Consignment no.EW[protected]IN posted on 24th sep 2016 from post office SP L.R.Sarani kolkata has not delivered till date i.e 1st october 2016 to Guwahati LIC of India, Branch II, Laxmi service station, silpukhuri, Guwahati -781034.
The letter has been sent 1 week before but still it has not been delivered to the stated address and it has also not been returned to the from address.We have been tracking it from last week but the status is given only of 24th sep that it is showing till kolkata airport.

I am living in prathna lavish residency and it is located in new gota area of ahmedabad city and it's pincode given in registration is 382481 which fortunately coming under the chandlodiya post office but when i visited and asked them for not providing postal services to the area where i am living they said that post man are not ready or showing any interest to pick up parcels from the post office and deliver to the mentioned address.

What type of answer is this...?

Kindly resolve the issue as earliest possible.

An article (EO[protected]IN) booked on 3/aug/16 from MUDIPARA S.O-768002 to DR SWAGAT PATEL, Address, GLA UNIVERSITY, City MATHURA - 281406. the destination office CHAUMUHAN S.O-281406. But it has been more than 45 days the article hasnot reached to me or to given destination. I have booked a complaint (complaint no. [protected]) then also there is no update about the article. it only showing Transit Bag Despatched to NEW DELHI RS TMO at PALAM TMO on 05/08/2016.

At ntpc unchahar post office pin 229406 if i want to extend my rd more than 5 year (5 years are going to be completed) then your system is not accepting the further installments. So customer is compel for breaking of his rd, whether customer is interested to continue his rd for 10 years. According informations displayed in your website rd can be continued for 10 years. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful regarding the extension of rd for 10 years.

I had sent important documents to income tax deparment in bangalore from navi mumbai mahape post office but after a week there is no trace of it. I sent on 22nd september 2016 but online there is no update after 23rd september 2016. The number is em[protected]in and infact had ver important documents. Please get it delivered as soon as possible as the income tax department has to get it within 15 days.

I sent an international registered letter from Jaipur to Canada, the package was sent on 8th Sep and since then there has been no update on the shipping progress. Neither has the package been delivered yet. Below are the details of the package and complaint (I earlier raised on India Post website):

Most humbly and respectfully I will bring you kind notice to the fact that I have been recently harassed by the post woman of my area I think she is not doing her duty responsibly cos most of the people are unsatisfied with her work even I am also a sufferers I had applied an atm card from the SBI more than three times it has been returned to the head office and also registry or letter are not bring to me I think I am not getting any thing send to me by post, does it can be preventable and one more thing when I ask her why she should not bringing the letter she furiously say don't try to teach me and when I told I will complain against her she react to me, I think it is the power of government duty

Respected sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area (Nai sharai bhadani gali) is very irregular in his duties. I do not know his name. He does not deliver the letters regularly and properly. He throws the letters carelessly. Sometimes he misbehaves the people. And always demanding for money. Mera atm aane wala tha i track id usne door close bta diya or koi pahuchne bhi nhi aya paisa na dene par. Mera atm abhi tk nhi aya.

People face many difficulties because of his misbehavior.

Hence i request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.

But iteam not delivered upto today. We are checked through indian post tracking system iteam delivered on 12/09/2016. But iteam is not delivered upto this time.
We are enquired post man and post master from lost 10 days those peoples are not responding properly.
We are losting business of rs. 2l for not avaliable of pan card.

I had ordered to amazon india to deliver 4 jars of mueseli. Amazon booked this consignment via aw[protected]in to khatima at my address. I got this product
Delivery on dt 26 sep 16. When i opened this parcel, the two jars were missing. Seeing this, i complaint to post master khatima-262308. They told me that this could be opened and stolen 2 jars in ich moradabad. Further he and his staff told me this is not happened here. I wat to request you to make in query about this matter and punish them and compensanate me. This incident has been occurred with me twice. How can i trust india post. I have told amazon not to sent my articles through post office.
I think you must take action against the culprits.

I received a Parcel from Hull, Yorkshire and was so disappointed to see it all torn. The items inside the parcel have been stolen and only the letter is received because it was double packed or else i would have lost it too.
This is extremely saddening as letters are sent with so much love and this is what the dept does.
I don't understand where and how the letter gets torn and I need an explanation for it. Someone has taken a lot of efforts to make it and send the parcel and we've paid a good amount for it. It is the responsibility of India post to see that the parcels get delivered on time and in a GOOD condition. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. I hope This does not happen in the future but The dept owes me an explanation.

I was booked a percel for Bamako Mali under receipt no RD[protected]IN on dated 14/09/2016 but during traking Ifound it went to Indonesia on 21/09/2016 at 9 AM after that there is no update but it is supose to send to Mali acountry in west africa it should either via france or UK to reach in Mali . Please do needfull as it is releted of large amount of losses if it does not reach in time.

Hi this is ashwini m. last week on 19/9/16 my mom sent my student note book through ordinary post, from punjalkatte post office, south canara district-574223. to the address #41, sneha saudha, kanaknagar 5a cross, rt nagar post, bangalore-560032. i haven't received it yet and i can't track it down as it is an ordinary post. i asked her why dint she send it through courier? and her answer was that she thought my book would reach me fine through indian postal service. as the book is very important to me i can't afford to loose it. she even went to the post master to inquire about the post and he said that it should have reached in 3 days but as there is no tracking he can't help. does that mean i'll not get my book at all? as a responsible citizen i feel it is my responsibility to question if something is wrong, and i would humbly like to ask you should i stop dreaming about getting my notes back through indian post? everything is getting digitalised nowadays, is it hard for indian post to renew ordinary postal system? isn't it my right to get the post addressed to me?
I kindly request you to consider my issue.

My consignment no. aw[protected]in (from amazon india) was denied door delivery rather the post office personal came to my home & told that the consignment has to be collected from post office. inspite of delivering the item he has mentioned wrong information that door was locked. he needs to be punished for not performing his duty holistically. please look into the matter seriously & do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest & deliver the item to my place as soon as possible.

I have been temporarily shifted from my permanent address and I have given an application to the post office regarding redirecting of my letters.I made a aadhar card of my son which was to be delivered.but yesterday I received a message about the IP tracking number.when I tracked it online then the status was returned.I urgently need adhaar please make delivery as soon as possible

My name is Ravinder Kumar. We are in deep trouble from our area postman. He never give us any document. Always come and ask too many question then threat us to complaint ours that we are running company, blah blah... and return our parcel and letter.
My 3-4 official govt. letters already returned because of postman laziness...

My ATM CARD already returned 2 times by fault of post man...SBI BANK already debited my account balance 2 times as delivery charges...
this time we were waiting for our ATM CARD from SBI,
he never came to our house and showed in post office that address have not find.
This is all started when we refuse to give him money for delivering post.
whenever i asked to postman about my letter...he had no answer...he always misbehave to me...he has no sense of talking, how to deal with customers...

Its been almost 7 days i am visiting Indirapuram ghaziabad post office and they are telling me sometimes system is not working, machine not working and today there is no electricity, just for depositing my money i have to visit several times and still my money is not deposited and the staff over there is so rude... from last 2 years the situation at this place is almost same and nobody cares about it.
and i requested for cheque book they said give us a letter will try to give you in 15-20 days.
lunch time is always fixed but working hrs are never.

We are receving letters irregularly. For this we asked the Post man, he was soo rude & replaied that he will delivery the letter as per his wish, we can complaint to any body. the we givened written complaint to related Post Master on 25th May 2015. After that we are not received any replay nor improved in service. From last FOUR MONTH we are not received a single POST, like Electric Bill, Telephone Bill, Gas Bill, Credit Card Bill.. Because of this we are paying HEAVY PENALTY.

The postman named captan working in india post in postoffice of ggn branch sadar bazar, does not delievery any documents. and behave rudely also, he doesn, t doing his work properly and efficiently, although my house becames in his knowledge this 7/sep/2016.
After this he is not deleivering any document or upr se mna kr deta hai ki ab se koi document nhi pohchega tumhare ghr pe... what a rude man he is...
It is requested to u ki jldi se koi action le or meri prblm resolve kre or nhi to us postman ko ek bar job suspention ka threat digiye

And te sirf akele meri prblm nhi hia
