We have a loan against property under number hlapjal00128650. Your company has been charging us an undue rate of interest of 14.75% for at least an year now resulting in a loss of rs. 4.5 lacs to us. We need the roi to be brought down in line with the prevalent rates in the market immediately or else we will be forced to take up the matter with regulatory authorities.

    I have been downloading my cibil report with a regular interval.

    I have noticed that at the end of every quarter. Indiabulls report a settlement of loan & my cibil score goes down.

      Dear sir,
      I have home loan account with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, with loan account number HHLMAL00088560. I would like to increase the monthly EMI of Rs. 27850 to Rs. 32000. I requested Indiabulls to increase the EMI from Rs. 27850 to Rs. 32000/ month. I have availed the home loan as a joint account in name of my wife (Shilpa L) and myself and EMI is being deducted in my wife's account. So I request to consider the eligibility for both o[censored]s to increase the EMI. I have already submitted requisite documents like 6 month's bank statement and 3 months pay details of both o[censored]s to Local branch in Malleswaram on 16.01.2017, to check the eligibility. But so far I have not received any reply even I called many times to check the status. Always I will be told to visit in 15 days. It is being postponed like this since February. This is the worst finance company or bank and does not follow RBI rules and doesn't come under RBI Ombudsman to raise complaint. I request somebody help me to teach a lesson to them and get rid of this problem.

        I am take home loan last year loan no is HHLRHN00225730. I take floater home interest but now they don't decrease automatically recent interest rate 8.70℅. I am visiting branch then they told me for processing fee 5000 INR with service tax.
        If I take floater loan then why they take processing fee for reduce interest.

          Dear sir,
          I have home loan account with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, with loan account number HHLMAL00088560. I would like to increase the monthly EMI of Rs. 27850 to Rs. 32000. I was surprised to hear that while sanctioning loan, eligibility of both was considered. The loan is in the name of both. Why they are not considering my wife's payment for eligibility to increase the in EMI. This bank is playing a drama so that if I increase EMI, my tenure will be reduced and they can't mint money

            I have booked a flat in Indiabulls Green, Panvel in Jan 2011, there is absolutely no updates on when the possesion will happen, even after 6 years. They have simply even taken off the customer care numbers from their website and block all attempts to provide information. In the 6 years, I have not been update even once with the progress or a commitment to possession.

              at the time opening the account, representative of Indiabulls has informed that the Demate account would be life time free. once account opened they stared debiting my account even though total holding is below Rs. 25000/-

              on getting regular message from indiabulls about yearly charges i decided to sell my holding of equity of Rs. 4000/- to adjust the raised charges of Rs. 1750/- approx. here again when i sold my equity they deducted Rs. 3100/- approx. from my account, for which their reply is simply that the due amount has been debited. when i asked about details of raised charges they simply providng debit details, which are 419/- & 2650/-i am unable to understand the basis of accumulated charges which are adjusted with out takin my consent from the proceeds of my share sells.

              i find these type of conduct unethical and complained in grievances cell of Indiabulls venture ltd. but hight of the irresponsibility is that they are asking me to provide account statement through email.

              therefore request you to take up the matter with suitable person and reverse the excess/undue debited amount to me.

                My name is Vishal More, I have booked flat in Mahavir Patwa project (KHARBAO) a year back in the name of my father Shri. Khaserao More, Flat details are as follows Flat # K-16-208 (ID -CM12277), Your RM Mr. Prabhakar Sinha had shown the site, convinced me and my friend to book flat in the project assuring that construction will be completed by 2018, When I along with my friend visited site found that construction of said plot is yet not stated and demographic of the site is as same as it was at the time of booking, when we inquired at the site and found that there is some issue with the builder and landowner hence we were told that construction will extend till 2020-21.

                We feel cheated now, we had invested in the project basis “India Bulls” name as marketer in the project, Please look in to this and assist us Cancelling flat with Cancellation charges weaver
                Please refund amount at earliest.

                  I have taken HDFC Life Policy from Indiabulls, they committed me for providing loan against policy, but as off now they not given me any type of loan or assistance since 2 years. Now the policy premium i cant pay because amount of premium is tooo high. The status of policy is now laps. Kindly pleas help me.

                      I have applied a lap with application no. 649964 hrough your agent sunil tiwari who was always saying that please give this document and i am sending you the copy of sanction letter within half an hour. And likewise he continued for every documents for two months. Finally he started ignoring my phone calls, sometime says boss is sick sometimes says he himself was sick. This caused loss of my rs. 30000.00 and processing fee of rs. 2800.00. Ultimately he said i tried hard but it could not get sanctioned. What kind of business you are running with such employees making people fool to earn money.

                        We had written email to them. The email content sent to M/S Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited officials is pasted below for your kind reference:

                        Dear Ankit,

                        As per telephonic talk today, please find link of the RBI notification on linking loan rate interest to MCLR - https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=10179&Mode=0

                        The objective of the RBI is to pass on the benefit of interest rate to the customer. Earlier, too I had to pay transfer fee for adjusting the home loan interest rate to the existing rate at that time and was informed this would be one time. Again now, the interest rate applicable to me is 9.60% which is much above the Home Loan rate provided to new customers. I hardly see the benefit to old customer and I am not happy with it.

                        I therefore request my home loan rate to be linked to the MCLR rate so that any lower of interest rate to new customer is applicable to me as well.

                          I got loan sanction of amount 18, 77, 000 on 30 Apr 2016. After that my builder got his 11, 90, 000 cheque. After 8 month it is time to do Dastavej and for that my builder wants xerox copy of other cheques. For that I went to Indiabulls branch and demanded for the xerox but when I listen the answer from the employee was looked like drama. He told me that they have done part payment of Rs 5, 11, 907 in my loan account without informing me. I asked them that how did you do that without my authority then they replied that you did not came to collect for the cheque that is why they have done part payment. Actually my Dastavej process is depend on builder and when he will provide me then and then I will submit it in bank. Then why they did not informed before doing this silly mistake.

                          I got angry and told them that I want my money and they suggested me another way because they were in fault. The another way was that I had to apply for another loan application. I told him that would it be approved from your end because my CIBIL score was poor when I got the loan sanction. He replied me that obviously you will get the approval. After 15 days he told me that you are not eligible for that amount because your CIBIL score is down. If my CIBIL score is down then how could I able to got loan sanction at first time. I want money from the amount that I have alreday got sanctioned not from other source.

                          I do not know why they are harassing me. I am very angry and I want to go in police to complain against Indiabulls harrasement.

                            The project demanded 5% instalment in may 2016 due on finishing of plumbing, flooring work. However, when i visited the project i saw that the work was not completed. I informed the customer care about my concerns and hence my unwillingness to pay immediately. The cusotmer care was not even able to provide me the architect's certificate for completion of such work. They kept the pending and did not come back to me. Now in december they have sent me a fresh letter demanding the instalment with an interest anmount which is very high. When the project is no where near completion and despite the plumbing work not being completed how can they demand the instalment and then charge interest for late payment.

                              This is once again a complaint against one officer of india bulls, at chennai,
                              Mr. Arul anand, (Office is located at pondy bazaar, chennai), in fact based on an enquiry we made with property tiger, for residential property, the representative of india bulls visited us and we also in right earnest agreed to take loan. Accordingly all the necessary formalities were completed and as per india bulls request we (Myself sundara raghavan, a senior citizen, my wife, and our son) visited their office at pondy bazaar, chennai, on 3rd december, 2016, so as to register our purchase of a 2 bhk apartment in godrej properties, (Palm grove), at chembarampakkam, chennai. When the attending officials in india bulls were not able to clarify certain points, mr. Arul anand, came to us and stated that it is as per their policy to obtain electronic clearance for 1, 2 times of the emi, when we wanted to know where has this point has been mentioned in your terms and condition, upon which, he threw the book at me, who is a senior citizen, and when i politely insisted for showing me the particular section,. Mr. Arul anand behaved in such a rude manner which in normal terms can only be termed as indecent, inappropriate behaviour.in fact, his behaviour was so provocative, that we had to refuse loan from your organisation. This is a serious issue, as a senior citizen, i gave been insulted by your employee, and my request is that action may be taken against him. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint.

                                I never expected such kind of rotten professional ethics from reputed brand like India-bulls. I trusted this brand but deeply hurt to see my trust shattered.

                                Kindly request you to to address the issue ASAP so that no other customers should face such betrayal.

                                  Amit with nobile no [protected] and Pankhaj with mobile no [protected] from Noida 62 Branch came to me fro the loan for my property Supertech Romano and in mean while Amit committed me for loan fees of INR 2500+ taxes but he took INR 11000 approx and said he will give me back my amount through cheque but now both are not responding to my calls. Sometimes they say that they have left the organisation and some time they say they will give me my money back but now they are not even picking up my calls. No one is ready to help for this case. To make the deal mature they commit fake no. and commitments but at time of delivering the services they back off

                                    Hi, I had applied for a loan from Indiabulls.
                                    The loan amount needed was Rs. 13.5 Lakhs. Indiabulls approved a loan for Rs 20 Lakhs with a 20 year repayment tenure. When I told them I just need a loan of Rs 13.5 lakhs and the shortest tenure of 5 years. They reduced the loan to Rs 13.5 Lakhs and the tenure of the loan to 12 years.
                                    When I told them I will cancel the loan unless the loan tenure is reduced to 5 years, they said they will do it after the first disbursement.

                                    Also they have taken an insurance on my behalf, for which they are disbursing Rs Rs 41, 403.00 to HDFC Life Insurance.
                                    I asked them who authorized them to take the HDFC Life Insurance, they tell me, we can discuss it.

                                    Seeing their unethical behaviour I have told them to cancel the loan and return all my documents submitted to them.

                                    How do I ensure they return all my documents and not trouble me.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My wife has availed housing loan from india bulls and i am co applicant during 2013 july and the account no is housing loan account no hhlann00164531. We have purchased an apartment from vgn in avadi and they are suppose to hand over the apartment in april 2015 but till now there no sign of hand over. We have been paying only interest for last 3 years.

                                      Due to some medical emergency i couldnt pay for last 2 to 3 months regularly. I intimated this to one mr. Bala who is the collection manager of india bulls and to their branch manager and told them that i am expecting some money before october 15th 2016 and will clearing the entire emi up to date. As per the statement i have cleared all the dues up to date. But he started calling my father (Who is a irrelevant person) and started troubling him i did his by pass surgery 5 years before. Mr. Bala gave his personal account also told him to transfer money to his personal account. He kept on calling my father and gave him unnecessary tension. Then he called my wife and keep on calling calling and told her that we will take legal action against her. Then he started calling me and told me that i a cheater and i have intention to cheat their company. I fail to understand that i have been repaying this loan for last 3 years and why would i have intention to cheat. More over he started sending person directly and he barged inside our house with out even getting permission when my wife and parents were at home and came directly inside and was sitting at sofa. Why so much of pressure for this when i told them clearly that i would make payment. Bala called me and connected to some retired dsp mr. Jayakrishnan. And they were forcing me to come to their santhom branch to meet some body there. Too much of tension and entire family affected because of this. I would require your support on why this being happened and this should not continue happening for other customers my sincere request. Kindly advise me on course of action
