I have applied for loan amount of rs.50000 on[protected], and got the mail stated that amount will be reflected in 1 working day. But still no amount has been credited, also poor customer service, they have a template every time when i call they where (Apologize for inconvenience caused, some technical issues wait for 24hrs to 48hrs) they don't even know bother about this, i have talked to more than 10 associate but no one gave me a solution to this. Also when i asked them to talk to supervisor they asked me to call after none hour.

When i requested callback option from india bulls dhani app no one called me.

They have sent emi amount of rs 473 for this month,

My question is why am i supposed to pay if i didn't get the loan on mentioned time.

It's pathetic and one of the poor service i have ever faced.

      I have applied a personal loan of 2, 92, 000, a week back and still the loan hasn't been disbursed.
      I received a call that the loan would be disbursed in 3 seconds try us! I did downloaded the india bulls application, applied the loan, did it and shared my internet id and password for online process. All the things got completed the same day, 6 ticks done on app, then i didn't received any call, i then called at customer care (Monday - 16 july, 2018), they said we cant give you the number for the field agent, he will call you in a day or two for the process and document signing. Two days later (Thursday-19 july 2018) i submitted my document signed the various agreement deeds, gave a post dated check, got the aadhar card verification through finger print scanning, got the photograph clicked 19 july, 2018 at 10:00 am
      Technically my loan disbursement should have been done till 20 july, 2018. But i dint got the money, i called and i was told to wait 24 hours more that is 48 hours after document signing, i repeatedly called on saturday and i was told to wait till monday due to technical glitch, and saturday. Monday i am calling from morning and again i am getting the word to wait for 24 hours 48 hours.
      Give me the specific time today when i am getting the money

        Hi, India Bulls Dhani -phone se loan in 3mins is a waste app. I applied for loan and 2lacks was approved. All other processes completed same day (27-Jun-18) and the documents were collected on 2-Jul-18. Till today 'Loan Document Signing' is in 'In Progress' status. They don't have a toll free number and Re 1/min is charged for the call and at least Rs 10 to Rs 15 goes when you make a call to their customer care. And customer care people have standard set of questions and answers. They can't tell a date and tell because of technical problems they are unable to tell the date when loan amount will be disbursed. They are making money from the calls made to them. They are using the need of people and making money.

          We had applied for a personal loan 2 months ago. We were told the amount will be transferred in few days. Been 2 months and the same thing is being told to us. Reading all the reviews here and taking into consideration the number of people talking negative about the services, I really am not going to do business nor refer anyone... If the documents are collected on time and we take make time out of work to submit these, we expect the same behavior from the agents or whoever is taking care of the application. Every time we call it's the same excuse. No complaints against customer care, they are doing their job. The problem is even they are not sure what is going on. Please look into this.

              Hi Team,

              Myself Chathrapathi Kirla, loan account no. 950215 availed Home loan from IndiaBulls(KPHB Branch, Hyderabad) for the residential project (101 Mahadev Springs on Plot No. 2 & 3 located at Pragathi nagar).

              Before taking home loan when I requested to apply for ‘Pradhan mantri awas yojana scheme’ your executive said that after registration only it’s possible to apply for the scheme.

              After registration when I visited the KPHB branch and requested to apply for the scheme they said that I’m not eligible for the scheme since building constructed under Panchayat Layout.

              My Question why the executive didn’t informed me the same before taking the home loan? Didn’t he aware of this news? As per the below link (Uploaded in YouTube by IndiaBulls) it’s clearly mentioned(at 2.40 mins) that anyone can avail the scheme which buildings constructed in Urban area.

              Moreover one of my friend who has owner of the 203 Flat located in same building (Mahadev Springs on Plot No. 2 & 3 located at Pragathi nagar), he has taken home loan from Canfin and canfin team has processed his application for ‘Pradhan mantri awas yojana scheme’.

              Now my question is why IndiaBulls team saying that I’m not eligible for the scheme since both flats are in same building.

                I was submitted the documents in Indianbulls executive before 20 days. But amount not credit my account. I asked the
                Customer service. They says documents verified sir. Wait for 48 hours sir definitely amount credit in your sir. But still 20days sir amount not credit sir. Finally I speak to customer service sir. She says amount not provide sir. Because she says your pay slips not submitted sir so I can't provide loan for you. I was submitted the documents in before 20days.ispeak to lot of executives. No one says anything. Only
                My mistake sir. Definitely amount credit in your account sir. Today she says not provide loan sir.

                  I took a loan from Indiabulls with Loan Account No. HHLNDA00388679

                  I never agreed for any Pre EMI and even an agreement on Stamp Paper was executed with Indiabulls ensuring no deviation between the Sanction and DISBURSAL Amount.

                  Even no mandate form asking me to select option to charge interest on Disbursed Amount or Loan Sanctioned Amount is ever shared or permission sought.

                  The property is fully constructed and with Occupancy certificate and hence no part payment or additional payment will ever arise.

                  Still PEMI deducted from my account without applying it to Loan Tenure Interest and Principal amount for five months...

                  Note:
                  1. The Property is not Sled Constructed or Construction Linked.
                  2. I never been asked for my permission to charge EMI on Sanctioned or Disbursed Amount
                  3. Even a revision agreement to make Sanctioned Amount equal to Disbursed Amount executed before DISBURSAL itself.
                  4. The Indiabulls employee was told to correct the first month instalment itself thru Messages and Whatsapp and he confirmed that it will be done.

                  After two weeks of me taking up with all the levels at Indiabulls they shared a document asking my permission to start EMIs while no such permission was sought in my agreement.

                  Also the agreement schedule is having a total amount as EMI agreed between us on Sanctioned Amount. EVEN THAT AGREEMENT CLAUSE BEING IGNORED AND A LOWER EMI CALLING PRE EMI IS BEING CHARGED TO ME.

                            Then i called to customer care. With out my signature i am shocked how the loan got approved. That loan was applied by my husband. But he is not giving clarity regarding this. I dont know any thing about loan.                               Every month I receive a call for payment, but none of your customer care executive is bothered to even listen my query.
                              Till today my payment has be deducted on time, but I have few query which I would like to clarify them, but I dont know why your people will call me for a name sake of reminder call, they just call blabber something and disconnect the call.
                              I doubt your service. I need a clarity on few of my doubts if not I dont mind stopping my payments and goto next level.
                              This is not service one expects from a firm that to in financial industry when money invovles.
                              Hope you consider this on priority.

                                I applied via the app ( Application No. PL07961866 and mobile is [protected]), next day Indiabulls guy collected documents and told you will get disbursement either today evening or by tomorrow morning. But nothing, no call, no message and no update till late evening, I checked app it shows "in process". Till yet no solution was there. I even called customer care more than 10 times and tried to ask that where is the problem, why it is getting delayed, they repeat the same thing each and every time that your query will be solved within 24-48 hours..This is literally a mental harassment.

                                The worst part is There no clarity of what does "In Process" mean, what all I came to know is " your application is under verification", BUT big question is for what kind of verification, whether my process was stuck with some non-verification of my sign mismatch, some document was missing, CIBIL issue, or need some additional documents, or WHAT KIND OF VERIFICATION THEY NEVER DISCLOSE AND NO ONE KNOWS THIS THING INCLUDING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. THE CUSTOMER WHO IS IN VERY VERY URGENT TROUBLE BECAUSE HE NEEDS FUNDS IN HAND TO SETTLE HIS TROUBLE AND THIS COMPANY WHO TELLS CAN GIVE LOAN IN 3 MINS ACTUALLY NEVER COMES TRUE EVEN IN 3 DAYS, AND CUSTOMER KEEPS ON WAITING AND CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, CHECK THEIR APP STATUS WITH THE HOPE OF SOMETHING CAN HAPPEN ANY POINT OF TIME. AND HE DONT APPLIES ANYWHERE ELSE IN THIS TIME DURATION AND WASTES HIS TIME.

                                IF YOU CAN'T GIVE LOAN, WHY DON'T YOU TELL VERY CLEARLY LIKE OTHER COMPANIES AND BANK DO. SO THAT HE CAN FIND SOME OTHER OPTION TO ARRANGE FUNDS HE NEED URGENTLY.

                                THIS IS A MENTAL HARASSMENT AND UTTER WASTE OF TIME.

                                We have some urgency and to avoid this urgent situation we need urgent funds in hands, and when your tagline "Loans in 3 Mins" don't come into the picture even after 3-4 days this turns into the worst kind of pressure and nightmare, which is not more than a mental harassment.

                                "No one happy here to take the loan to buy a luxury and get the burden of regular instalment with interest rate of 28%. for next 3-4 years"

                                  My Indiabulls Personal Loan Application No. is PL07596183 and my name is Imran Khan.

                                  Indiabulls processed my application on 25 June 2018 and gave me a deadline of 15 minutes for disbursement at 2:30 PM on the same day. Today after 2 days I have still not received anything.

                                  After contacting them several times, they have still not done the disbursement. I have read reviews and complaints online about Indiabulls. It seems the company is Fraud and robbing people's money.

                                  I am giving you'll time until tomorrow. If this is not done by then I'll cancel your standing order at my Bank and take all the details and recorded conversations legally. I'll make sure Indiabulls pays back ten times the damage.

                                  This is not a threat, but if it's not done by tomorrow, I'll make sure it becomes a reality for Indiabulls. Law initiates investigation and the licence is cancelled for such Fraud company.

                                    Dear Sir, I have applied a Balance Transfer Home Loan from IndiaBulls Housing Finance Ltd. Loan Reference No. IH18687610_09_MAY_2018.

                                    One of the Executive Ms. Aarti (email id : aarti.[protected]@indiabulls.com) was following up for the documents. Since May 2018, I have provided the documents asked by Ms. Aarti.
                                    Entire May & June-18 month has passed, as most of the time Ms. Aarti did not reply my phone call nor replied my emails.
                                    After so many times of followup, she called me to sign the documents at INDIABULLS FINANCE CENTER AT LOWER Parel. All the way from Panvel I reached there, after I reach there she is saying me that she has not included co-applicant details in their software (Galaxy), she kept us waiting for 1 hour.
                                    Then again she was asking to provide documents of co-applicant.
                                    Last 2 months she was sleeping and didn't had the time to review pending list of documents.
                                    Loan is not processed.

                                    Totally unprofessional behavior. I will not suggest any one to go for INDIABULLS . Pathetic staff & pathetic behavior.

                                      Sarabjeet singh and vishal govil of india bulls noida although they have left the company are the most fraud, they take money in different ways for the loan to be disbursed, below is my whole story of mine.

                                      His is with reference to loan account number — hhenod00408563 by sarabjeet singh as a bt. (Bank transfer)

                                      Loan procedure started on month of may 2017, your associate sarabjeet singh having official email id s. [protected]@indiabulls.com, came to me by offer of india bull's bt which was free of cost. I discussed with him and asked him to give 90% of loan i. E more than 25 lakh (Appx - 30 lakh) and i clearly mentioned that i will not do registry, to which he asked to transfer 4000 inr to his account for valuation of property, i did the same, i handed over the asked paper except bba, he took more than 2 months but he made no contact, whenever i contact him he used to say that loan will be done, he started proceedings and asked for 1200 inr to transfer into his account when i asked that bt was free of cost he told me it would be refunded, than he asked for cheque of 1200 inr in the name of india bulls, when i told it was free, he again told it would be refunded once loan disbursement takes place, it took more than 4 to 5 months i used to called him, text him but he merely replied, he used to say due to bba copy is not available that is why it is taking so much time.

                                      When i asked for 1200 inr which i transferred to his account, he said that it was included in cost of legal docs.

                                      When i finally called builder he provided bba but after receiving same he took approx more than 2 months for loan disbursement again he asked for cheque of inr 8000 in the name of india bulls then i said to him i will remain with hdfc bank as it is too costly to which he told that money will be refunded to me, but after disbursement also no money has been refunded.

                                      He has also not done anything to provide 90%of loan for which he had taken 4000 inr.

                                      It is frustrating me a lot and it is a mental harassment as i had already paid pre - installment to hdfc about 230000 only due to late disbursement of loan.

                                      India bulls is highly prestigious organisation but your employees like sarabjeet singh is destroying image of your company, because of incident which has happened to me i have told to many of my friends not to take loan through india bulls as it consisting of fraud employees like sarabjeet singh which used india bulls name to cheat needy people.

                                      If this kind of activities is known to india bulls that peoples are cheated in name of free bank transfer, than it is really very shameful.

                                        I have taken a home loan in 2016 hhlnda00299472 and since then trapped in unethical practices followed by indiabulls. I have taken a flat through subvention plan and your representative said that the emi would start only after possession and later changed the emi start date to 10th june'18, the indiabulls team never provided me any paper related to the emi start date.
                                        In april 2018 i get an email from indiabulls stating that the emi would be deducted and keep the funds ready, when contacted the customer care i was shocked to see that there is letter stating the emi start date which i was never aware of.
                                        You collection team people called up and started shouting on me and used abusive language, tired of the harassment i decided to pay the emi, then i get to know that it is a preemi that will be deducted and it will not where be adjusted in the principal or the interest amount. After enough hassle you send me the schedule so that i can start paying the emi instead of preemi, there is a calculation mistake, instead of 240 months you calculated it for 258 months, when questioned the executive you try to fool us saying that the rate of interest has increased (0.10%) which resulted in increase of loan tenure, when cross questioned you admit that it's a calculation error and the branch head assures me that he will get it revised and send it to my registered email address but after 2 days also i did not receive any letter from him. Still things does stop here, they also deducted rs.6769 from my bank account with informing me, when i called your so called branch manager who is responsible for the operations is not aware of the reason behind the deduction.

                                        Will you stop following unethical practices and fooling the people, the entire group of people working in indiabulls are fraudsters.

                                        Is there anyone in indiabulls who is genuine and work ethically

                                        Inorder to understand the entire web made by indiabulls and i getting trapped in it, call me on the registered phone number
