Hello i wana inform to u regarding extra payment deduction. My registry date was 5 jan 2018 but interest deduct from 31 dec 2017, why i will pay interest before 5th jan. Second thing i personally visited in your office before 5 days back and discussed with branch manager but not received any response till date. My experience with indiabulls is they cheat the customer.

    I had purchased the piece of land situated at Khasra no. 301/2 and 310/1.The seller of land subsequently developed a colony named Godha estate on such land.The plots of that colony is mortgaged to MPFC in may 2016.On request of complainant the development permission of said colony is suspended. All this facts were informed to your Indore office. However the Indore peoples are under the influence of the said colonizer, despite the fact that all these things are informed to them by a letter acknowledged by him, still they financed the plots of Godha estate.I have already filed the suit in the court for the registry of that land. We once again inform you to not finance the plots on the said land otherwise we will suit your company also for all this manipulations as one of party in the court, RBI or EOW.

      This is sonali i would like bring this to your attention PL02104459 my loan application no. that being a coustmer i have faced alot of problems with your company i have applied my loan on 10th jab 2018 online through your app but it went offline because of my bank and i submitted all my documents to your credit department in akshay.[protected]@indiabulls.com who was from credit department and he assured me that I can get 100000rs loan according to my salary but your call centre people told me that there's a technical error which is showing approval of 76000rs n emi which is deducting is of 1lk so it's been 4 days your people can't rectify this small problem and everyday telling me mam juzz wait for 24 hrs and now itz been 4 days nobody is nothing so is this the way u handle your coustmer

        Dear Indiabulls Team,

        I had visited to South Ex, New Delhi customer care office to take the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna many times but every time they had misguided me and finally told me that I am not qualify for the scheme.Same also I confirmed from other persons who had taken the benefits from other banks like DHFL and they received the benefits.My one colleague also taken the benefits from DHFL.Same I confirmed from few govt sector banks also and they told me that I am eligible for benefits and Indiabulls is intentionally cheating you and not giving benefits.It means Indiabulls is not following the guidelines given by PMO office and not giving the benefits to customers as guided by Indian government.

        Please check the matter and arrange to provide the benefits to me from the date I have taken the loan from the bank.

        If I will not get the proper response with the benefits I will escalate the issue in PMO office and banking Ombudsman.

          I want to snatch the attention to my application (Pl[protected] for loan in indiabulls through dhani app.
          Here is the tracking details:
          Login and application created on 08/01/2018

          Appointment was fixed to collect the documents on 10.01.2018 (No executive contacted, no executive came to the location. Service desk person asked to wait for 24 hours)

          Again on 11.01.2018 (No executive contacted, no executive came to the location. Service desk person asked to wait for 24 hours)

          Again on 12.01.2018 (No executive contacted, no executive came to the location. Service desk person asked to wait for 24 hours)

          Here it is 72 (3x24) hours i am waiting to get this issue to be resolved.
          I want this issue to be considered with a high priority.

            Indiabulls is very careless about customer. My property has been sell out, i was apply for list of document on 21/12/2017. As per their rule within 21 days they send the same to mail id but till date they don't do. I am very disappointed with the service of indiabulls. Even they not receive the call in head office also. Customer care number is also making fool again and again to customers. Calling in customer care is just waisting of time nothing else. This is my loan number hhlind00375876.

              All the commitment made by indabulls team is always fake i will never recommend this company for housing finance i also have the same problem. My, loan account no hhlbhp00348540, customer name mr. Uday roy i had completed all the paper formalities for pmay subsidy during disbursement of loan and the same has been confirmed by there operation team here in bhopal. Now after 6 month of loan disbursement i received a call from your ho that i am not eligible for the subsidy scheme right now as my paper work is not completed. Since 6 months india bull's team was sleeping in this matter, this is purely india bull's duty to complete the documentation as per the regulations so that customer can avail the subsidy. Now there ho say we dont have property map, permission of nagar and one more. I dont understand with out this documents how could the loan has been disbursed? India bulls intentionally do this to customers. And there is no customer service available with this company before disbursement they visit customer 50 times a day after disbursement for everything they ask to visit the branch, they trap the customers i think

                  I am reshma sholay from mumbai. We are from middle class family.
                  We have booked house in anchor park through indiabull people from himanshu singh & manish dhanda on 19th aug 2017 in 40 lakh but after paying 10.61 lakh including registration & stamp duty on 15th dec 2017. After payment they gives us wrong demand letter to pay another 48 lakhs including gst & parking charge gst. They are cheating a alot. And forcing us to pay another 8 lakh all unwanted gst payment. Without giving any deep detail on the time of booking. And have trapped us seeiously now we are not able to pay more money.

                      I have applied for a personal loan on indiabulls dhani through my mobile app. Amount has been approved for rs-186000. After the final approved they have collected my 4 no of cheques. Then after next day they have rejected my loan without any reason.. Afterwards i sent a email to [protected]@indiabulls.com regarding return of my cheques. But i didn't received any single reply. From customer care i am not getting a valid response.

                        I had applied in indiabulls, noida for a loan of rs.42 lacs in sep 2017.in order to speed up the disbursal of loan i had submitted all my documents within 1 week, now here comes end of dec 2017 and indiabulls still did not know if they can sanction a loan or not. Since i already proceed for a sale agreement with the seller as instruction given by indiabulls, i had to literally make hundreds of calls and visits to their office to confirm if they will be given or not.

                        Note: i had already paid seven lakh fifty thousand (7, 50, 000/) on the basis of section letter given by indiabulls,.

                        I had singed all the docket and submit all the required (Agreement paper, cheques) etc. At indiabulls office premises, processing fee cheque also debited from my account,
                        Seems i have make my life's biggest mistake to choose indiabulls.

                        Loan was stuck at the disbursal stage on final verification, as per record duplicate pan card reflection against my name, i was shocked with this statement on final stage, which cause my life time saving money on risk, why this was not reported to me before releasing sanction letter, i personally visited incometax department office and raised request to immediately de-activate duplicate pan number which is reflecting against my name, and retain my old pan number,
                        All the poof of the pan cancellation application letter and document submitted to indiabulls office, but still no response from indiabulls.

                        Would like to escalate further on this, urgent basis this is critical for me now why this was not reported to me before releasing sanction letter, which cause my life time saving money on risk.

                          We had booked a flat at india bulls green in 2009 with 20% downpayment. There were amendments to the project and approvals to be received and the slab wise payment almost 95% has been collected from us. As i did not receive any communication from them after march 2015 which was a collection notice for our slab wise payment. I wrote to them in may 2017 enquiring about the status of the flat and the project. The reply from the customer care is as follows: "we refer to the agreement for sale executed between the parties and the timeline for possession mentioned therein (July 2017)

                          We are doing our best to adhere to the timeline, as mentioned in the agreement."

                          After which the only communication received is about gst & rera and change of bank account details all through email. On calling the customer care nos to enquire about the project i am told that it will take another 3 months for the completion the tower and another 5 to 6months for the finishing, expected date of possession is dec 2018.

                          I now want to claim compensation from india bulls for the delay. And want india bulls to give a firm possession date and adhere to it. India bulls should be penalised for the delay and the investors compensated.

                            I was sanctioned and availed a home loan vide account no. Hhllaj00335103 with you amount of loan is rs. 39, 21, 000/-. I applied for "prime minister awas yojana" on 06-jun-2017, 10-jul-2017 and 20-jul-2017 vide reference no. "dr01092521", "dr01136504" and dr01151495 respectively. The same is rejected due to reason as "balance tranafer", but i had sanctioned a fresh loan from you. Then why application is rejected as balance transfer reason. There is already 6 months time gone. So please do the needful and help me out for the same. Why customer is suffer for negligence of "indiabulls housing finance limited"? Please process the same at earliest.

                                My loan in indiabulls was foreclosed on 24th nov, why i got a msg for emi deduction on 5th dec again, would request to cancel this processing, complaint no[protected], this is not in ethics and bad practise to take emi from customer who has foreclosed it, make your system appropriate, not happy with your toll free supprt, i will approach regulatory rbi is this continues

                                This is a malpractice indiabulls is doing by not closing loan on right time & initiating emi request for foreclosed loan, please take action at earliest as emi hit date is on 5th dec, & the loan is already closed.

                                  My name is chetan marwah and i have an existing home loan and lap with india bulls. I filled the form for pradhan mantri awas yojna scheme and the last date for the same was 2nd of november, 2017 for the status. Somehow i called the customer care and came to know that my application gets rejected because of below reason:

                                  No female owner (Single or joint) in the ownership of the flat.

                                  It is shocked to get this kind of reason where the original registry is under 2 names: chetan marwah & nandini marwah and same deposited with indiabulls (Original one). At the time of filling the form, i was assured that all the necessary details along with the documents will be attached to make this simple. I want this to get rectified asap.

                                    Respected sir/madam
                                    My ref no.832544. My loan decline thereafter my executives not receiving my call. What can i do.

                                    Agar mera loan sanction nahi ho sakta tha to fir meri application kyu li gayi.
                                    Koi bhi query mujhe poochhna hai to main kisse poochho. Call center pe mere executives se baat karne bolte hai. Lekin woh call hi nahi receive karte hai.

                                      Team of indiabulls (Thane mumbai) tooks all the original documents about to sanction loan,
                                      After sanctioned, they have rejected due to incorrect documention such as allotments letter.

                                      When father had taken a home loan against same property before 15 years ago, bank had misplaced original allotment letter.

                                      After receiving such a comments from indiabulls team, we are asked mumbai mhada to provide og copy of it.

                                      Did it, and submitted og copy given by mhada after 20 days,
                                      After submission of all documents, again indiabulls team raised query that given og copy from mhada is not applicable, and not as mark.

                                      We asked them to put it on mail, so we can fight with mhada for og copy.

                                      The indiabulls team not agreed to put it on mail.

                                      And now almost after 5 months, i am writing for positive reply, but still no response from them...

                                      Every time i have to call tem, they suppose to be like nothing important to us.

                                        My housing loan no. Hhlboroo364509. I applied for housing loan from indiabulls bank borivali branch. My case is under mr. Jitendra chaudhary.

                                        I applied for home loan and at the time of applying for loan they took all documents and required signature for pradhan mantri awas yojana.

                                        They have not applied for pmay and now saying that i am not eligible for it.

                                        Although i am eligible in mig category and don't have any house neither in my parents names and nor mine.

                                        They took 12450/- rs as processing fees and inspite of my repetitive request to t
                                        Start emi including principle and interest together they have charged me for rs 10684/- as pre emi.

                                        And my sanctioned amount was 4275935/- but now saying that insurance was included in sanction amount. This was not told to me before.
