मैंने फेसबुक पर एक विज्ञापन देखा और गारी खरीदने के बारे में सोचा। एक व्यक्ति जिसने अपना नाम vikas patel (फोन - [संरक्षित]) के रूप में बताया, ने उसे एक सेना अधिकारी के रूप में बताया और मुझे पेटीएम के माध्यम से नंबर [संरक्षित] पर भुगतान करने के लिए कहा ताकि वह गारी को कार्यालय से जारी कर सके। अपनी पहचान साबित करने के लिए - उन्होंने मुझे अपना सीएसडी कैंटीन पहचान पत्र, और अपने अन्य पिक्स (संलग्न) भेजा। प्रामाणिकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए, मैंने उसे paytm के माध्यम से प्रारंभिक 5150 / - हस्तांतरित किया। इसे पोस्ट करें - उसने मुझे शेष 13000 / - ट्रांसफर करने के लिए कहा ताकि वह गारी और कागजात जारी कर सके। दुर्भाग्य से - मैंने उसे शेष राशि हस्तांतरित कर दी। गारी के बारे में सवाल करने पर - उन्होंने मुझसे 30000 / - और ट्रांसफर करने के लिए कहा ताकि वह मुझे गारी हाथ में दे सकें। इस समय तक, मुझे एहसास हुआ कि मुझे इस आदमी द्वारा बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है और मैंने उससे कहा कि मैं उसके खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करने जा रहा हूं।

मैं आप लोगों से अनुरोध करूंगा कि जब तक आप उत्पाद को न देखें पैसा ट्रांसफर न करें, भले ही दूसरे पक्ष पर भरोसा न किया जाए। बस अपनी दुर्दशा को साझा करने से दूसरों को नुकसान नहीं होता है: (

मैं इस मामले का तत्काल निवेदन करूंगा क्योंकि मैं भारतीय सेना के नाम पर की गई धोखाधड़ी की कई शिकायतें देख रहा हूं और यह आदमी लोगों को बेवकूफ बना रहा है।

I am dealing for honda activa schooter on olx. they said me that send me the money for parcel. I was send 3150 to them for parcel. then after 5 hour they say pay the half amount of scooter price. but i didn't send them. then they presurise me about file the FIR. so i have request to solve my problem. i post the all photos they send me below. help me with it.

My Name is Mahipal Singh Rawat, i'm Ex Army person (GARH RIF), i have a PLI policy (Policy No - APS-261985-L), I am retired from army w.e.f. 31st Aug 2015, after that i have transfer my PLI policy in Delhi (500 APO), every years i have deposit advance premium of my policy, Spite of that my last three years premium amount has not add in my PLI policy due to negligence of 500 APO staff, my policy maturity date was 05th Mar 2019.

However when after policy maturity on 13th Apr 19 i reached on 500 APO regarding claim formalities of my policy, first of all there staff are very helpless, they not gave any satisfied answer, & told to go for PLI Office (Central Base post office, shankar vihar new delhi ), therefore i gone to PLI office, after quire in PLI office i came to know that my last 03 years premium has not add in my policy, as well as i will have to go to civil post office for claim of my PLI, there staff gave me assurance that next 03 days your 03 yrs policy premium will be add in you policy.

After 05 days when i reached on my nearest post office but they said i have to go to Narayana ( New Delhi) PLI office, so that i reached narayana PLI office & shown to my policy bond peper to PLI clerk after check we came to know yet also premium has not add in my policy. therefore i again gone to PLI office shankar vihar & told to abut that, according to them now PLI server not working so you wait next 2-3 days, but after 22 days still premium not add my policy, ever since then i have been 4 time visit to PLI office, & every time i getting same answer, now i'm working in private sector, you can understand that i can not get so much leave for same work, really very disappointment situation & negligence of work by 500 APO staff.

However my humble request to kindly look the mettar & resolve ASAP. all supporting document find attach this mail for you reference.

I have seen a advertisement of splandar, he told me his name is pravin and he is in army and want to sell his bike due to sudden transfer to jharkhand, so the deal was fixed at 28, 000. He told me to deposit 3100 in his accont which i paid through google pay (Qr code is provided in photos atteched) so that he can send it to the indian army transport parcel department (Slip is attached in pics) diver contact number ([protected]), he send me all his army id card, aadhar card, parcel slip in the name pravin, the parcel arriving date was 03/09/2019. On 03/09/2019 he again called me saying that the parcel reached bamrauli airport allahabad and you have to pay remaining amount of 10000 which i paid (10000 through google pay to pravin account no.[protected] ifsc code "pytm0123456" account name "amarchand meena) mai bamrauli airport pahuch to mujhe splandar bike recieve nhi hui big scammer sir plz track account no. N mobile no. +[protected] second no.+[protected] and 3rd no. +[protected] plz check the no. Sir original army man ya fraud no. Plz check sir mujhe mere paise mile chae mat mile mujhe fark nhi padta par ye hamare indian force ka name kharab kar rahe hain sir to plz ap in scammers ko pakadiye thanx

I have want to inform that some fraud doing with me from using army name or army person's id.
Yesterday, i saw the old honda activa in olx on 01.05.2019 for purchasing and contact the person he sent the mobile no.[protected] and told me he is vikash patel working in army regiment indore and said he dispatch the vehicle from army transport and he also said to deposit amount rs. 2150 for transport and i paid the amount through paytm and the screen short of paytm he sent the receipt of transport slip (Atteched), some photo of officers do the process. For seen the photo i have insure the scooter have received.
2nd day he call to pay the full amount the scooter because of some problem of delivery i paid full amount of scooter rs. 34500 and security deposite amount of rs. 11500 but now he want some more money.

This is a complaint about an army officer taking all our money (Which is around 20k) we saw the bike in olx and qukier. Both were posted by the same guy. He put up a price of 45, 000 which was the cheapest in duke category. Then he send his pics in uniform saying believe me. He said he was in hyderabad and he was transferred to nagpur. The ad said urgent sale. Deal was finalized at 45k. He asked us to send money so that he can send the bike. It cost us around 9.6k then the day of delivery came we get a call saying you did delay of 1 hour in taking the bike, youll have to pay extra now. Then i researched and saw that the parcel can't be touched for 3 days if delayed too! Then he said it was a speed post so it costs.. Thats final send money or i'll go he said we sent him money. Then he said he got a urgent delivery to make in bangalore (Which he should go via hyderabad) he said the bike is gonna take 3 days to be delivered. 3 days later i get a call saying you have delayed in taking it now pay 6.1k and i'll give you bike. Now the delivery guy isn't lifting call neither is the army man. Pls help us get our money back. We had a lose of 20k. They didn't even say the company name. Delivery guy said it is indian army service. I still don't get it.. An army man should pay for shipping stuff.

I meet hav manjeet on olx (Olx pic mentioned below) for purchasing maruti alto lx all documents also attached below he said transfer 5000 thousand money for for transfer the vehicle in ur city and then his partner called me sir i am from army supply services and sir first u clear the all payments then only army leav ur paracels then i transferred money 630000 thousand becoz of trust of our indian army but they fraud me they thug me pleas return my money my mob number [protected]

Hav manjeet from indian army he is telling he is posted in agra army cant first he ask me for 10 percent money means 5000 and then he said your vehicle reached tomorrow he fraud me 68 thousand about telling sir please complete the payment of your car then ur paracel which reach you and out of dilvery from our raebarely army headquarter now he switched off the phone

Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 3000/- via account nunber. Then he said bike will be delivered to home within 24 hours, i realized that i am being fooled by this guy and i told him that please refund my moneys but he denied.
I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is.

I would request this matter to be urgently looked as i am seeing multiple complaints for fraud done under the name of indian army and this guy is fooling people.

I saw an advertisement on olx and thought of buying a royal enfield bike. A person who told his name as sahil kumar his mob - ([protected]). Told him as an indian army officer and asked me to pay the money via paytm to number so that he can get the bike released from office. To prove his identity - he sent me his aadhar card, csd canteen identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 19097/- via paytm. Then he said bike will be delivered to home within 24 hours, then the next day the delivery person named as ahil kumar (Phone - [protected]) called me and he said to deposit money (3500) then again after one hour he call me n asking money (2000) after one hour again calling sir you have to pay (5400) then you will get the vehicle even i payed again asking me money 9128 that also i payed i than again asking me money this time i get angry why you asking me money always now this time i said without seeing the bike i wont pay the money, then they talked so rashly and forced me to pay the money. By this time, i realized that i am being fooled by this guy and i told him that i am going to file a complaint against him.
I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is.

Sir i purchased in facebook in army person sahil kumar bike sir to deal off amount can we pay bike delivery done sir. He told me and i have hope to indian army not fraud work going i paid 26, 000 and in installment 7/4/19 to now 1/5/19 i didn't get bullet bike parcel that vehicle number was (Ka05of1146) and his phone number was ([protected]) i have his photo but his switch off his phone and not replying any other number also please give justice to me jam poor person my one year money i gave to him but he did like this sir

My sister is admitted on friday for pregnancy. They give her 8 pain injections from saturday to sunday and even didnot offered her food. Due to there immature behaviour and enjoyment of sunday they were not willing to do operation on sunday. When on sunday evening sitution became out of control they operated her and then they get to know that child was stuck and was fainted inside and if they would have done 2 3 hours delay we would have loose our child. Now as we complained them further they are now showing very # behaviour and are not allowing any one to stay with her at night and saying there is no provision for this. Now she is not unable to stand up and is handling her child at night and no body is saying some thing. Is this the way of service mh hospital provide.# to this hospital. Why do there officers think themself as god or ruler. Who are they our brothers are also serving the country and cannot say anything in fear that the officers will give punishment.

I was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Sahil kumar & mr. Ajay yadav) for rs.12000, he not only cheated me but he also cheated many people which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

The phone numbers they are using to cheat are as follows ([protected] & [protected]).

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and take advantage of civilians for indian army, also stop them in cheating others.

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his sofa set for rs.7000, from there i contacted him and he asked me to first transfer rs.3000 (And rest after delivering the product) to his google pay account ([protected] - [protected]@oksbi), then i got a call from delivery boy that your parcel has been stopped at the premise gate for gull payment and i have to pay rest rs 3000 (As deal was done in rs.6000), than again he called that you need to show one full transactionas they are not allowing split transaction. Since my rs.6000 are at stake so i had to pay another rs 6000 to them but now the delivery boy told me that since i got delayed in transaction i need to bear a fine of rs 3120. I denied on that because i had already paid them rs.12000 for a product of rs.6000.

I told them to return my money back but now they are telling me to share the paytm username and password so that they can give my money. I am still in conversation with them. Please help me to arrest those people.

I didn’t receive i searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly.

Also to build faith he has shared his army id, pan card id, aadhar id, photographs in army uniform of himself and by seeing this one cannot disbelief.

I have seen an advertisement of royal enfield classic bike, he told me his name is vikas patel and he want to sell his bike for sudden reasons. He told me to put some advance about 1150. I send him money through google pay. After that he is requested me to put some more money (8500) as an transportation insurance policy. He sent a slip by what's app, showing that it is from the military. Then he told that we are near to you and you have to pay the full amount. I payed the full payment (50000). Then the military man's phone is switched off. Another guys phone is not picking. Please help me to get my money back and made him arrested who try to humiliate the indian army. The activa deal in 18000 he required me 3000 advance i have paid through online i have accoune number, he issued to me a indian army transport delivey challan, today is delivery date but he couldnot deliver my bike and he replied saale jo karna hi karle.

He said that he is from army and he sent his adhar card, pan card and driving licence. He is transferred to jammu so he wanna sell his bike for 32000 and we saw in fb. So we deposited 5000 in his google pay account so that he start the delivery process and he said that it will reach you by one day and and the following next day he called me and said it was near to your place due to some problem you need to pay the remaining amount he said.

I have spent 111200 rupees advance for this car he was not attend the call [protected] & [protected] please check it pahale sir 10000 diya badame 1200 badame 55000 aur badame 45000 rupees diya total 111200 diya gadi nahi mili please sir me usaka photo hai adhar id hai

A person JAI KISAN called me after seeing my ad on OLX and deceived me into this fraud and took my 10, 000 rupees from phone pe account by constantly sending me pay links. He told me he has been transferred to delhi from orissa and wants to buy this sofa set. He would transfer 10k as a token money. He made me speak to some karnal saheb. he also sent me pics of his adhar pan and ration card.

I would urge indian consumer forum to identify this person and arrest him. Whenever we make accounts on phone pe they ask for bank details, phone number and name email id. So all this information can be easily collected.

I saw an ad on olx regarding ktm 390. I contacted the person gaurav on which he said he is an army and wants to sell his bike as he had purchased a new car. He asked to send 5k advance and rest of the money after receiving the bike. I asked for an id fo him. He sent me his canteen card. I asked for the rc of bike which also he gave it without second thought. He gave me another number to do the payment. After receiving the advance he sent a receipt of indian army transport postal office.in evening i got a call from a person stating that he is from indian army post office and to get my bike i need to pay the remaining amount. After which he asked me to pay the security which will be refunded. Please help me to get my money back. Someone please help.
