My housing loan no. Hhlboroo364509. I applied for housing loan from indiabulls bank borivali branch. My case is under mr. Jitendra chaudhary.

I applied for home loan and at the time of applying for loan they took all documents and required signature for pradhan mantri awas yojana.

They have not applied for pmay and now saying that i am not eligible for it.

Although i am eligible in mig category and don't have any house neither in my parents names and nor mine.

They took 12450/- rs as processing fees and inspite of my repetitive request to t
Start emi including principle and interest together they have charged me for rs 10684/- as pre emi.

And my sanctioned amount was 4275935/- but now saying that insurance was included in sanction amount. This was not told to me before.

    Just now, i m giving you call to helpline number from my registered number [protected]. One lady is pickup call, only half information she is given, afterthat she picks up call on mute, afterthat disconnected. I m giving you second call after that, she directly said that i[censored] had already loan, then only we can speak and thenafter she disconnected. How service are provided by indiabulls. That was worst service, i am not getting ever. Kindly improve your staff. I want to apply for loan. But i am not getting properly assistantance. I want immediately response towards this.

    Dear concern, have taken a loan from in last year but as per received payment plan from then. They guys are mention pp cost is 19.4lacs but as per received invoice from builder has mentioned the pp cost is 17.050lacs . Pls check why the Indiabulls has mention 2.40extra in payment plan.       Pls note that i applied home loan from indiabulls finance company vide loan ref no. 784609 and 795453 in the month of august even i rcvd the sanctioned letter from them but there were cross selling of insurance mentioned in the same then i asked them to remove it because as per irda it is not mendatory that will have to take the insurance for the loan amount after many chase up they said that we will not give insurance with the same but they get delayed my revised sanctioned letter on[protected] without showing the insurance charges but in the letter amount was excess towards my existing loan balance then i asked them to get this revised with the actual home loan amount then they said will get this revised and the excess amount would be add in your top up loan amount then i said ok to them but when i asked them again to provide the2nd revised sanctioned letter then they denied to provide the same and they are saying now that you will have to purchase the insurance. And then i asked them that while making the payment to you against the charges demanded by you i paid the charges for processing fee and you said now there is no need to purchase the insurance as you have paid the charges as per demanded by us then i said ok to them. Now they are demanding the same that you will have to purchase our insurance policy otherwise they could not provide me loan which is very bad even after i paid the loan transfer charges cum processing fee etc etc charges towards the home loan as well as for top up in month of september 2017 but till time they have not disburse the loan as of now. So pls i request you to file my complaint against indiabulls so that my loan could be disburse as soon as possible

        Indiabulls is one of th chutiya loan site i have ever come through in my life. Yha log b chutiya h or the way they deal in starting when you go to get a loan from them is different and when you start paying your emis at that time you will come to know about there nature. I took a loan for my home and one day they didn’t took the payment from my account. My emis are on 25th of every month. I lack to pay them due to there mistake and unnchutiyo ne praveen dhaiya nam k bande ko bhej mere ghr pr. Us gandu ka contact number ([protected] praveen dhaiya) he came to my
        House and meri mom akeli thi and my younger sister was also there. Usne sbko gali dekr bat ki or bc ye to us bhosdivale. Ki kismat thi ki m ghr pr nhi tha jo vo apni mardangi ladies ko dikha kr gya h. Ghr m uski biwi usko choot nhi deti to bhosdika vo hmare ghr m gussa nikalega ha. Abe ban k lund teri maa chodne m tym ni lgega nd overall u people are not authorised for abusing your customers. I will personally recommend not to go with them as there are many good and better options nowadays from other cmpanies.

          I want to foreclose both accounts and when i am paying the entire amount then i am charged with foreclosure charges @2 % on o/s principal and i am paying the installments properly on time. At the time of sanction of loan i was asked that no foreclosure charges will be charged. Now i want to pay the entire amount but u are charging me with the foreclosure amount which is very wrong.             I have got opened my dmat account with indiabull securities and at the time of opening my account, they confirmed that there will not be any charges for account opening, it is foc. However, later on they debited my account with 530. On inquiring, concerned relationship manager said you are having another dmat account, hence they debited my account, while fact is that in my whole life i never used dmat account and used induabulls account first time. Then i asked to share detail of such dmat account is being referred as my account. Even that is not shared. Please support to get remove these charges from my account. My details are

              We had bought commercial office at indiabulls megamall project at vadodara, gujarat. We had paid inr 200/sq. Ft. As maintenance funds against the promise to maintain the complex by indiabulls for 10 years. Two year later we are told that most of the fund have been exhausted and hence indiabulls will no longer do the maintenance. They had given the maintenance contract to their related company (Soril) at inflated rates. This is clear case of fraud committed on buyers.

                This is reference to project ivy greens whose builder is m/s. Vedic realty pvt. Ltd. With office at 1/1b upper wood street, kolkata 700 017 and marketed by m/s. Indiabulls distribution services pvt. Ltd with its office at 15 park street, apeejay house, kolkata 700016, project address at shikharpur, p. O. - bagu, p. S. Rajarhat, kolkata - 700 135.

                I purchased the flat in ivy greens after being lured by the sales team of indiabulls in july 2014 with a delivery date after 36 months from the sale date alongwith 06 months grace period. However till date no considerable development has taken place apart from from few incomplete blocks. I also happen to taken a loan from central bank of india who were the bankers of the project and my emi commence this oct 2017.

                Please note that neither indiabulls distribution services pvt. Ltd. Nor vedic realty pvt. Ltd. Has issued any concern and / or statement on the delay in delivery of the said project. This has parted us with our families mental peace and has caused us huge financial losses. All i receive is an automated email from indiabulls stating that they will respond but till date no senior personnel (S) has ever responded who could comment on the way forward. Please note many senior personnel of indiabulls are addressed to in the mails. This proves to me that behind such a big brand name lies farce policies and pathetic customer services, which was not expected from indiabulls on whose assurances and anticipated customer services we had purchased the flat.

                Basis above circumstances and conditions, i formally lodge a complaint and warn others not to deal with both indiabulls distributions pvt. Ltd. & vedic realty pvt. Ltd.

                I expect a speedy resolution of the issue in way of recovery of my families mental peace and financial losses which has already taken place.

                  I applied for a balance transfer with indiabulls in borivali, mumbai branch some months ago. A sales person by name mr hansraj ramlakhan helped me. I got the loan account number :hhlbor00363295 and got approved.
                  Attached is the screen of the sanction letter of the same with amount : rs. 23, 65, 338/-
                  And my current home loan going on with dhfl, and current outstanding as of current date : 9-oct-2017 is rs. 23, 37, 360/-
                  I paid around 7, 000/- to the sales person mr. Hansraj ramlakhan for paying some fees which are applicable, i agree to pay the amount as its a process.
                  And on 5th oct 2017 i got a call from one of indiabulls staff saying he got the cheque and waiting in dhfl bank to close the loan account with dhfl, he said to carry my cheque book too to pay the balance amount to dhfl.
                  On this i told him that i got a sanction letter of rs. 23, 65, 338/- and my current outstanding is rs. 23, 37, 360/- than why should i pay anything extra to dhfl?
                  He told me that he got a cheque of amount : rs. 22, 96, 990/-.
                  I would like to know if the sanction amount is written rs. 23, 65, 338/- than why the cheque is prepared with amount rs. 22, 96, 990/-
                  I approached indiabulls at borivali, mumbai branch and in contact with a senior person name : mr. Azimuddin khan.
                  They all are saying me to pay the balance amount and move ahead, i mean why should i pay the balance amount.? And whose mistake is this of printing the cheque with wrong figure.?
                  I am already not impressed with indiabulls and this happens with me, my rs.7000/- is wasted and time too wasted.
                  Its just a start and this has happened, we not even started relationship as a customer and indiabulls and some people wasted my money and time, i am afraid to go for balance transfer with indiabulls now.
                  I spoken to mr. Azimuddin to cancel the balance transfer and return my money, but he is saying this cannot be done, we have to close this account and re applied.
                  I mean who is responsible for this mistake and who will pay the fess amount again and how much time it will more take to just go for bt.
                  I am attaching the screen of the sanction letter and the cheque which i got from indiabulls to settle the dhfl home loan.

                  I am confused and frustated as what to be done. It has been 2 weeks now and no one from there end calling to check as what to be done.
                  I just called to mr. Azimuddin khan to ask as what is going on in my situation, on this he said you spoke to some one and he got message that i am arranging fund to pay the balance amount to dhfl.
                  I mean no one called me or no one interacted with me than how could i convey the message and why would i pay the balance amount i have no money to pay.
                  I just need to cancel the relationship with indiabulls and not go any futher with balance transfer and please return my money back.
                  Mr. Azimuddin khan said we are closing your account and someone will call and explain you how to close the account, and it has been 1 week and no one called me till now.
                  I need to know where is my rs. 7000 gone.
                  Kindly help me to get my rs. 7000 back from this fake indiabulls employees and company.

                  And in the content they saying the fee they took is for processing fee, but my question is that what kind of processing fees they are taking about, they didnt process the file properly and asking money for the same,

                  I replied to the email with the below content,

                  I agree you taking fees for processing but that process was not done properly by your staff and made a wrong cheque.
                  I would have not asked for refund if I myself asked you to cancel the loan without any reason, but I asked to cancel the loan because the cheque made was of lesser amount with that of which o have to pay to other bank, than why should I take cheque and end up paying more.?
                  I am still asking you to cut the concern person salary who made this mistake and return my money back.
                  Imagine Jason you not working properly and just chilling in office so would Indiabulls pay you salary for not doing your job properly?
                  Same way I paid indiabulls an amount to work for me as process of my documents and if that process was not properly executed than why should I pay, in fact I should get my money back.

                  why dont youll people understand that the person has not done his/her job properly by not printing the cheque amount properly.
                  The cheque amount was less as what i have to pay to DHFL for BT, than how come i can take the cheque?
                  And i didnt cancel the loan from my wish, its the amount showed me on sanction letter and the cheque disbursed was different so i asked to give me another cheque of the required amount.
                  But now they asking me to submit new application and pay the processing fee again.?
                  Not fair.
                  I would still want my money back. "

                  I dont know what to do, i am afraid by paying 2 emis in a month. I called up to IndiaBulls and on customer Support i got Mr. Shashi SIngh who was not ready to give his Employee id, he said i need to goto ICICI bank and request them to cancal the ECS.
                  I mean i had already cancel the Loan than why this ECS has happened?
                  Why my time And money getting waste all the time with IndiaBulls?
                  Why i should goto ICICI bank and give a request? India Bulls should ask my bank to stop the ecs as soon as we agree to cancel the loan.

                  Please Help Me somebody as i feel helpless, as customer Support too not helping properly.

                    I had applied for a loan and apart from delaying the entire situation for a year, they're still acting righteous and call us to their office all the time. I had to visit their office 12-15 times just to get sanction on my loan and another 5 times for the disbursement. I have given them all of my documents and yet they keep asking for more copies all the time because they lost it from my file. What kind of professional banking institution does that? They also torture the seller when applying for a loan by going to their flat unannounced and asking all sorts of questions like they are entitled. Every time i bring the set of papers they need they call again telling they forgot to mention xyz paper. This is simply ridiculous i hope this goes viral so everyone can see how bad they are. Props to mr vijay and mr vinod gupta from the goregaon branch for this as they were handling my case. Do not go to indiabulls ever. It will be the worst experience of your life.

                      I am victim of suman saurav who is working on gurgaon office of india bulls. I was purchasing property and for that i was interested in loan. On first day he told me that your loan can't be processed at my company and i am arranging other company for you. I was shocked because in same building india bulls had approved loan. But since i was in hurry so i had no option other than to follow instruction. He arranged loan for me from dhfl but all communication was done in office hour and even i got approval letter of dhfl from his id saurav. [protected]@gmaip.com
                      He also sent some other document from same id on behalf of dhfl. I request indiabulls to check this account they will find many clue.
                      I am saying this because i found some more people like me.
                      Now question is what fraud here. So fraud is i was charged rs 50k cash as commission to get loan approved.

                      He is selling indiabulls customer to other company and making money.

I want to foreclose both accounts and when i am paying the entire amount then i am charged with foreclosure charges @2 % & 3% on o/s principal. I taken the loan in august 2015 and i am paying the installments properly on time. At the time of sanction of loan i was asked that no foreclosure charges will be charged. Now i want to pay the entire amount but u are charging me with the foreclosure amount which is very wrong. Please resolve otherwise i have to go to rbi and consumer court. My contact no.[protected]

                          I hold the home loan and this month i missed the emi for the first time - in 4 years but the torture i underwent from indiabulls cannot be put in words. I started getting calls from atleast 10 different agents every day asking me the same questions. I told them that i will make the payment on 25th but other people keep calling and despite my confirmation. My loan is with indiabulls, t nagar, chennai.

                          Once i stopped taking the call from mobile, they started calling from land lines from pune, bombay, delhi and chennai. Such is the behavior of the guy. It did not stop there. Today only, i got a call atleast 25 times for the same issue. Is this the way the followup is done??? There is no one to control collection people and their job is just to harrass people even if it is a meagre 25k. I told them finally that i will not make payment unless they stop calling or messaging me.

                          However, they don't do the same with change in interest rate. My loan was taken at a flexible interest rate. While they were swift in increasing the rate they did not do for reducing the same. I realised now that they keep charging me at 11.50 percent when the entire country is charging at around 8.50. They are just cheaters. Do not take loan from indiabulls. My first job is going to cancel the loan and move it to others.

                            As govt. Has reduced rate of interest on home loans i had requested the same to indiabulls team for which they had charged some amount and told me that they will reduce rate of interest or emi but reduced only 100 rs in my emi. After being played by indiabulls i suggested them to close my loan account as i am willing to pay full amount (Full and final settlement). Thereafter they requested me not to close my loan account and they will reduce rs 2000/ emi
                            After seeing their dishonesty i become determined to close my account. Now its been months that i am requesting them to provide monthwise details of emi with rate of interest paid by me. Firstly they had made me to each their office several times. Now they are delaying it intentionally. Now its been months since i am following up with them

                              I want to bring to your attention that from last 4 months i am trying to get the loan amount. I applied for the loan on 1 june 2017 and after lot of struggle, i got the sanction letter on 12th july 2017. It’s been 2 months and i still didn't got the loan amount disburse.in my recent conversation with mr. Praveen (Indiabulls rep), i got to know that my sanction got expired and they have reapplied for the same.
                              I have all the documents required and submitted everything on time (Multiple times) and the project is also approved by indiabulls and still i am struggling to get the amount disburse. I can only imagine the pain of a customer whose project is not approved or has some incomplete documents, he might have to wait for years to get the loan disburse from this esteemed organization.

                              Even after mailing them and registering a complaint no one contacted me or replied to my mail. Even after mailing them again that they are too shameless to reply or give me an explanation, no one contacted me from the team. This shows that they don't value their customers. I have faced a lot of harassment in the last 5 months due to indiabulls.

                                I have invested money in property through INDIABULLS in July-2014 in the country project in joka Kolkata but still work not yet started.two times Home loan applied from Indiabulls home loan but because of no demand from builder my home loan was cancelled.now when I'm asking to give my money with interest, Indiabulls cutting cancellation charges around 3.5 lakes.its not my mistake it's builder foult.
                                Kindly help me to get my money back with interest.

                                  I have my trading account in indiabulls since 2005 to till date and i always purchased shares of my own choice no rm didnt suggest anything and during this period a lot of rm's changed but the current rm naveel disturbed me via calling and forced to purchase bank nifty call put option, i told him that i have no knowledge about bank nifty even then he forced me to purchase bank nifty, i have recordings also. The result of bank nifty option purchasing by him that now i got 1 lac. Loss.
                                  I am writing this mail to warn other people's who faith upon such type of rm's.
                                  These type of rm's don't guide their only aim how to play with the hard earned money of people.

                                  i had the same experience with a woman called Joyeeta from kolkata office. she is a liar and she forced me to put money in bank nifty promising that she will look into it and put a stop loss. my full investment went for a loss and now she is refusing to take my call. my faith in this trading company is shattered and i want to close my account with them asap.

                                  I am also having same experience. IB agents forced me to buy nifty and i made 40K loss. This is happened twice with me. They look for brokerage only at any cost..
                                  Guys dont open any account in indiabulls and be careful for their fake nifty calls. If you buy nifty based on their call definitely u will end up making huge loss.. Be careful !!

                                    I have made several efforts to talk on phone, email & meeting personally regarding refund of the amount that was paid towards property i bought from indiabulls (Centrum park, gurgaon)
                                    They are supposed to refund the balance amount after deducting penalty.
                                    Somehow, i am not getting any substantial revert from indiabulls. Everytime, they push the dates further or ask me to coordinate with someone else.
                                    I have the entire email chain available with me too.
                                    Can somebody pls help urgently?

                                      Hi, i took a home loan from indiabulls 3.5 years back. My home loan account number is hhlgrg00180348. All my emis were getting deducted through my account through ecs regularly without fail. Last month i could not arrange for the emi due to some unavoidable personal problems. I did contact to rajiv and then met pankaj from collection department at indiabulls office as suggested by one of the bank's executive. Pankaj gave me the extension for one month and said that if my problem does not resolve he can extend it to one more month at max. Then after one week i got a call from customer care again for the payment and i told him that i have already talked to pankaj.in a day or so again a collection agent came to my home for the payment. I was talking to that agent for last few days and he is aware that i have talked to pankaj. Inspite of my regular request of not sending any agent to home they not even sent an agent but also threatend me of different consequences. And it is all just for one month payment. Rajiv threatened me that he will send lot of people to my home and said that do whatever you can do. Although i am going to make a police complaint but this is unexpectable. I am not a thief, i just requested for one month exemption.

                                        I am literally being harassed for the last 3 months for fractional units buyback.

                                        1. Misleading by saying that we are not responsible.
                                        2. After several mails and escalation, relationship manager collected my all documents for address change to send delivery instruction slip.
                                        3. After 20 days, receiving a mail stating that "address change" request rejected for the want of self attested photo identity proof which i submitted on august 1st to tushar saxena (Pune branch) - my relationship manager.
                                        4. The relationship manager now neither taking my call nor responding to my emails.
                                        5. I can submit end no of emails that i sent to the company but went unanswered.
                                        6. At the same time, i am inundated with reminders for dp charge payments.
