An army officer named vikas patil has done a fraud of 61000 rs for selling a white swift dezire car no. Ap31cp1145 throuh olx. We had a deal for car sale of total rs 171000, initially he said to pay 17, 000 as a security deposit and later on he sent me image of car parcel recept through indian army transport.. I got a call from military transport post vskp any delivery and asked me to pay 21300 as security policy which is refundable at time of delivery.. Now the hell they are asking me to pay 40% of total deal before delivery.. Where i got doubt and said first deliver the car and will pay the amount..

He adds his bullet 350cc on olx.in for sale @63000 i contacted him he send me his all information such as adhar card pan card indian army card
As he was stranger for me I searched him on google and I’m save from a fraud he was wanted to cheat me
So please stay away and make a FIR against him. He is a bloody fraud and a black spot on indian army

The person sahil kumar who himself posted advertisement on facebook & olx of second hand motor vehicle having registered no. Mh 12 pl 6706. This person contact through whats app no.[protected] & another no.[protected]
Registered as indian army fake id.
Payment fraud of rs. 35, 000/- through paytm on this no. [protected]. He is using the name of indian army for this fraud.

I saw a recent ad on OLX of vivo15 pro and thought of buying a phone. A person who told his name as Vikas Patel (Phone - [protected]) as an army officer in Pune region and asked me to pay the money via paytm to number [[protected]] which he claimed to be Indian Army Regiment office so that he can get the phone released from office. To prove his identity - he sent me his CSD canteen identity card, and his other pics related to the bill receipt(Attached below). Considering the authenticity, he asked me to transfer him initial 1500/- via paytm that to an urgent basis. Post this - he asked me to transfer another remaining 12000/- so that he can get the phone and papers released. By this time, I realized that I am being fooled by this guy and searched on the internet related to any fraud case register against Vikash Patel where I came to know this person is making a fraud deal to every customer with new gadgets being sold at a cheap rate. Though I didn't make any payment yet, that guy keeps on calling me continuously regarding the initial payment. I told him that I am going to file a complaint against him. Instead of switching off his phone, he said to me that you dont know the power of the army and I (Vikas) will file a case on me for fraud, he started threatening me and started talking in a rash way.

I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is. Just sharing my plight so others don't suffer.

I would request this matter to be urgently looked as I am seeing multiple complaints about fraud has done under the name of the indian army and this guy is fooling people.

I recently saw an ad on bikewale website. A person who told his name was vikas patel and he was from indian army currently stationed at mumbai. He was selling his bike royal enfield classic 350 (Ka51hd1112) registered in the name of shivakumar due to personal reasons. He wanted to sell his bike for rs 70000 and finally he agreed for rs 65000. He told the vehicle is in mumbai and he will send it in army cargo to bangalore for me to see the bike. He initially told not to pay for the transportation as it was army transportation. He told me to inspect the vehicle and later on if everything was fine then to release the payment. He sent me the rc card and insurance to see once. After looking at the documents, i agreed. Later on, he called to ask for id proof and address so he can fill and send form 29 with bike. I sent him my dl. He later called to ask for advance so he can remove the bike from ad websites and that i would be paying for army transportation. I was reluctant at first but later on i paid rs 2000 through google pay to a number ([protected]) which says army transportation. He sent me the army cargo slip and said the vehicle will reach tomorrow. The next day morning, he called and told me the vehicle has reached army depot. He told the vehicle will reach your location within 2 hours. He later called saying the army people are not allowing the cargo unless i clear the courier charges of rs 7200. I told him i wont pay till the vehicle comes near my place. He requested me to pay or else it would return back to mumbai and he badly needed the money saying he was in emergency. He again told to transfer to army transportation ([protected]). I transferred the amount of rs 7200 through google pay. After 1 hour the delivery guy called saying i need to make half the payment of the bike and it is army rules or else he wont deliver and the amount would be refunded. I found it fishy and asked him first to deliver the vehicle. Later i called vikas and asked him to first deliver the vehicle. He told that it is army rules and the amount would be refunded if you cancel the delivery. I told him to deliver the vehicle first and later collect the amount. He said its not possible so i told him to refund rs 9200 which i paid him. He told the refund will be done by tomorrow. Its been 4 days and now the number is not reachable.
Guys these people first claim to be from indian army and make you trust them. Please do not fall for that.
I just came across a lot of threads where the person by name vikas patel claiming to be from indian army has defrauded so many people.
I'm attaching the documents of the bike and his photo in army dress.
I kindly request the authorities to take strict action against him so that this doesn't happen to others and request you to refund the amount. He is spoiling the good name of the indian army.

I have been fooled by a fake indian army officer who said he is from the indian army. We made a deal of 23000 for one plus 6t. He asked me to pay half of the money in advance so that he can send the courier so i sent him the money but now i realize i have been fooled by this person. One more thing to note he is not alone making fool he has a complete team. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

He cheated me 35000 now what i can do plz contact me on [protected]then i contacted him then he told me he is in indian army so he is not allowed to meet the localsso he told that if you pay 3100 the courier boy of indian army will bring the productthen he will deal with you so when i reached the location then the courier boy told that i have to pay the half amt11000 then after he will meet me then i told i don't need the product cancel it
Then the courier boy told you can't cancel it it's not your normal service if you cancel it i will file a army complaint then you bear it then i got scared and did the half payment
After sometime he told you have to pay the full amt11000 i did
Now he is asking for more money so what i have to do

Respect to indian army,

Today i saw an advertisement in facebook, bullet classic 350 bile selling. I responded the message he sent his mobile number, i had call with him about and discussed about the bike, the victim told me that he is an army employee working at vijayawad airport and he wants to sell his bike on urgent need due to his family problems. He asked me to send 2100 to do the bike courier, he will send the bike to my home after receiving the bike i can make the remaining amount. He has give has given his army cantin card and aadhar card, i asked his army id card, but he has given his aadhar card, i thought that due to security issues may he is not giving his id, bcz i am also into indian army family. So i believed him, after that i got another phone call from indian army courier boy and he told me that he is from army parcel services, and he asked me to make conference to the sender, after that he told me that he is near to my house and asked me to make half amount i told him no, once the product reach to my house i will make the amount but the person not accepted the call was disconnected. After some time again the courier boy called me and he told me that if i am not making half amount he will go back with the courier.

My sciencer request to indian army please take care of this kind of fake details. I am also belongs to army family, my brother retired from army in 2003 and my brother wife still continuing as leftern connel in amc.

Sir, i would like to file a complaint that maybe i have been cheated for an amount of rs 40, 000 he tells me he's indian army posting in tura, meghalaya, india and wants to sell his scooty urgent. So he provided me his service id and i believe him. Now i'm scared that it won't be reaching here in shillong. Wat should i do sir?? As i'm only a student and we are a middle class family. My mother is worrying alot so am i.. He says the army van courier service is still in nongpoh meghalaya because the gst officer is examining the vehicles and all

This guy named vikas patel was selling redmi note 7pro.. As the mobile is not available easily in the market i was very enthusiastic and as i was told that he was from the army i sent him 2k for the army office courier as he asked.in the name of indian army this guy cheating everyone. He then demanded the whole amount before the product delivery which i was not ready to give before getting the product and he literally started abusing and warning that he will file a complaint against me. Then i got suspicious and didn't pay him. Such people should be punished for using the name of army to cheat people.

I was looking to buy a bike and found one ad. The price was too low and a doubt came in my mind. So i thought lets just proceed. Then after talking to him for some time i decided to purchase it. I bargained him for price and he easily reduced the price by 25%. By this time i was sure that this is some fraud. He initially said that bike will come to my home and then only i need to pay the amount but now he is saying that i had to pay some security amount. He also try to get my trust by showing id of army and aadhar card etc.

By looking at other complaints, i just got saved from a fraud. Please take some action for these kind of frauds.

One man said he is from bihar. I saw his add on olx about jcb he told that he would sell this at 9.0 lacks i told at 5.0 lacks which he readily agreed. Then he told he would the send the consignee in transport, then he told advance aap de doh... Transport ka baki aap udhar gari milne ke badh de dena... He said he is from indian army, crpf his name is naveen singh tomar, then i told to send your id after seeing his id i just googled his name all his fraud cases came to known to me. For gods sake. Pls stop this he is misusing indian army and crpf id

हमने olx पे activa की advertisement देखी जो 25000 की थी. तो मैने उसे msg किया. उसने मुझे उसका नम्बर दिया और बौला की call करे. मैने उसे call किया तो वो बौला "मै INDIAN ARMY से बात कर रहा हू, मै ANDHERI AIRPORT पे TICKETS CHECK करता हू" जब वो बोला मै INDIAN ARMYवाला हू तो उस्पे भरोसा हो गया मैने उसे पुरे पैसे दिये लेकीन फिर भी वो मुझे गाडी नही देरहा.

I saw an add on olx.com by the name of neha jaiswal. She said she is posted in nashik camp. She gave me her contact number and i called her. We made a deal for 8000, and she asked me to pay an advance of 2000, i paid her through google pay. She sent me the receipt and pictures of mobile. But when i check for the receipt of army courier services on internet, i came to know about this fraud going through olx.

This guy is advertising to sell his camera. gave me his mobile no. to finalize a deal ([protected]) which is still functional, he gave an address in Visakhapatnam in the ad but when spoke he said he was suddenly posted to a place near Chhattisgarh or some.. and that he would take time to come back. Instead

He told me to deposit 25% of the amount or 5000/- in an army post office a courier deposit no. as security deposit and with that he would use express courier to get the item to me in 24hrs

He also said he would give his army id proof... And all other process, sending pics on whatsapp..

I felt suspicious and stopped the deal fixing.. immediately he deleted all the conversations on whatsapp

Dear army,

With respect my self Habibur lives in manipur imphal, sir i saw an add on olx for a camera & seller is vikash patel who share me his army documents & told me that he courier the phone through indian army courier service & courier boy called me that your camera reached & you have to pay the full payment, for that i totally paid 17000 + 14000 for security deposite after that he is not pic my call, this guy already cheated to many more people, am sharing one people courier slip also, sir this guy still active in olx & trying to cheat many more people.

I requested to you please take strict action to this guy, otherwise he will cheated many more people.
