My package tracking number rh[protected]in was in status "insert item into bag (otb)" on aug 4 at "dimc new delhi 110002, india" and after that there is no update.
This is a very important package for me, please get this resolved as soon as possible for me please... please provide status on the package and i would really like the package to be delivered to me as soon as possible as it already has been more than 17 days since the item has been sent over.

Respectfully sir i am a student i will complaint because my and our villagers all some document is coming by post something :-dl, pan card, rc book etc... Coming by post but who is doc. Is given our home they are take first money 20-30 rupees per doc. Then doc. Is given, so i request you please take action in this case and do it verification (Sorry i don't know english, if some word missing please don't mind).

I am having trouble with non-delivery of items ordered from ebay online stores outside india. They do not always provide tracking numbers, but i have found that if you limit purchases from stores with very high feedback scores, they are reliable in sending out the items even if it takes around 5 weeks for delivery.

The past two packages i have ordered from ebay (One from a store that i have purchsed from twice before) have not been delivered. Las year a registered package (With a tracking number) was not delivered. After a couple of months, when i went to the c v raman nagar po to complain, i was told by my delivery postman that the tracking number was not in their system, so the package had never entered their p. O. But a month later when i went back to give the postmaster a written complaint, the same postman came out and said that the package had been delivered and he had a receipt signature. I have repeatedly been told that there is "nothing" they can do about packages or letters that are not registered. So is this a license for stealing postal packages that are not registered?

I submitted article for posting on 9th august 2016 at shakarpur new delhi post office. The id of the article is ed[protected]in as printed on the receipt. But while tracking the same on indiapost.gov.in, no consignment details are available. Few days before when i tracked the consignment it showed that the same has reached kanpur ho, but it is not sure if it has reached it`s final destination which is `institute of chartered accountants of india (Kanpur)`

I have sent a article via speed post with tracking no. Eu[protected]in on 10/08/2016 from nigohi s. O post office. It should be delivered within 3 days. But it is not delivered till now. This is not the first time i am experiencing this kind of service it happened in past as well. All the people who are sitting there at booking counter are manner less they even don't know how to talk properly.

Hi dear i post a document on 10 august 2016 through noida sector 16 post office. But it is not deliver yet. And i am not able to track our product whose consigment number is ru[protected]in. So please reply me why it is not delivered. And product delivery place is topra in pirpainti bhagalpur district bihar

Can you suggest one thing more how can i track my product because on the behalf of consigment number i m not able to track.

I have sended a letter to new delhi from udaipur gomati tripura through speed post on 10/08/16. Bt when i go to track the article i hv found that the article is only going to kolkata airport & then it comes back to agartala.. Its been twice i found the same problem. Its like a funny thing which is happening. This letter is very much important and its all about my academic career. Again i repeat this is very very much important for my career.. You please take necessary step to solve the issue..

I did speed post the parcel to my brother contains a rakhi, one chocolate and one wallet. But when he received it, the wallet was missing. Tracking number is em[protected]in. It is the most ridiculous experience ever. I have register a complaint in indian post also. We should trust on our gov firms that's what i was thinking. So i go for indian post rather then private courier company. But if is this the way to do the work then people needs to aware. Please guide me here. Thank you.

Sir, the above said article is not delivered yet. However on tracking the same it was learnt that the same article was delivered on 12 aug 16 at gurgaon ho (122001). I personally query with the post master today he directed me to the post man mr sandeep. Mr. Sandeep failed to deliver me stating he was busy with delivering of rakhies. Also he told me that he was instructed to deliver the rakhi first instead of delivering other articles.

Sir, it is not understood that many rakhies were delivered at my residing adresses however he did not deliver my article. Is this the competency of speed post? More over he was not able to deliver the article today when i met him personally today on 20 aug 16 at post office at 1130h. He quoted the article is not with him however within a day or two he will deliver it at my postal address.
Sir, why this delay? Is utilizing indian postal service by indian is offence? Please look into the matter and do need full to us.

I never expect indian speed to so not responsible.

Have booked a speed post (en[protected]in) on[protected], to (managudam) dornakal, warangal dist. till the date post was not delivered. have register a compliant (complaintnumber: [protected]) on postal website, no update till date.

Am being follow up with customer compliant cell sangareddy and dornaka post office. neither the issue was resolved with them.

I have sent a speed post from madivala, bengaluru on 12th aug 2016 to bagehhwar, dehardun. But even after 8 working days it;s not delivered, when i tracked the status of post online, it shows dispatched from bangalore to lucknow. This status is not changed since 14th aug.

I registered a complaint in india post online, it;s not use.in person i went to both bangalore & deharadun post office, bangalore i was told check in deharadun, at deharadun they said parcel not received.

Not sure whether i should go in person to lucknow and track my parcel by myself. Please help what's the next thing i can do.

I sent raksha bandhan money by money order to my sister on 8th august from Rajkot head post office to Jamnagar.but till this date money is not given to my sister while raksha bandhan is over.i checked online tracking I found that money order is lying at bedeshver Jamnagar. itelephoned them and they told me that due to some technical problem with server they cannot down load money order so they will deliver when their server will be ready.server is down since 12th august.what is the fun?post department is asking to hurry so that they can deliver in time .it is negligiance of postal department.

I have not received two International Registered Parcels from Japan bearing the tracking number given below

1) RR[protected]JP

2) RR[protected]JP.

The parcels have entered India through CHENNAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE and were forwarded to BANGALORE SUB FGN POST.

But the Bengaluru post office tell me that they have not yet received the parcels and had requested me to raise a complaint with India Post.

The complaint numbers are [protected] and [protected] respectively.

I humbly request the Indian postal services to locate and deliver the parcels to me at the very earliest. I would be much grateful.

Today I visited above mentioned post office for speed post service, for 16 packets to be sent to various locations in our country. I was surprised to experience the unprofessional behavior of guy (Mr. Ghadge) sitting at window. He was behaving like he is making favor to the customers. After waited for 30 minutes in the standing queue, he told me to meet some guy inside the cabin and come back with what he says about the packets to be sent. I left the queue went inside the cabin and met the guy. He asked me about the weights of the packets and told me to deposit 750/- rs and asked me to come after three days to collect the receipts which I refused. Then he asked me to again visit the same guy (Mr. Ghadge) and do the rest of the work. I came out of cabin and reached him, he refused to take the packets in one go as they were 16 in total. he told that HE WILL ACCEPT MAXIMUM 2 at one time which again I refused and met the postmaster to complain. he also asked me to come back again tomorrow to collect the receipts. In all this transactions I spent time for more than an hour between 3 to 4 pm. However, with no choice left I accepted to come tomorrow i.e on 19th August 2016 and left the post office with decision of never coming back to Government's post office for services like speed-post. The reason for my decision is that today there are many private courier service providers simply provide pickup and drop service for such packets at no extra cost. They carry all gadgets and bar code scanners with them to complete the formalities as needed. They print the receipt on the spot and that's all. Best service. Why then opt for Government's post office. Let that perish. My million dollar advice to government is that change this attitude and poor service quality or people will change them.

Sir iam from contai purbamedinipur. Pin 721401 west bengal. Attached with contai head post office. The counter clerk sadhan bag counter no3 allweyes force to attend depositors must attend the counter. Other wise he refused the dipositers. He destroyed the revenue. So please tell me the last order 07 2015. And solved the problem

It was opened from back and stappled. I request the consumer forum to look into the matter and do the needful on this issue. Other credibility of indian post and postman will be lost.
