Payment for fees to veranda race Money deducted but no confirmation of receipt and amount not credited to veranda race

While paying fees through CC AVENUE gateway online on 07.03.2022 the fees Rs.14, 986 for the course in Veranda Race once the payment made the page showed error as site cannot be reached, but the amount was deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation receipt as fees paid and once I enquired veranda race even the amount was not credited to veranda race. Kindly refund or update on the same.

Wrong transfer done from indian bank in wrong account of saraswat bank

With reference from above account number I have done wrong transaction of Rs 20, 000/- in Arvind saw account [protected] instead of doing in MD monu account [protected] (SARSAWAT BANK)

Half staff missing from the bank

I have been waiting for more than half an hour. At the Indian bank branch code: DUGRI 725. Half of the staff is absent including assistent manager and bank manager. There are people who have been waiting for over an hour. This is highly inconvenient. It’s overly crowded. I came for an inquiry which at most would have taken 5 minutes. Really disappointed....

Excess Interest rate charged on Home Loan

I am holding Home loan from Indian Bank, Kalyan Nagar Bangalore, Other customer is getting interest rate of 6.8% but I am being charged 7.4 %. I raised this concern with bank 3 months back, they charged the processing charges but no resolution. Point of contact Niranjan - [protected] don't even pick the phone. I am fed up following up with Bank, Even not getting support to get the loan transferred.

Irresponsible and rude behavior of staffs

I wanted to open an account for my sister at Indian bank Perambur branch (90) on 14th Feb 2022. Due to their inefficiency they failed to capture my sisters finger print correctly and it lead to delay, 23rd Feb 2022 we received the message saying the account was created, but when we went to the bank for collecting passbook the staff in the bank asked us to wait and they started searching for my sisters application, but they were not able to...
