly. He throws the letters carelessly. He gives our letters to the wrong persons. Sometimes he misbehaves the people.

People face many difficulties because of his misbehaviour. I missed my exam because the postman of our area not delivered my Identity Card on my address.

Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.

My cousin sent me a package from Delhi to Quito, Ecuador on 30 April 2016. It's been more than four months but the package has still not been delivered. The tracking no. is CH[protected]IN. I lodged a complaint on the complaint page but no-one replies. Kindly help. I request the package be delivered at the earliest or a full refund of the delivery charge plus the cost of my stuff. We have submit the university fee rs 10705/_ in post office in patiala punjabi university patiala branch.but he did provide the recepits no of the.i am requested the staff three four time.but he did not give the recepit no.and the staff behave not good.please sir help me.give him right solution. The staff did not know the how submit online fee.
