On[protected], I made Tangedco Electricity Bill for Rs.380/- through net banking transaction failed but debited in my account. I contacted Indian Bank, Guduvancheri branch, Manager- Netbanking told me it will be refunded within 5 working days. So I wait for one week but money not refunded. On 9.11.21 I made payment for EB. For this I contacted in person for more no of times and through email to branch manager no good response. Also on 15.12.21 made claim through Customer Redressal Forum (Ref.No.[protected]
and again reopened complaint 5.1.22. Lapse of 86 days my money refunded by Indian Bank, Guduvancheri branch.

Kindly advice bank to compensate as per RBI rules along with failed transaction amount and oblige

    I had ordered Amazon brand house and shields jeans pant on 13Jan2022, I had requested return of the product on 17Jan2022. It was picked up on 18Jan2022 & Amazon initiated the refund on 18Jan2022. Refund has been completed by Amazon and Refund Reference number is RRN(30005420192013017101323).The last date for refund to reflect in my account was on 23Jan2022, but today is 27Jan2022 and I have not received the amount in my bank account yet. Other details such as order ID and price of the product, I have provided in the image section.
    This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

        My name is Adarsh Agarwal and I had ordered a product (Xiaomi 11 ne 5g) of Rs 14049 in Amazon on 19th January, 2022, using my mother debit card. I cancelled this order due to wrong delivery address. And on 19th January, 2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon executive instructed me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. The below is my refund reference number 30005420202019138261803.

          I have requested for a refund from meesho. Meesho have initiated my refund and also provided a transaction ID but i have not received the refunded amount in my bank statement.

              I have returned the product to Myntra and they said that my refund amount of Rs.899.10 has been processed on 08 jan 2022 and will be credited to my Indian bank account on 18 jan 2022, the reference number of this refund is 75105172009001503611552. I am waiting for the refund amount for very long time, it's nearly one month now, but I haven't received it yet. Kindly have this resolved

                I am maintaining a saving bank account no.[protected] in your Hapur Branch (IDIB000H002). As well as, Hapur branch deducted TDS on my RD no.[protected] on 31.03.2021 @ 10% - Rs. 16470/- but due to Covid, Government had reduce TDS @ 7.50%. So, they had deposited to government account @ 7.50% - Rs. 12353/- as per govt. norms. Now, the difference Rs. 4117/- is lying credited in Branch account but after so many requests they are not reversing the difference in my saving account.
                You are requested to please credit my account Rs. 4117/- plus Interest @ 9% since 31.03.21 to till date immediately.

                  I have ordered a Pedigree adult dog food on 06.01.2022. I received the wrong product on 11.01.2022 . Amazon initiated refund on 11.01.2022 and was expected to come on 16.01.2022. Amazon given me reference ID: 74332742012201122643472 but the Indian Bank still not credited my money.
                  This is urgent please help as soon as possible .

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had cancelled an order from Amazon prior to shipping and subsequently a refund of the entire amount of rupees 84, 990/- was processed by Amazon on 12/01/2022. The payment was made using an Indian bank (Ru pay) debit card.

                    However, even after more than 5 business days I have not received the refund in my account.

                    Please look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      I have open my new Indian bank account on 29/12/2021, nearly I'm waiting for 21 days but still not yet my account activate. I ask so many times in my local branch, there is no response in bank side I'm totally disappointed, kindly do any action as soon as possible. Thankyou.

                        Hi, this is soniya.
                        I have purchased the product from Myntra and also returned it. So Myntra representative and app says that the refund amount of Rs. 900 has processed to Indian bank with refund reference number 75105172009001503611552 on Jan 8, 2022 and it'll be credited to my account on Jan 18, 2022. But I haven't received my amount yet. I tried contacting Myntra they say that need to contact the bank, but when I reach the Indian bank they're asking to contact Myntra. It's turning out as a bad experience from Myntra and as well as Indian bank. Kindly have this fixed. I am waiting for a very long time.

                              This is to inform you that I had cancelled an order on Myntra for which the refund of Rs 499 is not yet credited…

                              It’s been long that the refund amount is already been initiated by Myntra but still waiting to get credited by my bank

                              It’s always the concern that I need to write this for the amount to get credited on time…Why does it take so long ??

                                    I had ordered 2 dresses from Myntra. I returned it later. I got a sms saying refund has been initiated and will get the money in account in 1 day. I paid the money through UPI. But it has been more than 10 days and still i did not get the money. I called the Myntra customer care and they said that refund has been done i should submit a complaint in your webpage and they sent me the link. I shall share the reference number below.
