And in the content they saying the fee they took is for processing fee, but my question is that what kind of processing fees they are taking about, they didnt process the file properly and asking money for the same,
I replied to the email with the below content,
"
I agree you taking fees for processing but that process was not done properly by your staff and made a wrong cheque.
I would have not asked for refund if I myself asked you to cancel the loan without any reason, but I asked to cancel the loan because the cheque made was of lesser amount with that of which o have to pay to other bank, than why should I take cheque and end up paying more.?
I am still asking you to cut the concern person salary who made this mistake and return my money back.
Imagine Jason you not working properly and just chilling in office so would Indiabulls pay you salary for not doing your job properly?
Same way I paid indiabulls an amount to work for me as process of my documents and if that process was not properly executed than why should I pay, in fact I should get my money back.
"
I would recommend all people on the blog to not to work with Indiabulls as their staff even dont know how to fill cheque and sitting in finance company.
Please help me to get out of this and get my hard earned money back.

To which i replied,
"
why dont youll people understand that the person has not done his/her job properly by not printing the cheque amount properly.
The cheque amount was less as what i have to pay to DHFL for BT, than how come i can take the cheque?
And i didnt cancel the loan from my wish, its the amount showed me on sanction letter and the cheque disbursed was different so i asked to give me another cheque of the required amount.
But now they asking me to submit new application and pay the processing fee again.?
Not fair.
I would still want my money back. "
