We had applied for a personal loan 2 months ago. We were told the amount will be transferred in few days. Been 2 months and the same thing is being told to us. Reading all the reviews here and taking into consideration the number of people talking negative about the services, I really am not going to do business nor refer anyone... If the documents are collected on time and we take make time out of work to submit these, we expect the same...

I never agreed for any Pre EMI and even an agreement on Stamp Paper was executed with Indiabulls ensuring no deviation between the Sanction and DISBURSAL Amount.

Even no mandate form asking me to select option to charge interest on Disbursed Amount or Loan Sanctioned Amount is ever shared or permission sought.

Every month I receive a call for payment, but none of your customer care executive is bothered to even listen my query.
Till today my payment has be deducted on time, but I have few query which I would like to clarify them, but I dont know why your people will call me for a name sake of reminder call, they just call blabber something and disconnect the call.

Indiabulls processed my application on 25 June 2018 and gave me a deadline of 15 minutes for disbursement at 2:30 PM on the same day. Today after 2 days I have still not received anything.

Daily i called to their customer but there is no response and proper updatd from them. It is a total waste to wait. I planned to complaint. The above PL Number has been sanctioned a loan amount of Rs.200000/- but so far the amount has not been credited. i am calling daily since 40 days to your customer care.
