Sir.i show a ad's of vikas Patel.we had a deal of bullet 500 of rupees 55000.he told me send money in google pay .he first told me to do a payment for 10150 for security purpose.i sent them.after that he told me to do another transaction of rupees 12400 .I instantly sent that money.after that he told me that. U did a wrong transaction. That 12400 should be done in 2 transaction.6200, 6200 I did it after that he says pay the rest of the amount i paid 20050 .after again he is telling that you have more pending amount .you pay it .money will be refunded in cash in hand for what you have paid over.then again he asked me for bond charge. 11000 .so like like this we reached 78000 rupees he is protected now. If you cancel money will be refunded immediately. So customer are being cheated and harrased. To do the payment band karo old.

Sir, iam kranthi from hyderabad i have seen a post in olx named by raju chopra from indian army he posted his car for sale swift ap09 cd 3933 for 1, 030, 000 and he said to register with over nite courier with 3110 i sent money to an paytm number [protected] for registration of parcel with my name. Again i got an call from raju chopra who is the from indian army his number [protected] he sent he all his proof like army card and vehicle rc aadhar but after i paid 1, 18, 600 still i didn’t got any car nor my money iam from middle class i was suppose to gift a car to my father for his anniversary.
So, kindly look into it and please help with my money.

We have seen his advertise on Olx.we liked his bike.deal was confirmed in 30, 000.He said to transfer 10, 000.we transferred it through ptm but he had given bank details also.we have photo of his RC book also was given.photo of courier was also send.but today when he did not send bike and he said bike has reached Pune and further he asked to transfer 10, 000

An army officer he said that he was in airport.He asked me to send 2000 for token fee I send.After that he asked me to send 3000.Then 2000. Everything completed. Courier boy called me next day that he said that, you have to send 7000 for verifying your amount will be refund within delivery of your product.

I also cheated on[protected] with the same team regarding a activa 4g scooter. He said that the vehicle is at bangalore airport nd he is unable to transfer passing paper from hyderabad to bangalore city, that's y he is selling that vehicle. He put it in olx for 33000/-. After some discussion he agreed with 28000 nd said me to transfer amount of 5000 for parcel charges. And said me to pay balance amount after delivery. He put his grocery card nd pics too, to make me believe in him. Yesterday evening he put a receipt which was created in photoshop and send to my whatsapp.
I got doubt in that receipt. And i checked in internet, there were somany people who got cheated by the same team.
And today i. E., 25-32109 his parcel boy contacted me and said me to transfer balance amount so that he will deliver that vehicle to me after getting a confirmation mail to him. And he said that the vehicle formalities has not been completed, after transferring amount he will get a confirmation mail so that he can deliver that vehicle.
The army man name is vikas patel. Please take some action among that team. Pls save respect on army.

I have seen activa scooter on olx and the person said that he is an army man and he won't cheat. He put that vehicle at cost of 33000/- at last he convinced by 28000/-. He said me to transfer amount of 5000/- through phonepay, so that he can do parcel through transport to my home town. I have send amount. He put an fake receipt which was created in photoshop. I got doubt by seeing that receipt. I believed him first because he send me his grocery card nd his selfie photo to my whatsapp number.

I m also cheated by same below mentioned person by same method. He show all id, photos etc for bike delivery. First they ask to pay 5000 as token advance and then he show courier shifting bill and then i get a call from courier boy ask to pay rs 11000 to getrid of gps tracking which is refundable after that i again get call to pay an amount of rs 16000 through online. So i argue that's y he simply said can't be delivered without paying in online. After that they r not receiving my call. So please take action on that fraud. Please never allow him to cheat others like this.

There is team of guys & they post new ads everyday to sell 2yr old TVS jupiter. Same jupiter Same number but place different. My father wasn't aware of this & he gave 29, 000 to the man who called him via Google Pay.

I am ajaypal singh i saw a car on olx i chat with and he give me number (Mr. Shushil kumar) he sad i am a army officer and he sad i curiour the car by indian army curiour service and he sad deposit 5000. 10 minutes later (Mr. Jora singh) sad i am car driver i parcel car at delivery address before this you have to deposit 5550. Early morning he call me and sad you have deposit 9550 for security charge. I am deposit 9550 but he sad it's not valid you have to deposit again 9500+50 i don this but again he said it is not valid again you have to deposit 19100. I call him and he said you have to deposit 7550 of over time

I have seen camera in olx and i have chated with that person he said that i'm army person he forced me to pay 3100₹ for parcel and i have paid in his paytm.

We respect indian army a lot but we r loosing that respect due to the indecent behavior of an army person and his family. They just make the situations and fight with fellow people who live near them. It's very sad that because of this kind of people indian army name is going down. They claim that they save india by there service but doesn't look at people near them. It's out of pain iam saying. Please train the army people who live outside army campus (Especially near hydershakote, hyderabad, telangana) on not only serving our country but also how to behave with people around them. I request you to identify and remove that kind of people from indian army. They r bringing bad name. Hope we have the best indian army.

Bullet was posted ads is olxmarket so i have check to take the bike for sale he posted that bike no: ka 05 kf 1146 bullet 350 cc which is his friends name and he has taken the bike now he need to sale it now second party so i have told him to send the documentation for the same so he sent me the bike photos and rc book copy which was in the first owners name.

Which was not yet transferred yet and he told he will inform the owner to support to transfer and bike is there in mumbai military cap now and it will be available morning if you pay the amount 5160/- on 20th mar'19 so and morning you can see the bike and if you agree to by you can take the delivery or else you return in the same postal arrangement

Very next day on 21th mar'19 they have informed me that vehicle is there in bangalore we have already delivering some more vehicles so if you make payment of 17, 500/- then you can see the bike we will come to your place and asked for supporting documents so i got doubt here. M

I pardeep kumar s/o om parkash residing at hno 27, golden enclave lohgarh zirakpur rented along with family. Yesterday dated 11th march 2019. I was going through olx app in search of buying a used car and i came across this add of alto800 lxi model 2016. Car number pb46v7986 white colour. When i contacted the seller mr. Vikas patel from bikaner (Navy/army unit), who claimed to say he is from indian navy/army and due to his immediate transfer to jammu he is selling his car for reasonable price as 1 lac 10 thousand.

We asked for all his documents and car documents for our satisfaction and he sent then all including his navy id card (Documents are attached). Soon he said as it is urgent i will courier the care from army/bsf courier service and he also sent the receipt of the courier from bikaner to zirakpur. And as decided i have told him that i will only pay once i get the car and he agreed.

Next day that is 12th march 2019, i got a call at 9:30am from mr. Praveen kumar who claimed to say he is from international overnight express which is only used for army purpose. Then slowly he started demanding for money for different purpose gps activation in car, gst amount pending, tax security amount etc, and he pulled out 1lac 16thousand from me (Bank statement attached)

The courier person was demanding to send him the amount, when denied, saying its a question of my duty and also diplomatically said why can’t you trust on army men? So on the basic of trust unknowing i was cheated and after that he switched off his cell phone and guy who was selling his car also not reachable we tried calling them for around two hour, but then we realized that it’s a fraud.

Fraud by name Vikas Patel showing vehicle in olx I'd proof like canteen smart card, Aadhar no, driving license, nd dress code photos he used the brand of Indian Army such that someone can traped easily one swift dzire vehicle ad in olx, I was deal him negotiate price then he told me to transfer 9540/through paytm ac name Bikash Sahu, Rahul valiyan, Pramod Kumar etc, I was paid 9540initially then he told your vehicle is booked through overnight courier service one booty was shown by my name. After 2days one name parveen ku call me as courier boy I am delivering ur vehicle in home but u have to pay online via paytm previously given as 21000/gps expenditure which is refundable. I was unfortunately pay this amount then tell me to pay another 31000/thousand I was paid I feel I was imotional blackmail by him, but vehicle is not delivered now I come to notice that I have negative comments in Vikas Patel facebook AC with cell no .cells r coming around other state those r having fraud by Vikas Patel I have what's app group ofmanny guys fraud by Vikas Patel. So kindly arrest him as soon as possible such that onward nobody can traped by this criminal

Jai kishan has put olx car selling. He is a fraud he having a team to support his work.

I almost saved money to buy a car its my dream. He cheated me like genius person.

Please take a necessary action to remove this person from his duty and put iinto the reminder.
