I wanted to open an account for my sister at Indian bank Perambur branch (90) on 14th Feb 2022. Due to their inefficiency they failed to capture my sisters finger print correctly and it lead to delay, 23rd Feb 2022 we received the message saying the account was created, but when we went to the bank for collecting passbook the staff in the bank asked us to wait and they started searching for my sisters application, but they were not able to find it, they were so brazen to lie blatantly that her account was not created and they are asking us to comeback again three days later. The assistant manager is the most rudest of all not even responsible and admitting to the mistake, when asked for the application form to be shown she shooed us out .

    Sir me indian bank ka customer hu or 15-20 days ho gye hai mujhe bank ka chakkar lagte hue lekin phir bhi bank me atm available hone ki condition me bhi bank staff ne mujhe atm dene se mana kar diya hai or bank staff ne mere sath misbehave kiya hai.iski complaint jab maine bank manager se ki to bank manager ne staff ka sath dete hue fir se misbehave kiya or mujhe bola ye bank mera hai, or jao jaha complaint karna hai kar do, me kisi se nhi darta hu, ab mai bol rha hu tujhe atm nhi milega.iski complaint maine customer Care se bhi to unhone account number se search kiya to unhe koi bhi detail show nhi hue, fir customer Care ne mujhe online complain karne ko kaha so me complain kar rha hu. Plz sir meri problem solve kijiye.bank me atm available hone par bhi mujhe atm nhi diya ja rha hai so plz help me sir.

        I tried to withdraw 8, 300 inr today. I didn't get the money from ATM machine but money got reduced from my bank account which I didn't withdraw it. This is my flight ticket money. Please take some action on this sir.

          Have made transaction of in 13, 500 from my indian bank account through Google pay. The transaction
          status was failed but money has been debited. The debited money has not been credited to the beneficiary also. Transaction was made on 22.02.2022 at 1.11pm. UPI transaction id[protected] and Google transaction ID CICAgQDFiRNg.

            I transferred amount to my self paytm account.My account has been debited amount but not credited to my self paytm account..
            Even an private gaming apps also managing funds without failure transactions..
            It is shame to be an nationalised bank have an app and problems like this.. I often struggling with the problem.

                I was ordered a product worth 499/- at Amazon shopping app using Indian bank debit card. Then cancelled that order. From Amazon refund initiated. But from bank side it's not credited to my account.

Branch - Preet Viheer.In 4 feb 2022 I order a phone ( iqoo z5) in amazon(₹16390) by using my(Rupay) dabit card ending no (1156).After I cancel my order for my wrong address.amazon costumer says refund is credit 4-5 business days.Today is 21 Feb 2022 but refund not credit in my account.Amazon give me refund reference number (30005420362035089984132) and said contact your bank costumer care, i content bank costumer care and also go my bank branch but they can't help me. I complain in my bank online website but my problem is not solved. please help me this ammaund is very big for me .Please help.

                    This is to inform you that there is a refund of Rs 593 of Myntra which is still to be credited back to my account…
                    It happens most of the time that the refund takes too long…

                    Myntra has already initiated the refund from their end but its still pending from your side…

                      Myself Divya Anshu, a customer of Indian bank of Araria branch(IFSC-IDIB000A651, A/C- [protected]). I've returned an order worth ₹1499 whose refund is initiated by the Amazon on 02/02/2022 but it is not reflected in my bank account till today. Amazon have provided me the refund reference number i.e,[protected].
                      This is a humble request to the Indian Bank to respond to this ASAP.

                            I am a customer of Indian Bank, I have purchased some product in Amazon, due to some issue I had to return the product, hence, Amazon had initiated the refund of that product on 31/01/2022, the refund has been completed from Amazon side, the acknowledgement of the same was provide by the Amazon with Refund reference number but still the amount has not been credited into my account, I had raised this issue with Indian Bank Customer care Service, but my grievance was not resolved.

                            Below are few information about the transaction for your reference, added to this I have attached an Amazon mail screenshot which contains info about the refund.

                                Hi, I am Raja PK. My dad just passed away. So I have to change my dad's pension to my Mom account number. My mom also could not walk. I applied for ATM. They have added my mobile number and Emai ID. ATM is yet to come. I was trying to give an application for internet banking. In Alathur branch they said you don't have to submit it's already activated. But I could not register for mobile baking. I could not even activate Internet banking. It says the facility is yet to be activated, Please contact the branch. Tomorrow is the second Saturday. So Bank is leave. My mom is not well. I had to meet her medical expenses. Please activate internet banking.

                                We just got a very small amount as part of the pension. We thought to take my mom to the hospital. But I could not transfer the amount now. It's asking transaction password. When I try to change the transaction password, It's asking me to contact the branch. How can I go to the bank when we are planning to go to Hospital. She is in pain. Please understand and provide a transaction password Please.
                                After answering the secret question, New password, and OTP, it says try again after some time. Kindly help.

                                    I had made a payment on 11th jan, 2022 of 45000 rs, through netbanking, however the payment had failed but my money was debit and it has still not been credited back to my respective account. Please look into the matter.
